We take our dog to Woof and Wag every 6-8 weeks to be groomed. Brooke is the absolute best and goes above and beyond! Our anxiety-ridden dog has a hard time at the groomers, but Brooke is amazing at making him comfortable and stress free. She is very personal and gets to know every dog she works with. She even takes the cutest pictures to show off his handsome haircut! I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!

Fantastic self service grooming area. Absolutely worth the time and money. Staff was very friendly. I bought the premium package and the only thing my dog didn't like was the tooth brushing! Haha. But the room is clean, easy to use, warm, dry. We went with plum shampoo and blueberry facial and I couldn't be more happy with how his coat and skin look and feel. I'll definitely be back!

Brooke and Jessica were such a pleasure! They not only were so very sweet but also made my goldendoodle feel at home. My doodle got the full pamper treatment (the excellent add-on) which she loved and got a blueberry facial. YES. Blueberry facial, you heard that right! How cool, right? Great place to take your pup and to know they will be in good hands, such a relief for any dog mama. Absolutely recommend this place!! Will be coming back.OH, & forgot to mention, they even took the cutest Cinco De Mayo themed picture of my doodle. How stinking cute!! :-)

We absolutely love taking our fur babies here and they love going. We drop them off and pick them up and I have no worries because I know they are in good hands. Kelly is the absolute best! I have been using this place to grind my dogs nails for a while. In the beginning everything was fine, they were fast and the lady did a good job. That has since changed. They have become short staffed and the owner has done my dogs nails the last three times I went in. He didn't do a terrible job, but it wasn't great. This morning I took both of my dogs in to have their nails done and the lady that we used to see was in there again so she did one dog and the owner did the other. The lady, as usual, did a good job, but the owner did not. My dog was giving him a hard time about her right paw and rather than take the extra time to finish the grind, he stopped and used clippers on the claw he hadn't done. His comment was "I guess that's as good as your going to get today". It's a small shop and since there was another customer in there I just paid, scheduled my next appointment, and left. When I got in my car and was headed home I called back just to express my dissatisfaction. The owner answered the phone and I told him how I felt about the service he provided. Rather than be understanding and listen to my issue he became defensive and told me they provided a good service and my expectations were too high. Additionally, he told me he felt like we didn't need to do business anymore and cancelled the appointment I scheduled before I left. He was more concerned about being right than providing a good service to a customer. I don't recommend anyone taking their pets here, the owner doesn't truly value your business because if he did he would value the negative feedback as much as the positive.

Loved the self-serve... my lab... not so much! :D For a dog who will run a mile to jump into every puddle she can, she doesn't like baths. :(That being said, the prices and facilities are good but beware, they have treats you will want to buy if you aren't prepared! Staff were great and very friendly. They gave me a detailed discription on how to use the products and equipment then left me to it! They were always on hand had I needed assistance though.Wish they had more than one self-serve wash area or a tentative appointment option though. Hard to make appointments because each dog will take different times with wash/dry times unfortunately.

My daughter and I tried the self serve dog wash today and had a very good experience since it was our first time. Very helpful explained everything. Loved the ease of getting our big boy into the tub. So much easier than doing it at home. Will definitely use them again for self serve and also going to set up our little ones for full service

Kelly and Craig are the nicest people to do business with. They will go out of their way to make sure that their customers are taken care of. They love all the dogs that come into their shop and treat them as their own. They make special arrangements for my anxiety ridden pit bull to trim her nails, not everyone will do that. I highly recommend checking them out. They have all sorts of goodies for your fur baby!

Kelly & Craig have an amazing shop. The types of food and products they offer only show that they only have the best interest in your fur baby. They are absolutely amazing at what they do. Every dog that I see come out of their shop look amazing and are always happy with their tail wagging. I would recommend them to everyone I know! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Took my dog there a few times and tried to give the groomer a chance, but the animal always knows best. Our dog never liked going there and this last time the lady complained and lectured me on my dog and added a hard to handle fee making the bill well over a hundred because he was difficult. Well they just lost another customer and from what I can tell it is a pattern of theirs. They didn't like how I questioned the grooming each time either. Will never recommend or go back

We used the self serve dog wash. Nice people, very helpful! Explained all to us and set up the washing room. Our pup came out of the experience smelling nice and looking great! Much easier than doing at home! Very nice, clean facility!

We brought our 150 pound dog there for the second time for the self-serve dog wash. I wasn’t very happy with the first time but decided to give it another try. The first time I went my dog would not go up the steps into the bath. I wrangled 150 pound dog into the bath alone with nobody asking for help. So this time I thought I’d bring my husband. We had to bring our kids who are two and three and my three-year-old who was screaming for mom, who by the way is autistic, but at that time there’s no need to point it out. Absolutely nobody asked us for help instead Chris said you can’t leave your dog alone. Nobody offeredhey I see you have your hands full how about a little hand. I realize that may not be in the service package but if you want people with big dogs to come back off for a little help. Also one of your workers was talking about a artistic boy who was 12 or 13 but had the mind of a four-year-old. That’s not really something that you should be talking about your business if you don’t know anything about autism. A large percent of an autistic children are actually very intelligent despite their lack of communication

Woof & Wag did a great job grooming my 11 year old GSD. His nails were perfect, his coat was clean and all of the extra hair was gone. Most importantly, it wasn't a stressful experience for him. The team at Woof & Wag did a great job and I've scheduled an appointment for our other dog. With this kind of service we'll be long-term customers.

We've been taking our furkids to Kelly, before she and Craig started Woof & Wag. So did my mom. Now my son-in-law and daughter, wouldn't take our grandpup anywhere else. They rock! Imaculate facility, professional technique and care, a wide variety of quality products, and kindness beyond compare. We consider them family. Never a complaint, from us or anyone, we've ever seen in the store or elsewhere! Can I give them 10 stars?

My Dog, Was taken to wood and wag, they charged me $ 86.00, and could not groom her(they claim) but although she got a bath and an eye trim, a little on her bottom area... they chose to have me pay full price. She is very Sweet and my other groomers just love her. So I'm not sure what is going on. But I feel this was a very unfair price. Maybe ty hey could have said a bath price and tiny trim. Not much. I have the reciept, the voice mail message, and I paid for a Full Groom plus another 10$ hard to handle fee. I will turn them into the B.B.B. They owe me at least half of my money back.

Brooke grooms my golden doodle and my daughters golden doodle. My daughter lives in St Louis and makes the trip to Illinois to have Brooke groom her pupper. Have always had a fantastic grooming experience at Woof and Wag. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Craig and Kelly do a great job and are very knowledgeable when it comes to pet care. I moved away from the area and still drive 2 hours for all my needs. 5 stars all across the board
