My prescription cannot be automatically refilled so I need to replace an order each month. Each time, CVS is out of my prescription and it is not available until one or two days after I should have taken it. I am not notified that the drug is not available. I called and actually waited 15 minutes on hold. This is the worst pharmacy ever!

I basically live at the CVS in Midlothian. The ladies all know me and are the best. Unfortunately there seems to be a new manager, his name is Joe. He's the most unpleasant, rude and all around wrong person to have at this store. I've come across him too many times and will make sure their headquarters know. I'd give 5 stars if not for him.

I had switch to Pharmacy. The pharmacist are so nice.And I and I don't have to wait real long for my pdescriptions..And I have found other items that use like band-aids and alcohol are so much cheaper. At CVS.. Thank you for the great service!

Every time I get a prescription, I have to call the pharmacy and tell them yes, I do actually want to fill the prescription right away. Then it's about a 50/50 chance they actually process it. I've had them put prescriptions back on hold for no reason after waiting for five days for them to fill it. I've had them say "oh, we're out of that. It'll be ready tomorrow" when the prescription shows as Ready for Pickup on their website. This is not a reliable pharmacy

My husband and I stopped by this CVS to use our extra care discounts and noticed that Charmin 12 count Mega Essentials was marked on sale for $5.49, so he wanted to purchase two. When my husband went to check out, Margaret, manager, told him this wasn't the right price. So he took her back to the tissue aisle and showed her the sales tag.Margaret proceeded to tell him sometimes employees put the sale tags on the wrong items. My husband stated that he was sorry that happened, but that she should still honor what the sale tag said, and she went on to say that sometimes customers switch sale tags too. He was insulted that she would insinuate that he may have done that and that as a manager she would stand there and argue with a customer over tissue! She only allowed him to purchase one package of the tissue for the sale price. We are regular CVS customers and have never been treated the way we were at the Midlothian store!

I visit the CVS on 147th and Pulaski for the very first time and the staff and the team there was so awesome from the time I walked in all the way to the time I checked out they was very nice and kind they help me in every way I could to find what I need thanks CVS.

Racist, they were stereotyping me and my friends (Mexicans) and thought we were stealing. They told us to leave withought reason and exaggerated the time we were in the store. Our friend stayed inside while they told us to wait outside for him. They profiled my Mexican male friend as agressive and discriminated against 3 people of color.

Today I went to the store to buy when paying, the cashier DELMA is very rude, she doesn't even give you the receipt in your hand, she makes you not grab it. Instead of leaving this store happy, you leave this store annoyed by cashiers like this.

The pharmacy staff are very rude. I come in there a lot to fill my prescription and do to an injury I get my medication thru WC, so when the pharmacist tried to have me pay for my meds, I said that it's WC. Then, a technician staying next to the pharmacist says that I'm worrying about the wrong them like trying to get my medication is wrong. They have nasty attitudes and very unprofessional towards customers.

The workers are so rude. She was following me because she assumed a was stealing. I've never felt so uncomfortable to be shopping. I asked her if she was following me. She said it was her job to greet members. I've never seen any cvs employee stand right in front of make up aisle. When I walked away she whispered to the other girl. I heard something fall she better not be stealing.

Had my doctor call in a prescription at 12 p.m. go to pick it up at 8:45 p.m. and the technician tells me my prescription isn't ready tells me to come back in 10 minutes and by the time I get back and I drive up they closed! All the windows were closed and sign in the window. Now I can't pick up my prescription. Just didn't want to work! That's a bunch of BS!! I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens!!!!

The pharmacy counter was a little slow. The staff was a little bit rude on my last couple of visits. I will give them one more try, if no improvement I will switch to another store. It's really disappointing because I have gone to this store for many years.

Had Covid test here. While staff was helpful and nice, results did not come in before my flight. Automated phone system knows nothing, impossible to get connected to a real person... You know, the usual corporate circle... tug. Thanks capitalism.

They are always helpful. The staff is nice. Some customers are very rude and impatient. Custumers don't even know their own insurance rules and limits. All the staff does is try to help.

Annette the manager was yelling and being very rude to my cousin who is mentally handicap because he was asking her questions about a product that was on sale and he doesn't know how to read... thanks for the poor/ rude customer service.. you crushed that boys spirit ... he was just trying to shop
