Gabby and Ysenia handled the entire adoption process with my family. The two girls couldn’t have been more courteous, informative, as well as welcoming and compassionate towards my son. He is 9 and this kitten was meant to be his ESA. She also was gifted the name Luna.My son requires brain surgery in a month and has been home from school thus far & will continue to in the future for some time. I can say this was THE best decision we have made to improve our son’s mental health.Thank you again so so muchGABBY & YSENIA!

In regards to the grooming department for PetSmart, Nina ALWAYS provided EXCELLENT service every time we would bring Mr. Newton and our late dog, Cotton. Cotton has been going to Nina for a decade and Newton has been going since 2019.I strongly recommend booking w/ Nina F. for grooming services! It's easy to book grooming w/ the petsmart app and pay (optional) or you can call, but you'll reach the call center, at least from my past experiences.

So I had to change my response. I have been going here for years, for crickets. There has only been one employee in my 5yr history at this location has doesn't ask "do you want cardboard or not" only one employee. He has never asked me and always put cardboard in there. I ask him to change it, he won't. He is older heavy set white guy, I believe he is the manager. It seems minor but when I transfer them out of the bag I don't want them hanging on to the cardboard and getting loose in my house. I have always had pleasant experience but he is super grumpy. Work on that bruh!

I love the entire salon here! Nina runs the place and is amazing! Today, my 4.5 month old puppy was groomed by one of Nina's students. I was shocked at how cute she was! The picture shows my sheepadoo after my daughter took out one of her bows and the pup was outside looking for holes to dig.My cheeks hurt after smiling at how good she looks!Also showed a before pic ;)

I’m not from here and I can say I LOVE this PetSmart ! Out of all the ones I’ve went to I will definitely be driving 40 mins to this location , I have 6 leopard geckos and they take care of the animals; yes the tank is small but it’s well fix ! I wanted to buy something in the tanks witch was a moist spot & was told the manager brought it from else where the fact you did that was amazing bekuz a lot of places I’ve been to they don’t care as much it’s well showed they took there time in each closure !

I brought my pup in for his first grooming experience. We had Brianne and she took such great care of him. He gets nervous when other pups bark excessively but she said he did good as she kept him calm. He only needs a bath, brush and nail trim. He smelled so good when he got him! His coat was so soft too. We did have to wait a few hours as expected, but knowing he was in good hands allowed me to not worry. Price range for services were as expected and average for what needed to be done. We'll definitely trust Brianne with my pup again!

Took my baby to get his hair cut the first time here and I'll never do that again Ms. Marie.G had My baby looking a hot mess after he just got the hospital smfh. These are before and after. She Made excuses but the manager was very nice and did what was right after the young lady made a huge mistake.. I love to shop here but will never take my puppy to get his hair groomed or anything else other than buying stuff and leaving out the place was very cold old looking like I was taking my child to prison they need to add more lights And keep it a lot more warmer for the puppies as well as our dogs, cats, and kittens because he at the end of the day they are our children too.

If I could give zero stars I would, I brought my dog in for grooming and a nail trimming using a grinder, her quips are very long and cannot be cut without substantial bleeding. After the 4 hours she was in the grooming salon I pick her up to find she got her nails clipped. The worker stated that the front nails couldn't be done with the grinder. I said no problem since it appeared they were careful and only caused minimal bleeding, after further inspection when I got home after she trailed an immense amount of blood through my kitchen, all of her nails were done via clippers and she's constantly bleeding and might even have to take her to the vet if it doesn't stop soon. I recieved no phonecall or anything prior to changing my order. Absolutely astounded at how terrible you people treated my dog.Edit she is now bleeding through her gauze.

The service is great! The cleaning is of the shelves you could cut the dust with a knife. Let clean up, people notice especially those who are allergic to dust! Removing something from the shells is not cool for the person breathing in the dusk.

I had the WORST experience with this location. My goldendoodle was shaved very low without my consent. He was not matted all over his body. I asked for a specific haircut and the stylist did what she wanted to do. I asked her to give him a small trim, so that he could keep his curls. I expressed to her that I like his hair long and I don’t want to mess up his beautiful curls. I also asked her not to cut his hair on his head and she did. I am livid! To my fellow doodle parents, do not take your dog there. I repeat, do NOT take your dog there! I will be reaching out to corporate reporting this location and stylist! They need to hire experienced groomers and not be so quick to just shave dogs because they are busy or inexperienced.

This place is awesome! All the associates is respectful and nice. The groomers do an excellent job on my pet and they always keep me informed if they have to do anything extra. It's real easy to set an appointment.

They did a wonderful job on my fur baby. He came out super happy and looking so cute and handsome. Came home smelling so good from his grooming appointment and his nails were nice and smooth from the nail grind. I will definitely be coming back to take my fur baby for his grooming appointments. I brought him here once when he was a little pup but I'm bringing him back here cause it's closer to my house he first saw Brittney when he was 6 months old I believe and she did a wonderful job on my fur baby but I found out she only there on Sunday's he saw someone different this time and also did a wonderful job !!! Will be coming back and to make his next appt with Brittney!

GREAT PLACE!As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two employees. Very nice. Employee asked if I needed help and told me to take my time, very nice woman. One cashier was training on her first day and she did very well and was very respectful, good management.Fish section was good. Lots of decor and I’ll be back again soon!

The manager at the PetSmart in Matteson Illinois, I think his name was Lenny is fantastic. I made an order on a clearance fish tank it was delivered by DoorDash but was broken in delivery. The manager took care of everything and helped me get the last tank that was available in Illinois and was very nice about everything and went above and beyond to help.

The only reason why I am even giving this Petsmart two stars is because 1.) Baby Yumi!! (See photos.) and 2.) They always have my Jacky's food, expensive, but well worth it.Unfortunately, the manager was rude and unhelpful, they were short staffed, overpriced, and their reptiles were not housed properly. Hence me buying, yet again, another Leo!! Darn you P. M. Your lack of maintaining animals correctly is turning my house into a zoo. 😁

The women in the grooming salon were fantastic.The woman who greeted me listened to my concerns about my dog and my hesitations and she got down and interacted with him and put him at ease which was good to see. He’s not been out of someone in my family’s sight for his entire life, so almost 5 years and he had a traumatic experience with getting his nails trimmed so I was nervous for him and how bad he would be stressed.When the groomer listed the services we would be having done and paying for there were 3-4 things that I did not ask for and wouldn’t have asked for seeing as they’re covered in my dogs yearly wellness plan so there’s no need for me to have that done here. she corrected it and the total was adjusted correctly.Our dog came out seeming to be somewhat stressed but much less anxious than we had expected him to be when we picked him up.We’d definitely recommend using PetSmart, just make sure to check your invoice!
