The inside is filthy and many items out of stock. Unfortunately the cashier couldn't figure out how to charge the advertised sale price on any of my four items, and she laughed in my face when I pointed out the difference. If you want to be respected, don't shop here.

My family and I go here about 3 times a week lol. The staff is always great and pleasant!!! It's like walking in and seeing your good friends before you get your shopping done. Dollar Generals are great places, but this one in Crestwood is by far...THE BEST!!!!

Good prices, usually great experience at the counter. Occasionally the store can have a messy shelf or something. Parking is great, bathrooms are well kept and clean usually, however they lights out after 10 minutes.

I wish I could find my receipt but my visit was the morning of Saturday May 25, 2019 and the cashier was the friendliest that I’ve ever encountered. She deserves special recognition and perhaps should be the model by which other employees are trained.

Stop by this location on Sat 08/04/2018 there were 2 cashiers the one that service me I'm pretty sure she was the manager while taking my money for my items she made this growling sound from her voice told me how digusting& gross I was for giving her money that came from out of my bra .then she stated she should not have took my money and next time she would not there was several customers in line . I did mention to her that maybe she should wear gloves and maybe this was not the job for her . Yes touching all money is germs but she must have the protocol twisted who in the hell that works in that type of position would act out the way to a customer regardless of what she thought I told her to go practice universal precaution ,& wash her dam hands . I started to make her give me a refund for the hell of it just so she could touch my money again . I will be reporting her to cooperate office if they decide to let her get away with this matter then that's on their business being rated poor service . I'm pretty sure she is manager cause I did call back & recognized her voice she stated she was manager so I hung up. This woman definitely knows any thing about customer satisfaction . Im pretty sure other customers in the store at the time found her to be very rude with her face all snarl up screaming loudly across the store as I walk out the door but the nerve of her to tell me where I should keep my money and how she thought it was so nasty like really who does that to a customer she was definitely carry on ignorant I could not believe it .never had been in any store and seen this type of behavior from management or an employee .this woman was just off the chain an absolutely &obviously out of her mind first of all I don't carry wallets or purses I keep my money where I'm please General Dollar Store yes maybe I should of had my money ready when I reach the register but the thing is who in the hell that she think she was speaking to me in this tone not only that but all that growling from her mouth and pinch up snarl face it was just a totally disorderly . And yes I did get the pleasure of telling her to I would never ever be back there as a customer I'm pretty sure some of the customer s that witness this probably will be having second thoughts maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed it was 10:30 am she had on a navy blue shirt so if that's the color code for management indeed it was

Will never shop here again. Multiple employees not wearing masks n one sneezing and coughing Ll over. Talked to them to ask them why no mask and got grief. "Its too hot in here." I"Its too uncomfortable:. Never again. Not first time either.

Shopped there yesterday on Friday and I needed Christmas lights found them for a very good price. I paid a third of what I would have at Walmart. THIS is the place to shop at for good quality and Great prices. THIS is one of my favorite stores to shop ☺️🙂

This store is fine. It's not big like Walmart, but it's just right when you don't feel like being bothered with Walmart. The prices are good, the staff is cool, they had what I needed and the place is clean.

Dollar General turned out to be a great visit. It's been a long time since I was there, but it's like a dollar store with all the missing items that are over a dollar. Therefore I give them the full five stars rating.

DO NOT RENT A RUG DOCTOR HERE! Got the machine full of nasty, water. The water leaked in my car which is lucky because I woulda put that NASTY WATER ON MY CARPET. I cleaned it but there's nothing like the feeling you need to re-shampoo your just cleaned carpet, and smell the cleaner reservoir first.

Love this store I used to frequent the dollar general store when visiting in Cadiz Ky. I was very glad to see one right here in my neighborhood. I go there weekly and find the staff very very helpful.
