Typical Target. Aisles were clean and well organized. It was easy to walk through the clothes sections. The employees were very nice and helpful. The Starbucks in this location wasn't busy. Parking lot is easy to access. We didn't find a clearance section in the men's section but the deals here were still pretty good. Overall, a good Target to shop at.

I did a target return the other day at the same time I was picking up a drive up order. It was super convenient to be in and out in under 5 minutes, having completed both tasks, and never had to leave my car. The associate was friendly as well.

Returned a Hair Dryer due to not being strong enough for my liking and customer service was on point. No line no wait at this store on a Sunday at about 5 PM. I greatly appreciated the service and care of this Target Store.

The inside of the store is great, but their online grocery needs to step it up. I've been shopping there for only a couple of months and I've had a lot of mistakes with either missing items, or incorrect items. It's very frustrating and I will be shopping elsewhere.

I went to Target to pick up an item I purchased online. When I got to the pickup area for what I thought would be a quick grab and go, I was told that I had to wait in a lengthy line of people that were making holiday returns. When I finally got to the front of the line, the clerk grabbed my order and handed me the bag. She was already on to the next customer by the time I looked in the bag and realized it was the wrong item. When I reported this to the clerk she told me I had to go to the back of the lengthy line and wait to return the item. What a HUGE waste of my time!!!

Target always has the right things. They have a mix of groceries, toys, clothes, electronics. This one seems to have gotten a facelift in the last couple of years. They also keep it cleaner than most.

Understaffed during the holidays. No carts or baskets available inside.At checkout, the poor guy in front of me had to abandon his purchase because the underage cashier could not ring him up and no managers responded to her pleas for assistance.

I'm very disappointed, as this is the 2nd time this happens , I ordered for drive up pick up and 4 of my items were missing , not 1 but 4!! I tried contacting management and no body answers the phone!! This is unacceptable I hope someone sees this and starts investigating to why items are always missing!!

Very disappointed in my recent visit. Upon arriving home, I noticed I was missing a bag of groceries totaling $7. After triple checking my car, I figured I left it at self check out, so I returned to the store to inquire. I thought I was good to go after showing my receipt and explaining the situation, but the security guard took it a step further and checked the cameras. First of all, I don’t believe the cameras have a wide enough angle to determine if a bag was left behind, but I especially did not appreciate the accusatory tone the security guard used with me. Meanwhile, as I’m standing there waiting for her to check the cameras in the back, other customers are making returns for items they “just didn’t like” (used makeup) or “were the wrong type” (phone charger out of the box). Yet I get the fifth degree over $7 of food. I’d understand if I was doing this repeatedly or it was a large amount, but this experience was just belittling. We would never handle a situation like this when I was working retail.

The Melrose Park Target gave me ghetto Walmart vibes, lol. Store was chaotic and messy. Everything was in such disarray and dusty. Employees are unapproachable and look at you funny if you are in their way. I usually enjoy Target trips at other locations but this one gave me anxiety. I will not be coming back to this location.

Stop into this location this morning to pick up a few items before work, had a few questions about a sign promotion that target was running with 25% off ..I came across Emily they worked in HBA. I asked her a question and she was so rude and refused to help. I went to the front to try and find a manager. The young lady told me there was no manager on duty, so I just left the store. I’ve been to this location before and it’s always an issue. I can see why they don’t have five stars. I will continue to drive out of my way to go to a different target for better service

At 4:07 pm. My husband and I were returning a 2-pack of Google Nest routers to the Melrose Park Target in Chicago, the same location we bought the router.We thought it was going to be quick and easy like the other time I returned a router to a store. But the routers’ serial numbers weren’t matching the box. It’s a 2-pack. Of course the serial numbers aren’t going to match the box. The SN is for the two pack, not the routers themselves. Not rocket science.The supervisor at the returns booth, Tiffany, was having a power trip. She was giving us a hard time because the numbers on the box don’t match the ones on the routers. That’s not our problem. Blame the manufacturer! She then went off to ask somebody, and we were waiting at the return booth for a good 10 minutes before she came back. She then said, “I have the right to refuse this return. But I’ll accept it anyway.” Our return was finally processed at 4:41.We were returning it within the return window in its original packaging. Let us return it! What should have been a 1 minute return, turned into 30 minutes of being accused of trying to scam the store by replacing the routers with different ones.I love shopping at Target. But now I’m never returning to Melrose Park. I should’ve just left and gone to another location. I’ve returned electronics before at Target, and that was the worst experience I’ve ever had.Tiffany did not respect us or our time. She felt like ruining our day for her own ego, and wanted us to be stuck with a $330 pack of routers that we don’t want. All of the devices and accessories were there, we purchased it at that location, we had the receipt, and we were in the return window. We’re allowed to return a product that we no longer want. We followed the store’s policy. Tiffany needed to just scan our receipt and give us back our money. Not that difficult!I don’t want to be held at the mercy of some lady pulling a power trip on someone just returning an item from the same store.We were there from 4:07- 4:41 just to return something. That is outrageous!

Ordered an item for online pick up and order was ready same day. Rep retrieved my item quickly when I got there. A different location was not able to locate the item I needed, although online stated there were several there..I am happy I went to this Target and got what I needed right away!

Last visit I always go to self'check out and young lady with mask on didn't want to deal with Black customers. I watched the customer who were ahead of us who were Hispanic there were no problems but as soon as Black customers came up she started to holler and scream at their saying other register were open but because she had a mask on her face no one including myself understood what she was saying. A young African American young man asked for assistance and she ignored him and did everything but help him. She was rude and brushed him off each time he asked her for help It was obvious she didn't want to help anyone who was Black.

I have had really worst experience in past and had decided I wasn’t going to this Target anymore and yes for very long I did avoid, just happened to this time I forgot I had promised not to go in this location… so I ended up shopping here and went on got what I needed and what I just picked up just because it’s Target. Lined up at self checkout and started my check out, turns out as much I enjoy target deals and want to use all unfortunately I didn’t understand how to use self check out…. WelL TIFFANY at self check out lane was the cashier or manager or employee of Target was amazing and willing to help through out my whole purchase. Took her time went beyond herself and explained things very calm and beautiful way. Absolutely she should be named for her attitude and helpfulness nature.I was amazed and very pleased. Thank you Tiffany for being such a true amazing person and employee.Unfortunately my luck of finding you was just one day and visit to target after three days was totally opposite of it. :( but no bigi as long as there are employees like Tiffany out there we can make it.

This place is not organized, with long checkout lines, and the exit for customers was blocked with empty carts. No one cared if this was blocked for anyone. This was a real fire hazard !

Target sold me and empty ink cartridge for $31.99. I don't know if it was just old and the ink dried out. I never save my receipts, they did accept my return. The cartridges in the bad is my old cartridge I used as reference.

I was there less then 20 minutes and the cashier .. Isaac forget to give me a bag. Call two times and nobody answer. That is not good customer service. I was there for a return last time a week ago because I got to many school supplies and I waited over 10 minutes for a rep after two reps walk by me and they didn’t even ask if I need help. Keep the extra stuff. But you target are not looking good in my eyes.

This is my local Target and I go weekly. This Target is always very clean and organized. Today i went and there were no more of the coffee creamer that I like. I asked a worker named Nathan if there were any in the back, he kindly went to the back, brought some out and refilled the section. Thank you Nathan for your excellent customer service. I was in a hurry and I really appreciate it.

Most horrible service here.i drove from shiller to park to pick up an order. employee gave me the wrong order. If I can give 0 stars I would. the manager that picked up the phone call hung up on me in the middle of the conversation trying to explain the situation. When I get to the store I asked who picks up phone calls for guest services and I was told the manager does. 12/22/22 at 8:30 pm is the time I was there. Then they tried giving me a $10 gift card for my inconvenience. I don't n need a $10 gift card, I need you to do your job correct the first time! The employee that helped the first time I believe her name was Niomie ( not sure if the spelling of her name is correct). While this is going on I have my 2 kids that are under 2yrs old waiting in the truck while this blizzard is passing is at 0°. I hate to complain but you should not be hanging up on customers while explaining the situation. Order #9180572359978

My experience today has been not n so good I bought 2 boxes of granola bars took one out to eat and felt a very bad taste. When I happen to look at the expiration date it was from 2 years ago and the other box had expired last month. I went to customer service asked to speak with a manager the young lady said there is none today and if she is in she might be on break. She refunded both boxes but said one box was not on receipt and she was the one who handled my online order and delivered it to me thr drive up order. Went back to the aisle and the majority of the boxes were half open and still found another one expired. This was target in melrose park....

As I was checking out, there was an issue in the system for a product I was trying to purchase and the cashier called for a manager for assistance. We waited for more than 30 minutes for a manager that never showed up.Five other customers went on to buy their products before the cashier did what he could to assist in getting the items to scan so that I can go.But The cashier was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience which I appreciated.
