Rude employees and lazy. Locked the door in my face at 8:52pm and she said their closed. It’s not the first time I’ve had an issue with the employees from there.

Went in to get corn starch and there were two ladies working, I asked the African American lady where is the corn starch and she gave me the attitude as if I’m bothering her, I’m like can you get off your phone and help, she then identified herself as the store manager and said the corn starch are 2-3 isle over and like what direction or over where, she then asked me to leave the store. My thing if you don’t want to be at work stay and let people who need the job get the job. Family Dollar you can’t just make any and everyone be manager. I’ve been coming to this store since 12/29/2020 and I’ve never had a problem with the previous employees.

Incounter a problem today on this Saturday evening July 29, 23 at 4:16pm the ball back person was very rude I was waiting to check out and finally after 45min here she comes to the register eating candy from the shelf didn't pay for it asking who stuff was at the register I tell her it's mine she tells me to move them I tell her I'm waiting on her she gets. ad I asked for Corp number and her name she tells me no I'm not giving you anything then close her register as I'm still waiting then I get my things and have someone else take care of me and had to wait for that person to count there cash drawer just rude this company don't know the people who works in this store all drug addicts please close this store down and never let this store open ever again. Lost this customer.

My son found a inappropriate toy there called the "YES KING" it was a moaning toy and it was so inappropriate the workers got rid of the toy and put it back on the aisle? This is disgusting and I hope I don't come back here again I got rid of the toy myself and blame other for stealing they are racist, lazy and they tend to blame black people for stealing they can't work correctly

The store is ok I just can't stand the workers and the people there I get harassed there by random people sometimes or homeless people alot there and also there was a black lady working there and she was rude and disrespectful and that she should be fired for not helping me neither guiding me there or anything

This store hardly have anything And there customer service is very poor.They don't like to help no one.Need to be replaced with another better store there.The workers are lazy and sad.Most of the other family dollar greets you not them in Midlothian.They need to take tips from the family dollar in Alsip they are so polite.

This store is a HOT mess! I know they got a new manager about a month ago ( I wrk very close) The store use to be so organized and clean.I see the employees working to get the store clean and organized but they can't get caught up! I really think they need a better manager in their!I for one will be going somewhere else it's way to much of a mess!

This Family Dollar location is always clean and well stocked. The manager Iesha always has a smile on her face and she goes out of her way to give great customer service. She is a true asset to this company.

I saw a inappropriate item and my son touched it and it was called the thug shaker 2000 and it was so inappropriate for the store to allow this

The kids and I just went to the dollar tree in Midlothian at 8:40 to find the doors locked and the employees in the inside shacking their heads at us. Door states open til 9pm. The employees inside saying no closed. There are 6 customers in the parking lot wondering what the heck is going on with this store lately. Very sad and disappointing! Tried calling the store they wouldn't pick up!!

Went to purchase 37.00 dollars worth of merchandise handed a 100.00 bill to cashier. She claimed she didn't have change so i couldn't purchase my items, she claims "that's the rules." I dont get it. I wasn't asking to change the 100.00 bill for change I was purching several items. I've never in my life thought that I would not be able to purchase something from a store because they couldn't make change. So I laughed and left with my 100.00 to spend elsewhere. Worst part is she wouldnt even check. Laziest workers I've ever seen. WITH POOR EXCUSES. Just sad. TURNING PEOPLE AWAY BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE THE CHANGE IS BAD BUSINESS. Also, as I was shopping saw the same cashier "arranged" items on rack. BY arrange I mean shove into an already packed rack. Then, another guy who was "working" rolled his eyes when another customer asked if he was going to help my lazy cashier with her long line. Just, rude and ignorant employees. SmH. FAMILY DOLLAR NEEDS TO HIRE REAL EMPLOYEES THAT DESERVE THE PAYCHECK THAT THEIR GETTING. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY GET PAID FOR DOING THAT.

The store was clean and fully stocked. The workers were very friendly and helpful. I found everything that I was looking for. I had a great time shopping here. I definitely recommend this store.

Very small store and there is always merchandise blocking the aisles. Their prices have risen. A can of cat food is 80 cents while the same can is 68 cents at Walmart and Target

The clerks are very helpful and very polite. There's always something that i need at home and i can just walk right across the street and down the block to family dollar and get just what i need at a very good price.THANK YOU FAMILY DOLLAR.
