I like having a DG so close to my house but this store seems to be drastically going downhill. Poor lighting and always seems dirty. You can't even use a cart to get down aisles because there's so many random carts and boxes of stuff everywhere that hasn't been stocked. Every time I tried looking at things, I was knocking things over that were piled on or next to it. Last time I was there I felt like the workers weren't really doing anything... the only guy who did seem to be doing anything was the only person who came up to the counter to ring me up while he was simultaneously on hold with corporate about something... I think it was about their new self checkouts not working.

I shop here pretty often. Their product selection is about like other stores in the Dollar General chain. But the staff there really stand out for the effort they put into trying to help customers. It's just nice to shop somewhere where you feel like the people are there to make your experience better. So friendly!

Always dirty, the floor tiles are coming up, the roof tiles caved in, customer service is a 1/5 at best since the bearded guy and Nate left. Also walking in and shopping while listening to the staff talk badly about the other staff, come on..

The staff here is so kind and helpful. There's always a great selection and they're rarely ever out of anything. The prices are okay but the convenience makes it worthwhile. Overall I highly recommend the store

A good place to get the quick stuff you need. The only problems (which are common to Dollar General stores everywhere) are that it's a little dingy and they have too much stuff packed into too small a building. The employees are always friendly though.

I run there for cleaning stuff or medications They have better prices then Wal-Mart on some things. The Metamora setup is on the historic square in the old automobile dealership. It's a little more crowded than the store in Roanoke, so not as big a selection. The staff is always nice.

Convenient and fair prices. If you want a few things in between grocery shopping, this store will save you a lot of money over name brand chain stores. Local staff who knows most of the people that shop here.

Good store that's been around awhile and usually has a good stock of items. The store isn't always well maintained but it is alot smaller and outdated compared to newer ones. It's more likely to have things newer ones don't.

For a DG its really a decent store and they have my wife Saharahs favorite sweet tea and poopcorn...Sometimes after a long day in the field I sit down on my porch swing drinking the DG sweet tea and say to myself... Just look at it!!! Look at this, look at that!!!! Just loook at it!!!

Store could be more organized but I know they are trying to fit a lot of merchandise into a smaller store location. Staff is friendly and helpful!

This store has really gone downhill. It’s cluttered, isles are blocked with boxes of merchandise. Can’t get shopping carts through.

They are always out of sale items, and the store is cluttered. The employees are very nice, you just can't get around the store.
