I went to buy some Blue Bell ice cream that everyone was raving about. Store was very nice, clean. I liked the store, ice cream... not so much.

Very convenient for a few items and the staff is super friendly. I just don't recommend buying meat because they don't rotate stock enough and it's almost or past the expiration date. I have taken home some nasty sausage and hamburger. Other then that we love how close it is to the house.

After hearing the owners are Christian and doing a lot for the Mascoutah community, I drove over from Belleville and was glad I did! I'm used to shopping Walmart and this was worth the drive!Arrived after lunch, which was unfortunate because the prepared deli chicken made me drool.The store was clean, the produce fresh, the staff incredibly nice, and I finally found a wonderful meat section that didn't reflect post apocalyptic pricing! This place is the opposite of Walmart!I keep coming over from Belleville!

I like the changes being made at Betty Ann Market in Mascoutah, but hope the poor service I received there tonight is an aberration and not a sign of things to come. I don't mind paying a little extra to shop local, but local loyalty has its limits and mine is poor customer service.

I wish there were more options for grocers in a decent drivable distance. I don't know who they paid off to get such a high google rating. But I consistently come home with moldy food that was just purchased that day. You guys have a refrigeration issue and you're going to make people sick. Please stop cutting corners to save a dollar.

Tom's is great. Nice employees. The meat, produce, deli and bakery Depts all do a great job. Some items can be priced up a bit too high; but you're paying for the convenience. I go there about once a week to pick up odds and ends or specialty items (bucket of chicken, baked cake etc,) and have never been disappointed. 😀

I'm a route salesman and I go to Tom's just for buying dog bones for the dogs I see on my route. Otherwise the store is clean and the employees are friendly. it seems to have everything you would want in any other grocery store you'd see but some of the prices are downright funny. If I was actually looking for a good deal I would go elsewhere

It's pretty hard to find locally-owned grocery stores pretty much anywhere nowadays. But to also find one that is run very well and has excellent staff: one in a million. For hunters: my family has tried numerous deer processors in the area but once we found Tom's, we are never going anywhere else. They have great prices, they make great products, and their deer sausage spices are the best! Love this place!

Friendly staff that is helpful. Very much a small town grocery store. Not the best selection, but pretty good considering. Not the best prices all around but the sales are decent and the generic prices aren't too bad. Great for a quick trip when you don't want to head out of town. Very convenient location!

Great staff. The butcher is very friendly and glad to meet your needs. The produce isn't always the best, but when needed without running into town its nice to have the availability. Smaller business = higher prices within reason. Love their meat. We buy from no one else.

It's nice to have a local grocery store when you're in a pinch. The staff seems friendly. I would love to shop here more often but I find the prices to be quite high. Their deli selection is amazing. Unfortunately they don't have as big of a selection of other things. Went there for organic milk (any brand) and they didn't carry anything at all. So I just put my cart back and left.

Thank goodness for Tom's !! They have the best deals on meat in the area. All the workers are so helpful and nice. It really is a small town grocery store in all the good ways, but has all the name brands like a city-store.

The prices for that size of business is more than fair, and location is a major plus if you're within town. The people are friendly and helpful. They also have a decent deli and fried chicken with some good sides. It's a good, clean, and friendly place to shop. If you're looking for the basics and a get away from a megastore, this place is for you.

Conveniently placed and usually fast to get in and out. Would rate higher but so overpriced that it is hard to go much. Selection is simple. Chicken in the back looks nice on the menu but almost never has any sides ready to buy.

Their to die for wings are to die for! Their staff is courteous and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to hear Christian music playing. Their dill dip is the best I've ever had! I've got nothing but good things to say!

I would rather drive to belleville, the produce is always disgusting, wilted produce and extremely high prices. The younger employees that work there are very rude and condescending. They really need to update the freezer system in the frozen food section everything always has frostbite or is half melted.

Super convenient grocery store. Prices are kinda high for certain items, but the customer service I receive still brings me back. Plus this grocery store gives back to the community thru their donations to the local pantry. Awesome!!!

They have the best tasting country style Summer Sausage! I can't get enough of it! I think they have their own packing house. It really is so good!

They are improving the store but the prices are higher than dierbergs which has superior fruit, vegetables, meat, etc
