Absolutely the worst experience ive ever had in my 15 years of using walgreens, i tested positive for covid, my doctor sent my prescription, when i got there they said it would be ready in 15 minutes and they would call me, i waited in my car with a fever for almost two hours and nothing, i pull back into the drive thru and they tell me they forgot and didnt even start it, i waited another 20 minutes and went back up and they finally finished it. Genuinely my worst experience ever

Some of the rudest pharmacy workers ever to exist. Hung up on me. Zero help. Maybe yall shouldnt be in customer service with that attitude.

I would like to recognize Aaron the pharmacist. I'm a nurse and was connected with Aaron to help this patient obtain a certain medication. Aaron was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help this patient get her medication. I would send all of our patients to this pharmacy as long as Aaron was taking care of them. Thank you Aaron!! The world needs more of you!!

The worst pharmacy! Ordered 90 day supply of meds, they only had 30 days of it in. Instead of getting the rest in they gave it to me as a 30 day supply. Went to order the next 30 days and out of stock. This is a very common medication. I will be getting the 3 month supply shipped to me from now on. Also the one pharmacist has an attitude. What I told her that I reminded them a week before that I needed a 90 day supply she said we're busy and forget. Too bad! Your messing with my health!!!!

Every time I come here my pharmacy order is never ready. At first they tell me wait 30 minutes. Ok I wait and they are like wait another 15 minutes. I always have to remind them how long I have waited and then they go ahead and take care of my pharmacy order at that moment. This is the only pharmacy that takes forever. The other one in Northlake is the by far the best comparing to this one. I will not go to this one again. I gave them three chances and this keeps happening. I had to wait for over an hour when my doctor had already sent the order a couple hours ago.

Manager or supervisor Not sure. He is so rude the line was so long to pay and the young ladies working ask a young guy to help her so the customers wouldn't wait so long. And the young guys so nice help. Then the manager or supervisor walk in and infront of everyone told the guys. - what are you doing? You have work to do at the floor....And some other stuff.. With a super angry voice infront of all the customers. (It's a guy short black hair around 40s) I just tough it was the wrong time to tell him. he should of waited to ask the guy. And Ask with manners. Not because you are the Supervisor Manager Boss Make you have the right to treat your employees that way. Especially if they didn't do nothing wrong.I felt so bad for the nice Young guy. Every time I go he is so nice and helpful.

The manager there has to be the most miserable person I've ever met, worst costumer service, i asked him if I may bother someone in the photo department he rolls his eyes and walks that way, rude when i asked for my pics via my last my last name,i know , i can't be the only person to has ever complained about this manager.

We bought orange juice for our 3D ultrasound studio, First Peek Ultrasound, to help get the babies to move for their 3D ultrasound pictures. So our manager went to Walgreen's to get more orange juice. She bought two cartons on Wednesday, March 23, and they expired Thursday, March 24! We have the receipts, but the store will not take them back because they said as long as they sell them before the expiration date, it's fair game.It's a shame! We were getting so busy that we were buying one or two cartons of orange juice a week. We can't give out expired orange juice to our customers. That's a lot of business that Walgreen's is losing out on to not refund us $10.22!

Went in as soon as they opened because of their add, on sale was Clorox and Clorox wipes, yet the shelves were bare. Why have it in the sale paper if you don't have it. The guy thought it was funny I think he was the manager.

This Walgreens always has the worst lines. The manager will be walking around and not open any other registers. No one at the beauty or photo counter registers either.
