This is the shop for your spoiled furry family member.....we seen all kind of dogs coming out of this special place....looking GOOD....we have a Huge hairy cat, that has dense thick fur......Gail did a wonderful over the top quality job....we have been several places over the years....from oops we had to shave him to we did the best we can....Gail took the time to deal with the crazy dense fur...from body to legs.....Great job...reasonable priced....very professional.....and highly satisfied.....Kudos to this quality shop.....even if you have to travel a ways....it's worth it and your furry spoiled rotten family member will appreciate it.

Wife just had our dog there. We were charged double for her weight. Very rude people. Yes my dog was difficult as it was her 2nd time to a groomer. However they boasted they know how to take care of all breeds. You can’t show anxiety, nerves or be afraid, one must be calm cool and collective to work with dogs. They were rude and loud to my wife. Then they gave her the pad asking for a tip! Won’t be going back!

These ladies really know how to groom dogs properly. They have really good skills. My dogs always look great! Staff is very kind and welcoming too. You cant go wrong bringing your pets to the New Village Groomer!

They are WONDERFUL! We are out of towners and noticed my Boston terrier, Bonnie's left front dew claw was curving back into her foot pad! Ouch! Gail took us in as walk ins and took such great care of our girl! Nails trimmed and a bath! Prices were incredibly reasonable! Highly recommend for residents and tourists!😊
