Dr. Beth and her crew at Mascoutah Animal Hospital are amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Beth was incredibly patient and thorough in explaining my cat's diagnosis, treatment options, and answering my questions. Cannot recommend enough!

Prices are cheap & everyone BUT the veterinary are great. She shows no compassion. Makes comments that just don’t need to be said. Makes you feel stupid for asking questions. SHE DOESN'T LISTEN. She acts as if you are bothering her when I’m there giving them my money & asking for help. This has happened to me almost every time I have brought my dogs in. I had enough the last visit & found a new vet that was willing to help me & give me the answers/help I was wanting. Her staff is amazing though just not their leader.

Very unprofessional. My dog had an appointment scheduled for surgery. The vet had a death in the family. So the receptionist SANDY called me to reschedule my dogs surgery MONTHS OUT BEHIND EVERYBODY ELSE’S SURGERY. Remind you HE WAS NEXT TO HAVE SURGERY. Sandy was very rude and very unprofessional about the situation.

This a great place to have your pets health and well-being taken care of. Very friendly and professional. Let me tell you, I have seen where a customer was not being cooperative , and the young lady was very professional and courteous. She finally got him to understand what the doctor had prescribed for his pet. She was not rude, mean, or talked to him in any demeaning way. I have taken my other pet here and they have been terrificwith her as well. Keep up the great job and i will continue to take my pets here.

This was our 1st visit and I was a little disappointed that the Dr did not take any time to introduce herself. But overall, we were satisfied with the visit and the receptionists were very friendly. We appreciate the 10% military discount.

We took our baby girl kitty to their vet. She was very sick and the vet was such a comfort to us in our time of sorrow. The lady's at the desk were so kind. We deeply appreciate everything they done for our girl and us

Dr Beth takes great care of my dogs. She is quick to get us in and works long hours to make sure her patients get the care they need. She is calm and reassuring even in an emergency 🐶🐶

Terrible. We took our puppy here for about a year since no other vet offices were taking new patients due to Covid. He ran into a health problem and they diagnosed him with a very rare condition without any testing and said we would need to think about putting him to sleep. Luckily we took him to a different vet and they completely disagreed with diagnosis, actually ran tests, and put him on the correct medication. Luckily he is almost back to normal and we for sure will never use the Mascoutah Animal Hospital again.

Seem to be a good place to take your dog, however they are not a animal hospital, they do not always have a vet on site, you must make an appointrment. They were nkt able to take care if my dog but were very helpful in finding numbers of vet hospitals for me to call and make sure they had a vet on site today. In their defense it was friday and there are not a lit if vets in on friday. This could be a case if friday not in today I just am not familiar with their vet schedule

Our dog has been going here for 3 years. Other than his yearly visit he’s never really had to go much. A couple of weeks ago we took him for updates and had them look at a couple of things. The vet wasn’t there but had a replacement doing the appointments. The appointment went fine and the replacement vet was nice but the lady working the front desk didn’t really seem to know what was going on. But our dogs problems came back. We called a week after the first appointment to get him in again but the vet wasn’t there again and wouldn’t be there for another week or so. We couldn’t make our dog wait that long so they referred us to another place. It’s frustrating that we had to take him to another place when they should of checked for an infection in the first place. When we took him to the other place the girl working said they had another person just in saying that the vet seems to never be there. Glad it wasn’t just us feeling that way.

I went here for the first time and I don't think I will be going back. This was not the first place I would have chosen to take my dog but I needed somewhere close because I had a newborn at home. They have a small waiting room with a cat cage they just leave open with the cats in there. My dog was barking because she is a barker and they made me wait outside. Once we got to the back the woman had me place my dog on the scale because she was afraid to pick her up. They also had cats roaming free in the back so my dog was hyped up and crazy trying to run after them and play. The vet seemed like she was trying to rush me - my dog had an ear infection and it was a quick fix but I had questions about why and will it come back. I had to pay between $50-$60 to bring her in, sit in the room with the vet for 5 minutes and she put some drops in her ears. The infection did go away, but I feel that was very pricey. I'm sure the staff are nice people but I just won't be going back.

Very professional and friendly. Knowledgeable. Helped us with a stray kitten that desperately needed flea and worm treatment. Fees are very fair. I plan to keep all of this cat's care at this clinic.

I want to say thankyou for your service . i have been going to bac in belleville for over 30 years.an when it came to put my shepherd down they said i couldn't bewith her when she took last breath.they said i would have to goodbye in the parking lot.mascoutah animal took me in right away.and again i thank them for there professional service.i will become a new customer

Very kind and caring staff. They don't charge an office visit if your pet gets vaccinations. They will give you all the pros and cons of the treatment and prices

Both dogs needed one shot each, nails trimmed, and groomed. They were dropped off at 9am and didn't get home until after 3pm. Both dogs were so thirsty that they both went immediately to the water bowl and one drank so much he puked. Also the "grooming" was awful.

Our dog Peach had a broken paw. We brought her to the Mascoutah Vet. They were very professional and nice. Peaches paw mended very well over a period of time and she enjoyed her visits
