My dogs have gone here for years. I love that they do pick them up and bring them home. They are so wonderful to my dogs special needs. One a rescue. former puppy mill breeder dog. very shy. my older 14 yr old w arthritis n recent surgery . I am always happy w the care and love they show my furbabies..Thank you guys so much. They look beautiful.

I worked at Pet Palace for about three years. This is a family owned business and the owner is a wonderful woman. She really takes pride in her work and hold her employees to the same high standards too. The staff genuinely cares about that animals that come in whether it's for grooming or boarding. I don't live near the area anymore, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to take my pets there.

This place is amazing - They all care for the animals - even ones with an attitude. Karen, is great as well as all the employees. Family run business- highly recommend this place for boarding & grooming. It's always nice t know your family member is in good hands with a caring group - they let the animals out 4 times a day - when they come back in they are given a treat -

When i arrived i was ignored for about 10 minutes while she trimmed a dogs nails WHILE WATCHING TV.When i came to pick my dog up, she had me pay before i could even see how he looked.My dog looks terrible!!!!!! They completely shaved him and didn’t even bother to bathe him. She also tied bows into his hair that I had to CUT OUT OF HIS HAIR. Poor guy do not go here if you want quality work.

My parents have boarded their dog and had him groomed here a couple times a year over the last 10 years. Occasionally, I would be dropping him off or picking him up. The Pet Palace has slowly gone down hill over the years and it has now, literally gone to the dogs. It smells HORRIBLE! It was an absolute assault to my senses the last time I dropped their dog off to be groomed (1 month ago). It was so bad that I almost walked out. I feel sorry for the people who work there. I cannot imagine having the strong smell of urine and other odors Maybe they've gone noseblind. I'm sorry, but the owner should invest some of the money and burn this place to the ground and rebuild. I'm not even kidding, it's that bad. Needless to say, we will NOT be going back there ever again.

This place is the best place you can take your dog! It's family owned and operated and you can really tell the people that work there know and love dogs and cats! When you board your dog, they pay special attention to each and every dog, you can seriously call and they'll describe your dog's temperament to a T! The kennel attendant, Emily, will rock your dog to sleep and hand feed it when it won't eat. If you're nervous about taking your dog overnight anywhere, you'll leave your dog in the best of hands. I love this place and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere but here. The lady that picks my dog up even put my dog in the kennel for me while I was not home. :) Just great people!

I took my dog here for the first time because my regular place was booked. Everything seemed fine, but when I picked him up, he smelled like pee/poo his feet were full of poop and his stomach (usually white) was yellow! I dont know if they had him laying in his pee the whole time or what, but that is unnacceptable! I wont be taking him back
