Our dog, Nala, stayed at Kennelwood this past weekend and we were so pleased with it! The facility is very clean and welcoming and the staff was so friendly. Nala was very well taken care of, got to experience doggy daycare and make new friends, and we received pictures and updates during her stay via text message. She had a private room and a webcam so we could check in on her. When I picked her up the entire staff was sad to see her go and they were excited to tell me all about her stay and how well she did! I was so happy with the experience and we will definitely be back! We are already contemplating signing her up for doggy day camp a couple days a week!

These folks are simply the best! Our pup, Chewie, does daycamp once a week and he just loves it!! We also travel a lot so he kennels their too…never a care and he is so cared for I don’t think he ever wants to come home…he loves everyone there. Place is clean, staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Don’t even get me started on the grooming…he always looks so handsome after he’s been pampered and absolutely loved a spa day, every now and then. He also completed their training program, which is phenomenal…they are simply the best!!! I’d give them 10-stars if I could!!

Great staff. We had our dog trained to correct a behavioral problem. As a result, we have seen dramatic improvements in her attitude. We also use Kennelwood for daycare services. Our dogs actually look forward to going to Kennelwood. I highly recommend this business.

We love Kennelwood and all the staff. Luna starts going crazy as soon as she sees the building ready to jump out and play!! The pictures they post on Facebook she is always so happy playing with her friends. We also have training with Libby who is fabulous and has really helped with a hard headed husky! Highly recommend!

Cooper loves coming to Kennelwood. Ho comes for training and has been there for 10 days in boarding. The trainer Libby is great and the entire staff are very nice. I only wish we could get grooming there again,instead of traveling to Ofallon.

Kennelwood Maryville took such great care of our baby while we were away! The daily ‘pupdates’ on our baby included a picture or two and an update on how our puppy was doing. We trust them 100% with our pup. We will returning customers for years to come.

Our 13 year old but very healthy & active Lab, Lizzy, had never been to a kennel before. So this momma was nervous. They assured me she would be taken care of and enjoy her time.I called to check on her and they were kind and gave me an update that she was sleeping with her stuffed duck.She was happy and seemed chill when we picked her up.We will definitely use Kennelwood again.

I can’t express how happy I am with Kennelwood Pet Resort in Maryville, Il. I recently had to board my GSD for 10 days while I had surgery and some recoup time. I received a picture everyday of my girl so I could see how happy she was with her stay.The Pet Resort Kennels and training area are very clean. Verification of all vaccines is a priority requirement. She had 2 entertainment one on one sessions with the staff. She was groomed and freshened up during her stay. I want to Thank Kennelwood in Maryville Il and each of their staff members for taking care of my Baby Girl during a very stressful time for me. I highly recommend Kennelwood for all their services. They definitely gave me a peace of mind my girl was well cared for during a very trying time for me.

Everyone has been wonderful from the moment I went visit to consider Kennelwood Resorts (Maryville, IL). One of our main trainer, Jovana, explained the resort in great details and to know what our needs were. Our goals were important and did not seem unlikely. To say our boy Opie loves doggy daycamp and training. He is 6 mos old and looks forward to socializing and training. 5 stars

Our doggie daughter Bella appears to have had a great weekend at Kennelwood in Maryville. We were nervous leaving her at a kennel for the weekend but it I think she had a good time and still missed her family. Thanks for taking care of our baby! Happy to hear you loved her as much as we do and I was happy to get her picture this weekend as we were missing her!

This was our first visit and the front staff knew Luna by name walking in the door. That was a great feeling! Luna was SO scared for her 1st visit but they were gentle and she came trotting out confident after her appointment. They even convinced Luna to talk mom into a cup pup since she was so brave and did so well. :)While waiting I was given a tour of the boarding options and am so glad they offer a variety of options. We will definitely be booking a stay here.

Left my 11 year old mini Australian shepherd when our whole family had to go out of town for a grandkids event for several days. The rates are average, staff super nice, helpful, and WELL staffed. Lots of extra options (which you pay for, hey they have to pay for all that extra staff and attention somehow) so I was not upset about paying for those including picking out special treats, pup cups etc. Various suite options and senior dog snuggles versus extra time outside. I had tried other daycare camps/kennels for my dog when he was younger and he was a nervous wreck as soon as I pulled in parking lot and when I picked him up. Ozzy was totally fine hanging out there longer instead of running to me, which was heart breaking but, so glad to know we now have options for those times when we have to be out of town and can’t take him.

We have been using kennel wood for our pups since we got them! The training staff is amazing and have helped us with our twin pups. The boarding staff is amazing and always ready to help or answer questions. I love getting texts and pictures while they are there. Any time we tell the pups it’s time to go to kennel wood they jump right in the car. One of the few places I trust with my pets care!

this place was a great find while traveling through town for a graduation at SIUE nearby the online booking process was super simple the reply confirmation was timely the reception staff was very friendly and more importantly the dogs were exhausted after day care

Have used this kennel multiple times after 7 days when my small dog went in he was perfectly clean when i picked him up he was absolutely filthy his feet & entire underside were wet & damp & smelled awful my bet is he wasn’t taken out enough & the floor of his 4x6 room was wet with urine. Will not use this facility again.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and great with our 2 dogs. Our dogs have anxieyy about going to get groomed, however when I picked them up they were relaxed and happy. This was such a relief! I definitely plan on being a repeat customer. Thank you for the great service and care of our fur babies.

We took our senior German Shepherd mix to Kennelwood for grooming and could not be more pleased. This was his first time here and everybody was very friendly and did such a great job. I was a little nervous to take him anywhere because he has mobility issues, but after the initial call to setup the appointment I felt very comfortable leaving him in their hands. Prices were very reasonable and even cheaper than some of the other local places that I called.

I recently boarded my cat for 8 days here and they took a wonderful care of my animal. When I arrived to pick her up she was healthy and happy and I could tell she had been well cared for and loved. I appreciate that more than they will ever know! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a boarding facility!

Nice folks at the Maryville location. Seems to take care of pets while boarding. They raise prices and charge you without you knowing, manager dose not follow up with charges.

I had my puppy, Leo, stay overnight while I was out of town. The staff was so nice and friendly. They left a note in a box with treats telling me how Leo did and said what a good boy he was. It was very cute and made it the best experience. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I would give the staff and the care my dog receives 5 stars. I have never had a bad experience with the team, and I am confident my pet is well cared for.I have an issue with the ever-changing pricing and policies and the lack of communication associated.I understand the need to increase prices, everything is more expensive, labor, supplies, etc. No issue with that.However, we always book a large enrichment bundle for my dog on our day of pick up because he cannot go to day camp (as suggested by the staff) and this has waived our last day of boarding fee if we pick up by 5pm. I picked up yesterday and this is apparently no longer the case. Therefore, I spent $272 for my dog to be there for 2 nights which is outrageous. A 2-night stay in May (booked before the price increase) was $165!No one informed me of this policy change and the gal at the desk agreed it should have been communicated to me but did not offer to waive the additional fee. We board at Kennelwood a lot but the constant changes in price and policy changes are less than ideal.
