Absolutely horrible service and the manager Tom is in no way helpful. He has a horrible attitude and makes many excuses for his favorite employees. I will never return again after today's incident. Take the drive to crestwood for good correct service and no attitude but you will get a nice big smile.

Let me keep this short here. My more detailed review is on the Nextdoor app. In summary, I came back to this Dunkin' after a neighboring restaurant ignored a legally Blind man with a guide stick, the manager at this Dunkin' was not interested in allowing me to order some food and enjoying it fresh. He, like the others, would rather serve DRIVERS WITH CARS ONLY than care for ALL customers!Shameful.I don't know who will join me, but I am BOYCOTTING that particular location until a formal apology is received and EQUAL service is returned to ALL customers.If Dunkin' management sees this, please reach out to the manager of this facility.Thank you in advance for your services and I look forward to returning once the problem has been resolved.

MIA & PANNA Had Very Bad Attitudes & Didn’t Have Mask On !! I Don’t Appreciate Their Customer Service. It Was Very Belligerent!!! This Has Thrown Off The Course Of My Day. I Am Very Upset With How I Was Treated! I Order 2 Coffees & A Order Of Hash Browns. They Had The Nerve To Give Me Burnt Has Browns When I Asked For FRESH!! Both Of My Coffees Were Made Incorrect!! I Took The Time Out My Day To Come Get Some Coffee & The Results Were Terrible!! I Don’t Appreciate How Your Employees Talk To People. They Need To Learn Better Customer Service. I Will Not Be Coming Back To This Location!!! I Waited 10 Mins In This Long Line To Even Get An Order!! When Taking An Order Their Is No To Have An Attitude . This is my second time getting coffee at this location. Both times I went at night roughly around 7 PM and I honestly think that they need other workers not just the manager because he does not speak good English. He got my order wrong twice when getting coffee there. Even driving through the driveway it was dark. I felt unsafe I felt like someone was going to rob me. There’s not enough lighting around

If I could give this location zero stars I definitely would. Set here for roughly 20 minutes. Waiting for my box of Joe. The manager was sticking around looking directly at me. Then finally one of the one of the people asked me what I was waiting for. When I said a box of Joe they just walked over and pulled a knob to dispense a box of Joe. Took 2 minutes to dispense the box and 2 minutes to grab the materials. The cups the sugar. The creamer completely wasted time. The manager with the ringing, his nose and the long man bun obviously doesn't know what he's doing. When I asked to talk to the manager the guy said the one with the nose piercing and man bun was him. And the one with the attitude was the manager. Didn't appreciate it, will be avoiding this location.

I guess the restaurants, not just Dunkin Donuts, in this neighborhood don't value customers. They either have rude teenagers the don't get your order right or don't speak the English enough to be taking orders and your order is not right. This is unnecessary stress when trying to get to work, school or whatever you destination may be. Not to mention with these issues, it takes 20 minutes to handle 2 cars in the drive. All I can say is if you are in a hurry this is not the place to choose during the morning, afternoon until maybe after 7pm when there are no teenagers working. When they are not there very few problems with any of these issue's. Just my experience.

My daughter and I absolutely love this location extremely fast, ans wonderful ❤️ service the lady at the window at about 730 am is so awesome always 😍 makes me and my daughter start are day great frozen hot chocolate and her avacado toast and Ice Carmel latte for me followed by her kindness 😀 We need more places and people like this!!!

I always stop there in the early morning hours. I will never stop there anymore. The male employee is always on the phone, not paying attention to what he is doing. I sit at the drive thru window much to long, without a response. I drive off. Last week he was talking on the phone, while serving me, he charged my card three times and refused to honor me two free coffee, I will never go there again. It were times, when the coffee wasn't even hot.

Don’t come here worse customer service ever. You don’t yell at your customers when they did nothing to you. All we were trying to do was place an order and we didn’t even get a chance at that. Whoever you have working definitely needs a vacation or something with that attitude. We went around 9:10PMDEFINITELY NOT GIVING MY BUSINESS HERE ! Our community deserves better than this place.

I used to love coming to this location until they got new employees. They always mess up on my order it’s been 3xs and they never apologize. Staff is rude and have no good customer service. The way they make my coffee doesn’t taste like it used to either. I keep giving this location a try thinking it would get better but I will not return.

Every time I go here coffee is fresh and hot.Seem to follow the after 20 min refresh the pot moto for coffee. Staff is usually great at listening to your order and are in and out.Not the biggest lot or lobby, but they manage well.

Day time workers are nice, but evening shift guy could use some customer service skills. He was not at all friendly and I watched him add water to my drink, possibly because I redeemed a free drink through the mobile app???

Sat at the drive thru for 4 minutes waiting. We said "hello?" and heard no response. We drove around the corner and looked inside the window to see a young lady with black hair leaning on the counter staring at her phone. Wow. 🤔 Must be nice to get paid to sit on your phone. 🙄

Workers give impression that you inconvenience them by going to this location. Got a sigh when I ordered thru the dtivethru and had to repeat my order again at the window after waiting several minutes for someone to appear. I was also told that the 2 for 6 crossaints are only bacon even though other locations I regularly frequent are any of the 3. Bacon, ham or sausage. Also ordered munchkins which were much more expensive than other locations. I dont recommend visiting this location for attitude problems and prices. I won't be back.

I stopped here in the morning on the way back to school. Service is incompetent. I asked for a chicken bacon sandwich with only chicken and bacon and they still put the disgusting sauce on it. I said very clearly only chicken and bacon. They still got it wrong. And then to top that off, I asked for a caramel mocha iced coffee, and they didn't put in the caramel. Horrible service. Probably a bunch of teenagers who are on their phones and not paying attention to orders. Won't make the mistake of coming back to this location again.

Went for an iced coffee. The coffee tasted burnt. Upon making the employee aware she became agitated. The employee then made a new one which again was incorrect. Upon fixing it and handing me another one the coffee was diluted with water and was absolutely disgusting. Hire workers that know how to make the drinks you serve correctly or consider longer training. What a waste of $4. The result of this visit was me going to another location 5 miles away to purchase another drink that was made correctly on the first shot. I will not return to this location even though it is the most convienient to my home.

It's a local store, and it carries most of the products I use on a daily basis. It never crowded, they keep the shelves stocked, and the pumps are clean and always in good working condition ..

Wish I could give negative star rating. Corporate runs specials and as soon as you ask for something slightly different form that they say they can't honor it. But funny the store 2 miles away in neighboring Crestwood can and will honor. This store SUCKS! Don't visit. Give your money to the Crestwood location or Markham.
