Mostly what you would expect from a big box home improvement store. We have purchased appliances from The Home Depot and been very satisfied with the process and the product. Also they occasionally have really good sales on power tools and their batteries. I think they have a reputation for being more expensive than Menard's but sometimes they have the better deal. So it's always worth a price comparison. Staff is generally helpful, but can be difficult to find someone in a big store that sometimes feels understaffed. You may have to walk all the way back to the customer service desk to find someone.

A part was missing from my new grill. A team of people from the store moved heaven and earth to get my drip pan. The young people at this store were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and a not to be with. Through them, Home Depot EARNED my business. Great job by all

My family loves this store. The employees are friendly and helpful. They offer a military discount. They're family friendly and even invited us to a free butterfly house workshop for the kids. The website is extremely helpful with tutorials and supply lists for projects. A great company all-around, really.

I can not begin to express how much I do not recommend Marion Home Depot. Multiple orders, every single one have been messed up. Do not purchase anything from Home Depot that they do not have in stock.. Nothing but empty promises and “we can’t do anything”. 0/10. The worst.

Great business. Expert employees loaded my 72 inch tool box which is very heavy with a large forklift. Even removed the very heavy tailgate in order to load the trailer and replaced it after the loading. I combined a Black Friday sale with a 10% veterans discount for about 26% off the retail price.

Came looking for a universal society for ratchets and Aron/Aaron (name tag said A-aron lol) was immediately helpful and directed me right to where I needed to be! Friendliest service I've had in a long time. Had no issues finding what I needed.

But everything I needed to do a 30 by 50 roof from this place for less than $1,500. Great customer service and great selection for shingles and the materials.. Menards nor Lowes couldn't even come close to matching that price.

Lots of items to choose from for your home projects. I recommend to get the app to make sure they have what you are looking for to save time. Prices are competitive and usually close to other major retailers in the home improvement market.

It's a great place to shop for any renavations you are doing. And the help is exceptional, I love that the employee can give you so much advice when you are not sure what your doing or how to do it, my husband an myself actually learned how to tile around the shower an although it is not perfect I think it came out pretty good.

I have waited 3 months to get 3 fence post toppers and brackets. I can't get a straight answer from anyone there. They can't seem to find my order and I keep getting the run around from them. Nobody will call me back .very poor communication.

Where to begin? Online app does not function well, in store personnel are civil, but not particularly friendly. Most recently received text that order was ready for curbside pickup and waited over 30 minutes while store personnel mixed paint and gathered items from shelf stock. Cannot recommend their service. Had to enter store to get update on prolonged wait. Curbside service flunked the quiz.

I ordered a walk-in tub that I saw online but didn't have in the store. It was a fantastic buy with $350 off. Customer service couldn't have been nicer during the ordering process on the phone. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because I've yet to receive it. The tub is going to be be delivered directly to the house and won't be going to the store and then delivered. Comes straight from the manufacturer.Tub arrived early so updating my 4* to 5* plus I walked in today needing a grab bar for my mother's bathroom remodel. Asked the first person I saw where they were located and she took me and a new associate right to him. Had told them I needed one between 12"-16" in chrome. The new associate located it amongst the selection immediately and handed it to me. Effortless experience. This has been my 3rd great experience with this Home Depot. Definitely recommend.

This Home Depot has got to be the best HD I’ve ever been in… everyone is so friendly, it’s super clean and fresh smelling, I’ve been asked multiple times throughout the store if I need help or if I’m finding everything ok!! It’s the little things

Ordered carpet with the understanding they would call to schedule install by a certain date. We are now ten days past that date. There have been multiple communications with the store (in person and by phone), all with promises they will call back same day but never do. They were happy to take thousands of dollars, but don't provide customer service. Their excuse? My carpet was given to a thrid party for install. That is still a Home Depot problem. Don't waste your time here, pay the extra and go somewhere else with a good reputation. A simple courtesy call would have changed everything.

The customer service was good. But if one of your home appliances go out and your in bind to get another one that same day I wouldn't go here. They have to order it. So it will take a few days. But if you have time to wait I would reccomend them

I ordered a range hood. I selected text notification when it arrived at the store.I had to keep checking the app for it's location.On May 13th it showed delivered. I call the store only to be waiting on the phone for 5 minutes for someone to answer. I called a second time when I finally reached somebody they checked found it was delivered so I said I would pick it up. I arrive to pick up my item the young lady behind the counter grabs the strap the packing strap around the Box drags it out to the end of the counter by the front door and drops it! She then asked me to sign the little Pat that I was picking it up never asked if I needed assistance getting it out needed help loading it! This is my 1st time ordering anything from home depot most likely my last everything I try to get at the store is not at the store it has to be ordered they have nothing in store when I search the app. It's always " not at your store, but we will ship it!" No thank you.

I'm the snake/boa guy ya always see in home depot.Rowen from Hardware did an outstanding job helping me pick out an impact driver that met my budget and needs. This location has an outstanding staff that always meets your needs regardless of what you're shopping for!!They also have optimal live plants for a terrarium that can withstand heat from heat lamps and dont need to be constantly watered!!!

I just bought a washer, dryer and small deep freezer from here. I always buy at this place cause the people working are very helpful and smart about there job. With the knowledge of there job it's helps so much to get in and out of there better. I bought all my bathroom remodel stuff from there also and doors. I just appreciate people that take good care of you while your there.
