Every experience I've had bringing my family here has been absolutely fantastic. The staff is always friendly and professional and it's easy to see that the owner values old fashioned standards of top notch service, which is so refreshing this day and age in a restaurant that serves great food to a high volume of guests in a timely manner. Kudos to the best-operating Dairy Queen in Central Illinois.

Visited on 5/2 at 7pm. These ladies worked cooly under the pressure of a packed restaraunt. Polite. Positive. Loud calling out numerous orders at once. Excellent job!Ella was very patient with my daughter and was a great server.In the customer chaos, Alyvia, Molly, and Gina kept everything moving well.

Not your typical fast food experience. The staff, while young, are very polite and friendly. The food is delivered to the table quickly and is hot off the grill. The restaurant is clean and inviting. As Dairy Queens go, this one is excellent. Stop by, you'll be glad you did!

Quick service, clean, well lit, good fresh blizzards. They even held the blizzard upside down like they're supposed to. Aton of workers. The girls were very polite and helpful with flavor questions. Best DQ in Central Illinois, hands down.

Always fresh, always awesome!! No complaints here. For fast food this place cares and takes care of you.Edit: Been many, many, many times since there are so few places to eat in metamora. Why oh why are your fries never cooked? Do I have to ask to have them cooked? Why are they NEVER crispy? Am I wrong to expect French fries to be crispy?Burgers are still good

It seems strange to review a fast food restaurant for dine in because it always seems like you know what you’re gonna get. However this Dairy Queen is far above them all! The workers were incredibly friendly! I was second to order at the counter and immediately a second employee came to another register to take my order. The food was fresh, hot, and perfect. I chose to dine in as the dining room looked exceptionally clean. As soon as someone left, it seemed that an employee immediately came out to wipe it down. They delivered my food to my table either the manager or franchise owner came out to ask if my food was made perfectly (and it was!). I am incredibly impressed with the service at this DQ. When I’m in the mood for a good, quick bite to eat, I’ll definitely be back to this location!

I called and ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday rather last minute and requested- if possible- to have it decorated with baby Yoda. I was blown away at how incredible it looked when I picked it up just a few hours after ordering. The young lady did an amazing job and it was the highlight of the party!

The food is always good and hot and done quickly. We often go in Sundays after church and the manager is usually there and comes around to check on customers and is always friendly. The newly renovated section features a TV and some comfy chairs which kept our daughter occupied after she was done while we finished eating. Overall, we always have a good experience here.

I ordered 2 sheet cakes just now. I couldn't tell you what they're going to look like (just that i ordered a 4th of July theme and a summer theme), but I trust Tom as he told me they'll look beautiful and he was such a pleasure to work with over the phone!

This Dairy Queen is just another McDonald's. Majority of the people who come here is because they are fed up with McDonald's getting 9 out of 10 drive thru orders wrong. This place is no better. Server by name of Maria screwed up a simple order like a Chicken Strip dinner. But my does she ever talk fast. I got half of what I ordered and the wrong drink. Someone must have rang up the order for her because they never get that wrong. Best bet is drive on by.

One of my favorite places to get special treats and the $5 lunch is a perfect hold me over meal. The recent remodel really opened the space up. Great supporter of youth sports and other small businesses in the community.

Decent, but these kids don't know how to evenly mix blizzards. The toppings should be mixed throughout, not 90% toppings on the top half and 10% on the bottom half...yet I keep going. 🤷‍♂️

Good food. Great prices. If you fill out customer survey on your receipt, you can get a free Buster Bar, Dilly Bar or Ice Cream Sandwich. Also you can get one of the meals that is cheese burger with everything, fries, drink, and sundae. This meal is 5.55 in Peoria. That's tax and all folks.

I ordered a crispy fish sandwich. When I got home, there were two barbeque pork sandwiches. It was not worth the six mile drive back to get the order fixed This was my first and last experience in going to this establishment
