They couldn't fill my order.Wait, is this a 5 star review or a one star?? What's happening? Has the world gone mad?Not at all! 5 stars it is, and I'll tell you why:I placed my order last night for the wife's birthday today. When they arrived to work and got the order in shop, they discovered that my wife's office was outside their delivery area. Not surprising, as the drive is not a short one and I live in a flower desert. Rather than just walk away from the service and refund my money, she took time out of her day to call THREE other florists in the area to find one that could fulfill my order. Who does that??They couldn't fulfill the order, and that I totally understand. BUT, she went above, beyond, over the rainbow and through the eye of the needle to make sure that my wife felt special for her birthday. 50 stars, all day long.

I use this florist alot. Carla Ogle and her staff are kind, generous and extremely helpful/accommodating. I always enjoy going in and chatting with them. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are taken care of. I highly recommend them!
