Love this location. Very accommodating. Needed 25 basketballs for my boys team as a Christmas gift. None on the sales floor. Several associates (sorry I forgot their names 😪) went in the stock room and not only found what I needed but inflated all 25 balls, bagged them up, and bought them to my car. Same process a couple months ago when I need 20 balls for my girls basketball team. Thank you !!!-Coach Jay- Roosevelt Rams Basketball

I was on the store this afternoon and a women was over charged she brought it to the female that rang her up. It was the worst experience I the ever seen . The person working at five below became loud and ignorant and out of control. She was clearly in the wrong the other female working the register found it amusing as she was grinning and laughing. What are the employees doing over ringing and taking the extra money? This lady rang out and $42 and after the worker corrected her over charge the bill came to $27. Do better as this is not professional.

The staff is so rude! two women were at check out and only one was allowing customers to pay. They were both complaining about their job and how much they hate working there and it was around closing time. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB MAYBE DON’T WORK THERE!!!!!!

Was a long line which is unusual cause there is supposed to be a self check out. There were none. 2 cashiers and that's it. This store gets alot of foot traffic. What was baffling to me was, why did they have the store doors open while it was Chilli outside? They had the heat on inside the store and letting the heat out of the establishment. Made no sense. I found what I was looking for but the wait in line didn't have to be like that.

This is a very clean location and there is very friendly staff on hand. They were hard at work from the moment I walked in the door and still found time to answer my questions about the things I came to find without seeming bothered or being short about it.

This was my first visit to Five Below in Crestwood, IllinoisIt was a relatively small Store, very cluttered. However, upon my walk through, I did find a variety of delightful home items, cute phone accessories and other electronics at a good value.I saw a few beautiful chair Pillows of which I would have purchased at least four, had they had the quantity and colors.Despite my dim view, I still spent $40. I found some nice items, I really like and if I was in the area, I would probably shop there again.They have great Customer Service, fast and friendly.I prefer larger stores, because I love to shop and want the complete shopping experience. I like being in the store awhile finding new products, styles, design ideas.I need a store large enough and filled with Quantity and Quality products that keep me interested and inspired to come back.Five Below - Not my Cup of Tea but it May Work for You!

A great store!- if you wanna wait in line for almost a half hour for maybe $6 worth of stuff. The line was nearly the length of the whole store and only after people began to complain did another person open a register. Having only 1 person working register isn't smart. I love Five Below, but I'll be taking my business to the one in Orland. I'm guaranteed to get my stuff and get back home in far less time!

You can always find such fun stuff in the store . You can never go wrong with things that are $5 and below. But be careful all those small prices add up very quickly. Large selection of books. Holiday stuff, arts n crafts and games. Exercising stuff, phone stuff, candy, beauty supplies, shirts and alot of other stuff. You never know what you'll find there.

Omg! Love five below. Once that store was established here in Chicago ridge I couldn't stop going their. Prices are awesome. Kids love it. It is a wonderful inexpensive store for almost everything. Especially phone chargers how many do we buy since almost all of our kids want a phone..overall great place.

I love the items available at the store, however the sale associates nor the managers are welcoming at all. I shop at this Crestwood Location Several times a month since it's only 3 minutes from my house, but I would love to have better shopping experiences with improved Customer Service, which would make the store environment more welcoming... Oh yeah, I would also love the opportunity to assist in remodeling the store to create more walk-through Space :)

Everytime I shop at five below, they never disappoint me. I always find exactly what I need.... and the prices are always VERY reasonable. Thank God for this wonderful place, the employees are always attentive, friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work you guys. 👌👍😊🙏

Clean and mostly organized space with friendly and helpful staff. I'd definitely recommend this place for a quick visit. Both times I've visited there have been several unruly groups of kids playing in the store, but I don't fault the staff. I recoend you shop quickly and deliberately to avoid the chaos.
