So far so good. We did not purchase any building material or anything in big quantities but enough to have an opinion. This is one of the biggest stores there is. We shopped for some plants and their selection of shrubs is very small considering a size of the store. Service is polite and helpful. Very conveniently located by 64 and 355.

This was "heaven on earth" for any DIY'er and homebuilder! I found everything we needed and more! I was pleasantly surprised on the showroom and lumber supply. It was nicely stocked and plenty of choices! The store was easy to navigate and had staff ready to assist you and answer your questions. Let's get to building something special! 😁

I was there after work this evening. Staff were extremely courteous, I found what I was looking for, checked out the exterior door selection. I was able to get in and out. Best of it, even during evening rush hour, I had to use the bathroom really quick. Even before I walked in, it smelled CLEAN and Fresh!Thank you all who worked hard for all of this great experience.

Menards in Melrose Park is a great store. Fully stocked, great variety, super staff. We have had deliveries from them, picked up things in their yard and the guys at the gate are so nice and of course shopped the store hundreds of times. We recently needed the help of customer service today and I was taken care of by the general manager himself!! JOSHUA SINNETTGENERAL MANAGER 2ND ASST treated me like I was the only customer he had dealt with all day. So much attention and even emailing back to report back and to assure if I needed anything in the future do not hesitate!! Also Kendra help me along the way and said the same to call back if I needed help!! This is going above and beyond for sure and really sets them apart!! Thank you for everything!!

The store has a pretty big parking lot. I love shopping here for basically anything to repair the home you can basically find anything regarding constructions items. The last time I visited the store was already bringing out their summer items, such as decorations for your garden or patio, Pool Supplies and chemicals. Not too many Planters but lots off the seeds that you can possibly imagine to start growing them in your garden. They also have a lots of live plants and fountains for the garden.

Excellent experience at this store. They had everything in stock that we were looking for and June in the hardware department was very helpful. She went above and beyond the call of her job and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. The seasonal display of Summer outdoor furniture was excellent and they had a great selection of lawn chairs and patio furniture to choose from. I appreciate that Menards has very fair pricing for good quality furniture and merchandise.

Intentionally practice deception, and misleading customers, should be audited by corporate customer ethics department !Horrible building materials management. Ran by bunch of part time supervisors trying to be “managers”. They keep horrible quality wood up on shelf’s and good quality is hidden, still unpacked in the middle of yard. For a year they are trying to sell cracked and beat up treated 2x10 20 feet while good quality is hidden from customer reach. When a bunch of “managers” are pressed all of the sudden entire pallet is available BUT now you have to pay the difference, increased price. Honestly worst experience of wreck-less miss management. Nobody should be forced to buy horrible quality and wait their time to come there multiple times trying to pick up 11 boards. It’s a joke of a store, joke of part time “ managers” Should be sued for time lost and slowing down projects. Every statement here I have prove in pictures, video and documents. This store is miss managed and controlled by KIDS, nobody knows who said what, who signed what, will be looking into legal action. Highly disappointed.

This store has everything what you need for your home! Very big choices and good prices! Employees are also nice people , they can help you, if you need! My family loved this place and we all time doing here big shopping... Today they have good sales for Christmas staff!

If you are thinking about working there, turn away. They have night time meetings every 2 months from 9pm-10pm. To talk about the same rules over & over. The managers there are unprofessional, they don’t communicate well with each other or the rest of their staff, therefore confusing their cashiers. One manager tells you one way of doing something and another manager tells you something else way different. HR does nothing but sit on her face and gossip. They love to gossip in the back in building materials as much as in the front of the store. That is becoming a problem. And this is Melrose park ILLINOIS location. The worst location. They have a manager there by the name of Cynthia in the front, that never works, always leaving the front, and sending other managers to do her work.That place is a joke. A lot of favoritism.

Great store always has what you need in stock. Wish the 11% was every week. The best outdoor Lumber out there they have in stock. Propane exchange is $5 less at Menards than even Home Depot.

Really bad service form the wall covering team member older woman 7 am you ask something and you can see and her face she don’t wanna be there bad approaching, flooring place a order of flooring online pay the fee to pick the product in receiving area purchase day 22. Pick up day 24 and show up there guess what ! Product hasn’t be place in receiving. So try to give a Chance so ok get it ready I will comeback in 2 days. For it well after the 2 days still not in receiving and the delivery girl Simple say o well you can go and pick it up your self 😕 lol I don’t know when Menards lost he’s costumer service.

Definitely the classiest hardware store I have ever been to in my life, hands down. The piano player is a nice touch! Shoppers experience a musical change as microclimates shift from ground to canopy, and all while holding onto one's cart while ascending the gradual slope of the ramp-escalator, which like the rest of the store receives high marks in both form and function. What a pleasure to shop (save big money!) at this hardware store; Menards is my favorite, and now that I have been to this location I know where the crown jewel is kept. (Incidentally, they had exactly what I was looking for, too.)

Great location that is always well stocked. Employees are very helpful and it's easy to navigate this store. Parking is plenty. Menards has an outstanding seasonal section and also they have great toy selection in comparison to the other Home Improvement stores. Menards is my top choice for Home Improvement and for Hardware. Also I go here for seasonal items first as they always have a large section of seasonal items

Ryan the Manager is a true gem! I have an issue with an order that broken during transit and he was extremely proactive at making sure my situation was corrected. He even called me the next day to confirm things were handled. Mistakes happen and the professionalism/kindness that Ryan have me made the situation a lot less stressful. Thank You Ryan!

All the associates are friendly. It’s a very good looking store. They have a pianist on the weekends at the top of the escalator. The entire atmosphere in the store is awesome. Even the customers are super friendly and helpful.

Marco was one of the rudest employees to. He acted like I was an idiot and treated me with such disrespect. As a big corporation you should really consider hiring employees that will actually be helpful and not tell me to check something online or rudely ask my “plumber”.

Menards has the best online sales ever but what keep me shopping big time is the associates in merchandise pickup. Tyesha has the best customer service skills. She is professional, helpful and to be so tiny can lift and load purchases without assistance. I just want the store manager Matt know that he has excellent, quality, friendly, professional, helpful, caring associates working in merchandise pickup.

Family and I purchased cabinets at this location from the get go there was a lot of miscommunication w us and the store. Very unorganized, even their own delivery drivers say the store is constantly messing up orders. Save yourself the headache and do not order from this location!

Favorite go to store. Go there at least once a week. Have a cat rescue, and 11% rebate is great. Checkout is always fast.The only problem is with the app. When searching for something, it used to tell you where the product is. They took that off. Now I have to get an associate. There are plenty of nice helpful people. It is just annoying.
