Since the new owners took over, the staff are rude, unprofessional and make no apologies for errors. Errors of which there have been many, including several that resulted in me going without my medication for days.I started out patient as they are human and mistakes happen but refusing to acknowledge or own up to those errors is an ugly character flaw. Also a great way to lose customers. A simple "we'll look into it" or "sorry for the inconvenience" goes a long way but seems their knee-jerk reaction is to blame the customer and posture.

I called ahead to see if a medication was in stock. I was told YES. I had my doctor send the script. I even called back to make sure the script was sent and was told yes and we are filling it now. I show up a few hours later to pick up, and I was told it wasn’t ready. Ok, fine, I can wait. Then they decided that the medication was never in stock and they may have it tomorrow. If you don’t have it, that’s fine, but don’t lie and say you do.

The best pharmacy In Lasalle county! Such a friendly staff and fastest service of all. None of the big chain pharmacies compare to this little pharmacy. You need help with anything or questions they are there. You can call them and they are there. Not put on long holds like those big chain pharmacies. I definitely recommend them above all of those big chain pharmacies for sure. I totally love the staff there. I won’t go anywhere else if I don’t have to. I thank them all so much for their service.Now that Gene has retired everyone noticed such a change in things. Not the same when Gene had it. They are getting a lot better. Very nice staff there. They were all new and have to take time to adjust and learn about the customers that go there. Gene is always going to be missed by his customers. He was our hometown Mayberry/ Marseilles Pharmacy. Very Special to all of us. Hopefully the new staff will be the same.

Treated poorly. Many elderly people use this pharmacy. When a prescription runs out and the doctor refuses a refill, the customer has no idea because the pharmacy says it is not their responsibility to call everyone who was denied a refill. The pharmacies should know that many of their customers use a pill box and are not completely on top of what medications they're missing and inevitably end up going without important medications. And then the employee on the phone get mad at the customer for requesting that they be informed that their doctor denied a medication to them and then rudely hang up on the customer. Unfortunately this is the only game in town and my friend does not want to have to drive to Ottawa. This used to be one of the best pharmacies around now it only caters to itself..

Very kind staff. The pharmacists are always quick toreply to my messages. Even as busy as the are. This has been my pharmacy for years and I will never go anywhere else 😊

I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. Maryann spent so much time researching my questions and needed treatment. She went above and beyond in everything she did for me. She is a busy lady yet took the time to explain everything to me. I will be forever grateful at the was I was treated. I am a forever customer now. This is what a real business with great values looks like. Thank you so much

The staff there are rude at times, and other times they are polite, at any rate very unprofessional, I will take my business elsewhere. I suggest you don't anger any of the employees,if you do they will play games with your prescriptions.
