My first time coming to this groomer and I couldn’t have left any happier. The ladies were nice to speak to and do business with. They did a fantastic job with my Wheaton terrier. I didn’t see any cuts on him and he was very happy walking around with the other dogs in the facility a little on the pricier side but I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a new dog groomer.

Let these photos speak for themselves! Two of the best groomers - they treat every pup with kindness and while my dog is a nervous nelly, he really enjoys his time here. He is not dried in a cage, he plays w the other dogs and always gets the perfect cut!

They were really good with my dog Chuck who's never been to the groomer before. His coat looks so Shiney and he smells powder fresh. The white in his fur stands out he even looks younger. They were able to squeeze him in the same day I called. Highly recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Owner was so nice she helped us out more than she knows and we will return back when we come back to Chicago. Super neat and clean building as well. I wish there was one in Saint Louis but if you’re around Chicago with your fur babies make sure you go in!

I've only used the self-wash so far but it has everything you need. It's very cute and clean too. There are great treat options and other items for your dog care needs. I will definitely keep going back and will also try a grooming appointment.

We love this place. Every place I’ve took my dog they struggle and can’t seem to groom my maltipoo. From the beginning the groomer/owner is extremely nice and professional. She takes care of my Daisy every time. Makes her look so clean and soft and always makes us feel welcomed. Check her new location out!

Very clean and to the point. I went to wash my dog, and everything I needed was there. The only thing is, I wish they had more shampoo options, even if it was an extra charge for optional upgrades, but I will definitely go again!

I love bringing my puppy here! They are great with making sure my Maltipoo is nice and clean! Prices are very reasonable and the staff there are incredibly kind! Highly recommend to anyone with a dog who is in need of a haircut and bath!

After posting my first review a few hours later I recieved a phone call at first she told me she was booked for the next two weeks and would call me if there was any cancellations. A few minutes later I got a call back and had an appointment for the very next day. I'm very pleased with the service and the price. She treated my baby like a princess. We are already booked for my babies next appointment. I would recommend her to everyone. I would just give a warning that when you call have the time to wait for the call back. In my case it was an emergency and I was looking for a new groomer. As I said before I'm very pleased with her and have already recommended her to a friend.😍

Best dog groomer in Melrose Park! Marcia is the best, our dog Mini loves her. She lets her walk around while she waits for her turn to her groom and Mini is always happy to be around her. Great prices and super fast service! Highly recommend her!!

Took my anxious doodle for the first time and they were super understanding and kind to him. I’ve taken him to other places and he always gets home stressed and with a higher level of anxiety but yesterday he was just his regular self when we got home. Will continue I take him there. They were also super fast and communicative (other places just shave off your dog without consulting you) thank you Yesenia!

The stylist is very Professional and caring. She followed my instructions not to cut my Pomeranian’s infamous palm leaf tail which every other groomer has failed to follow. I also appreciate The time she takes for my dog and considerate of my time aswell no long wait!!!whereas other groomers hold my dog hostage for 5 -6 hours in a cage terrified. I informed the staff my dog is not neutered and anti social with other dogs. When I walked in to pay and pick up my dog, she was playing with staff and happy -I couldn’t believe this place was exactly what I’ve been looking for all these years!!!! Decent prices & amazing quality & service.

Marcia is so sweet to all the dogs. My shih tzu Ellie is so in love with her. I love how she lets them all roam cage free.Remember to always book ahead. There’s a reason why she’s so booked because she’s the best!!

Brought in my 2 year old Wheaton Terrier for a must needed grooming and he came back looking great especially under the circumstance I brought him in! Thank you to the young lady who made him look like one of those dogs in a commercial hahaha. Definitely recommend coming there and helping out a locally owned business! They are very friendly as well!

Marcia is the best groomer in Melrose Park! She does a great job every time I take my dog in and you can tell she treats him with care as well. Before I would struggle with taking my dog to get groomed because he would be scared but with Marcia he just walks right in. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

What an amazing groomer. She really seemed to care about my girl and did an amazing job even though my dog had knotted hair and is a senior dog. It is a little hard to book because she is so busy but very worth it.
