Honestly, I tried to give the mom and pop pharmacy my business and I did for almost 3 years. I put up with their hours and even drove about 10 miles each way to get my meds. They are soooo unfriendly and rude! Especially the blonde lady. She wasn’t going to fill my prescription for a medication that I had to have and her reason “it’s a matter of profit” ! They even told me they couldn’t fill one because of a 5 cent difference. And the last straw was she told me they couldn’t refill my methotrexate because of profit and I needed to get it filled elsewhere. Said it without a care in the world. DONT GO HERE

Honestly, I miss the days where in pharmacies were small and the customers actually meant something to the pharmacist. It is a crying shame when you call ahead and people cannot stay open 1 minute, literally 6:01 p.m. souhan a prescription myout of a drive-thru window when they know that the customer has drove 30 with gas at $4 a gallon of these days! To be frank, I'm sorry I wasted the phone call you can do better!

I Absolutely LoVE & Appreciate thiS Pharmacy SO Verrry Much!!♡♡♡I think it's important to have a pharmacist who Knows && Cares about YOU. And Harry (the owner), along with his outstanding staff, offer The Very Best CaRE AND Concern for YoU As An Individual!They do noT lump us into a number like "big chain pharmacies" DO and when they do thiS aLL TO OFTEN they Don't Bother to find out iFFF this iS actually a good med to add with your other meds you may have to take.Might sound CrAzY But your pharmacist knows So Much More about any n all medications than ANY doctor(s). (Google that if you don't believe me. That's ReaLLLy Important To Know thiS for Your Future!)I mean because naturally, yes, that's their job but Maryville Pharmacy goes Above n Beyond for EvEry Single One oF uS. And while doing so making me feel like I'm The OnLy thing they're concerned with right now iS MY Health even though I Know they have possibly thousands of people they have to care for. They just give one that hometown feel like You are what's Most Important RIGHT NOW or iF/When you call with ANY questions or concerns about....AnyThing!I wish I could give them more than just a mere 5 stars for allll they've done for my family n I.Thankkk Youuu, Maryville Pharmacy!!♡♡♡

I had issues early on with this pharmacy. They compounded the wrong dose of medication. I feel they should have accepted responsibility for the error and handled it more professionally. However since the error, things have been accurate and I am happy with the compounded medication that I have been taking. As always, double check your medications and dosages before leaving.

I have been using this pharmacy for a little over a year for a compound script. They have incorrectly filled it three times but fixed it each time (wrong strength twice/number of doses once). Each time they corrected it. My current script reads the correct strength but I am not feeling the benefits of the medication so I am not sure it is right. I have lost all confidence in them at this point and am taking my business elsewhere. A compounding pharmacy should be meticulous. This one is NOT. Leaving a 1 star review but that is generous.

Great Pharmacy. Their prices are very competitive and the pharmacists are so knowledgeable. They answer the phones quickly and you don't just get a recorded message. I am happy to support an independent pharmacy. Nothing against chains but I like the idea of knowing my money is going to directly support pharmacists and technicians rather than a corporation.

Update from my previous review: I received a call from Catherine and a text from Harry almost immediately after my review was posted. I was given some incorrect information by my doctors office and Catherine has cleared that up. She was very helpful and clarified the misunderstandings as well as got my medication sorted out, I definitely appreciate them reaching out to rectify the issue and create a long term plan for getting my medications sent out to me.

My new endocrinologist sent my compounding medication to this pharmacy instead of the pharmacy I was previously using and I am not a fan. They are an hour away from me and will not mail the RX out, they will also not do more than 30 days at a time, both of which are things my previous pharmacy did (mail order and 90 day RXs). In addition, apparently they only have one compounding pharmacist and if that person is off, RX refills are delayed. I was told today that I cannot call in a refill until 2 days before the RX is out but that it can take 2-3 days to process the RX which leaves at least a 1 day gap of running out of the RX and more of a gap if the compounding pharmacist is out. Would not recommend and will be talking to my doctor about finding a new pharmacy.

Great for prescriptions. Would not recommend for CPAP supplies. Took weeks to get cushions from their supplier. Had to send them back because they had sent the wrong size. Had to wait again for supplier to send correct ones. Wanted to use a local business for my supplies but it wasn't worth the hassle.

This is one the only locally owned pharmacy's in our area. They are not like those chains store Pharmacy's were profit is the most important.I am not saying anything back about the pharmacist and the technicians and other employees.but they are at the mercy of the CEO's.Cerretto's have a wonderful staff that is willing to help there customers with finding what ever there needs may be. Every one who works there makes you feel at ease. If you need anything special they can usually order it for you. If something is needed right away they have other they can send you.

Yesterday was my first visit to Maryville Pharmacy and definitely not my last.I would recommend this place to everyone.Catherine and Harry went above and beyond. I really appreciated their help. Maryville is fortunate to have this home town pharmacy.

Where many other pharmacies in the area failed me, they were atleast able to get me a partial prescription and within 2 days had it filled completely. Everyone else would have taken a full extra day to help. While they are not my regular pharmacy I keep them in mind if I ever need something that is in limited availability. I'd use them more but they are much further of a drive than two other pharmacies for me.

Had a prescription filled for my daughter's cyclic vommitng syndrome, which has random spread out episodes, and was given a med that expired a month. Explained my situation and they could care less, and told me I will just have to send over another prescription when it expires. They just don't seem to care about heir customers just want your money.

Wonderful pharmacy with helpful people who know us by name. Many of our prescriptions are cheaper here than at the chain pharmacies, and delivery is available.

I've been going to Maryville Pharmacy for 25 years it's just a great family place to go to I like it whole lot better than then the big pharmacies I live in Granite City and go to Maryville to get my prescriptions because they are so nice just can't say enough about them I know they got new owners now but they are great people to so I will continue to go there

Compounder was convinced that a commonly compounded veterinary medication was a rarely prescribed medication, even though the medication is listed as a commonly compounded medication on the pharmacy website. The compounder also had trouble understanding the clearly typed prescription, confusing an orally administered suspension with an injectable medication. Use your best judgement when having prescriptions that could be lethal in high doses filled by people who can't read a script.
