Today I came in about 320 with my son. I was planning on getting us both a sandwich but in the mist of me trying to put my order in , the sandwich maker ( brown skin guy with glasses ) was being extremely rude. He started off asking me my breads. I told him , then began telling him what I wanted on each sandwich, every single topping I said before I could say what I wanted next he would was barking at me “ WHAT ELSE “ “ WHAT CHEESE “ ect. literally cutting me off as I’m speaking. Just being extremely rude. I said I’m trying to tell you if you just stop cutting me off , he still continued to interrupt me at every single topping. Finally I just end up telling me forgot it I dont even want the food any more because the service is horrible. He was also being rude to the lady behind me as well so much so that she ended up apologizing to him because she wasn’t saying her order fast enough for him either. After I told him never mind I don’t want the sandwich another worker , a girl with red hair, started laughing so loud like it was something funny about how the sandwich maker was treating customers. I’m not sure if they think it’s funny or cute to be rude to customers but I would never recommend this subway to anyone again!

This Subway is the best!! Idk the name of this dynamic duo, but I was blown away!!! They weren't only friendly, the place was packed, they handled it like it was nothing. They are sandwich artists!! Most rude and ignorant young woman working today at 2pm. Wasn't busy and I was the only one in there. Slopped my sandwich together randomly and gave me horrible tomatoes etc. Completely mute and hardly said a word. No thank you, no asking if I wanted a meal, no nothing. Should be fired. Doesn't want to put in even 10% of effort and just being lazy. Not coming back to this store.

When I came in today 6-20-2023 10 min before close the red head lil girl gave me the worst customer service I've ever had. She SLOPPED my sandwich together. I asked for extra pickles she piled half of a jar worth on my sandwich, I asked for 2 lines of mayo she put about 7 lines on it. When i told her it was waaay too much n repeated that i only wanted 2 lines she didnt offer or even try to fix it, she just stood there looking stupid. I was in uniform so I was expecting the discount I normally get but she refused to give it to me, she huffed n puffed the entire time as if I forced her to apply to work at subway. She didn't make me feel welcome at all, after I paid for it she just pushed the sloppy food to me n walked away. Didn't say thank you, or have a nice day NOTHING! I wanted to cuss her out but I decided to leave a review instead#GROWTHShe needs to be RETRAINED on customer service IMMEDIATELY.. Because her skills are NON EXISTENT!Do better Subway!! Because she ain't it!!!Kid-friendliness: As long as this lil chic is working keep your kids away, you don't want them witnessing such poor service!

I have always loved this subway and never had issues, but on my most recent trip, the plastic gloves were not being changed out by the workers. They would ring people out with the gloves on touching the monitor and even handling money and go right back to making sandwiches 🤢 In the past gloves were always removed when someone was working the cash register. They might as well not use gloves at all since the gloves were contaminated anyway.

The food was pretty good. We got 2 foot longs. Cold cut combo and steak and cheese for 18.80. Looks like more then it should but we was both full and enjoyed the food.

I ordered Subway online twice in the past two weeks. The Italian herb and cheese bread was stale and tough. However, the subs overall were good. They also got our order right both times. I have noticed that the pickles are rougher and not as good as they used to be. I still will give them more business but without pickles.

I went there to order some food as everyone does but this day was different and this was my first time in this store. There was two female workers there that afternoon I had their names written down but I had lost the paper. I believe one was named Marilyn. They were extremely nice so nice my mood changed drastically in a good way! The food look fresh and the area was nice and clean. I noticed two tables that had not been cleaned but then again a few people just left. I had also noticed the floor it hadn't been swept and by the looks of it had to be a good 2 days there was A LOT of stuff on the floor. Overall Very nice place and I also came back the other night there was a male worker and he was great also...... If I could give them stars I would give the 5 BIG ONES :)

My first time at this location. EXCELLENT! New employee made my subs, he nailed it with perfection! That was the freshest sub I've ever had compared to all the other Subways! Will definitely make that the Subway to go to when I come from St. Louis to Maryville, Illinois to visit my mother!

There was a woman in front of me with multiple orders from her office. Both workers were tending to her list. I had to ask if I could order my one sandwich and not have to wait so long. They did comply but in my opinion one should have concentrated on her multiple orders and the second employee take others in line to keep things moving. The soda from the machine was flat.

I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki with tomato basil wrap. I requested onions, lettuce and provolone cheese. They gave me a spinach wrap because they were out of the tomato (left me a wonderful note on the INSIDE of the paper that they were out of tomato wraps) I counted 4 tiny pieces of onion, absolutely no cheese or lettuce, and there was so much sauce it was pouring out of the wrap. My receipt even shows there should have been cheese and lettuce.

It is right by my work, I visit once a week and I have been kinda disappointed the last few times I have been in there. I feel that the sandwiches are sloppily made and the bread is so dry it falls apart in my hands and I purposely do not toast my bread because I like soft bread. There seems to be all new people every time I am in there and it is definitely not as friendly as it used to be.

The staff here are always cheerful and work well together, like a well oiled machine. The store is clean and well maintained as well. Always a pleasure stopping in for a quick bite.

Had a 6 inch meatball sub on white bread. Not only was the bread stale I only had 3 meatballs. Every other Subway I’ve been to I had at least 4 meatballs. It was also cold.

Depending on which employees are working that day the toppings are not switched out to fresh ones after lunch, barely any cleaning of the floors and soda machine area, restrooms are filthy and smell horrible.. Btw I can see why they can't keep employees.. I went into working at this location recently for the second time, and I was treated horribly by the women employees that i worked with because I did my job right and knew what i was doing from previous employment at this location. The other employees literally teamed up against me to basically black mail me and get me fired. May sound crazy, but i would not make up some b.s like this.. I'm a single mom, basically homeless trying to get my life together for myself and son.. I was offered a management position within a little over a week of working there.. The other employees were exptremely pissed off that some one new coming into the store was offered management because they had been working there way longer than me.. Money went missing/missplaced, or even stolen I dont know What happened to it. . but because of my background in the past outside of work they got together and framed me saying that i stole money from the store.. When I hadnt even been at the register once to place an order since I started working back there again..It really upsets me how cruel and ignorant people can be.. If they would have known me 4/5 years ago and how I used to treat ppl, how horrible and selfish of a person I was towards people then and how I would have handled the situation back then i would probably be in jail.. Anyway I've come a VERY long way for the better and it hurts so bad when everybody around me wants me to fail.. Its like they want me to Go stay sick, vulnerable, careless, ignorant, unproductive, unhealthy and stuck at bottom.. Don't get me wrong I completely understand why the employees were so upset that someone working there a week was offered management, but Damn be happy for some one who's come so far.. I'm not asking for a pat on the back or sympathy just Plain RESPECT!! I'm human too.. Damn!!

Management needs to work on training at this restaurant. Employees had bad flow where one would let 8 sandwiches line up while the 2nd had to handle vegetables and cashing out. Since she had to wash her hands and put on new gloves each time it caused a major line. I was in the line for almost 30min. the first employee also was handling items in the back kitchen e.g. walk in fridge handle without putting in new gloves.

They put the same amount of cheese on a veggie sub as a sub with meat. Having 2 pieces of cheese (half slices) per six inches leaves a lot of bread space not covered by anything but veggies. I know Subway says the veggie is supposed to come with 4 half slices per six inches, but unless you remind them of the fact you will end up with 2, so don't bother ordering online because they will screw it up. I don't like paying the same amount of money for a sub with no meat, and the same amount of cheese and getting stiffed on the cheese it supposed to come with.

Trying to eat healthy and this place has good food. Oven roasted chicken on Italian bread with both American cheese and shredded cheese.😉 The cheese is the most unhealthy part but it's still healthier than the alternative

I came in today to order the deal seen on TV "Buy two foot long sub and get both for $5.00. I even ordered the subs that were on the list to qualify for the $5.00 subs. Imagine my surprise when my total for three sandwiches was over $21.00 dollars..."oh we are a franchise We don't honor the Ads" well I won't be back! Very Misleading!
