The older overnight lady (blonde hair-Katherine) is extremely rude. Me and my family stopped here for a quick rest stop. I asked was they out of ice and she responded “I know”…. Pump 12 leaked out my gas instead of going into my car, I explained to her what happened and she basically told me it was my fault. Told me she wasn’t coming to see what was wrong with the pump because she was the only one there. After being over the rode ALL DAY I didn't want to deal with the negative attitude. I showed her picture proof and asked could I move to another tank and get the gas I paid for, she refuse and told me I can’t. Out of money with my children and out of gas. I asked for the manager, She told me to speak with her manager “Destiny” on Monday around 9 or 10 if I have a problem. Definitely will NOT be back!!!!

I live close, so I visit fairly often, but seldom for gas since about half the pumps are usually broken. Normally, inside only one cash register is open, which slows everything down. It's sad. This could be a great place and could make a lot more profit if appropriately operated. Keep your pumps operating and treat your customers as they are important. Thanks Wendy's for doing a great job!

The guy at the counter was very sloppy in appearance. He handle money and then assisted in the food department without washing his hands. He slammed the guy behind me food on the counter swinging container open. I requested to prepay in gas $12 on my pump. I gave the guy a $20 and didn't give me my change. I inquired about my changed he replied my bad I entered the whole $20 on the pump. I told him no and that I requested $12 only. The guy grabbed his phone to see how much changed that I was due back. I told him $8.00. He replied oh yeah that seems right. Your cash drawer may be short if that kid worked the entire shift.

This Road Ranger is one of the best they have n its also one of the newest. The staff are friendly n they have a huge selection of snacks n 3 choices for food, Wendy's is quick as a fast food establishment should be n Subways is well Subways, n they have a taco place that's pretty good too. The showers cost $12 are very clean. Good lit truck parking area n plenty of parking

Wow! This place is clean! You can definitely see they pride themselves in cleanliness. Gas is a 15 cents more than the next town over.Great place to stop by and grab some warm food. Subway and Wendy's are very nearby!

Super clean and very well maintained! I wish other truck stops would follow in Road Rangers footsteps. They have the nicest and most courteous people! Every type of snacks and drinks you could possibly want.BONUS: They have Tejas Tacos!! WoooHooo!The ladies restroom was immaculate! Showers were extra roomy and the water pressure was AMAZING! Super easy backing for us truckers with a very well lit parking lot! No complaints whatsoever!

Love the selection, but you guys really need to hire more staff. Expecting one person to run the taco counter and check people out for gas and other stuff is just too much. Poor girl was getting rail roaded with tasks, you can't expect them to give good service if they have too many things to do. It's stressful to have a line and be making tacos.

Beautiful huge parking lot with easy to see lines for truck parking it was also well lit at night. Bathroom was large and quite clean with hot water available for hand washing.

8:30 in the morning go in for coffee. No large cups. No Creamer in the cream machine. No individual creamers. Both ready coffee pots are empty. Change my mind that I get ice coffee. 2 separate ice coffee machines with 2 choices in each. Both empty So I went for a coffee with just sugar out of the Fresh grind machine. Go to Stir my coffee and there's no stir sticks. I had to use a big straw. I asked the cashier if she was the only one working she said. Yes, I do it 2 days a week. This place has 4 registers and one cashier with a line out the door.

This place is terrible! Half the pumps don't work. The Wendy's drive through is never open. The girl working the last time i actually went in was just letting people take their stuff because the credit card machine wasn't working and there was no management there. They make a killing on gas but absolutely don't care for the rest of it.

Do NOT even bother trying to stop at this gas station. They’re incredibly understaffed, you will be waiting a long time for service. Also an important FYI, they don’t accept Mastercard, only Visa. The workers there are very nice and apologetic, but they shouldn’t be in a work environment where having to apologize to every customer for the wait is their typical interaction.

Nice clean truck stop staff friendly. What kills it is the food selection. Street tacos were horrible and Breakfast blended food was too bland. Best to utilize Wendy’s if your Hungry. They do have a large selection of old fashioned candy. But eating from their case. It’s a no go

First time here, but I will stop again. This isn't a complaint but a suggestion. You need to repaint the lines in the truck parking lot. Yeah, I know most of these guys can't park between the lines, but it looks neater.

Stopped in to get some gas and treats and some jerky. This place is well-lit, well maintained and the staff was super. The bathrooms were great and everything in working order. Pretty much everything was in stock. I will be visiting this franchise again in the future if they are all up to this standard.

This is a nice store, but what in the hell is going on with the lights? I come here almost every night and it doesn’t matter what time it is the lights go out as if they’re closing down, but then come back in within a minute or so. Someone is going to get seriously injured walking through this parking lot as dark as it gets and this has been going on for over a month now. Can this not be fixed? I’ve never seen this happen anywhere else I’ve ever been.

Horrible service and deceptive advertising.5 hour energy is advertised as $8.88 for 4 they sell a 4 pack but the 4 pack is $15. I asked for a sausage and cheese biscuit no egg after got down the road realized I got a sausage egg and cheese. On top of all this the guy standing in line behind me decided since he just had a cup of coffee he can just cut the line and stand at an empty register and get served. So clerk went and served him instead of me and I had to sit and wait for him to count change for his coffee😡. I am local to the area and I called and addressed this with management never offered to refund me or anything I’ll never go back

TOP TIER Gasoline and that’s very important; simply put it has 2-3 times the detergents and additives that non Top Tier Stations have. This has been proven by AAA in a lengthy study to reduce harmful carbon deposits and remove existing deposits, compared to non Top Tier gasoline. Additionally, it’s a very nice truck stop and convenience store with everything you need. The newest Truck Stop in hundreds of miles, in all directions. Highly recommend!

This use to be a nice truck stop when it first opened . Been going downhill ever since . Stopped tonight and totally out of food . What food they did have was really old . Subway was out of everything , Mexican gal behind the taco counter was too busy talking to her relatives from Mexico . Taco fixings looked like dog food . The cold case was broke , nothing on the roller grill . Cmon road ranger you can do a lot better .

Big lot with plenty of parking and well lit, and the inside is nice, but the staff when I was in there was ridiculous. A blonde lady and a brunette lady just sitting down at a computer, and when I told them that was zero paper towels in the mena room, they looked at me ugly and said "we'll let them know when someone else comes in". It's 3am and I was the only one in the store, they could have easily put some paper towels in there instead of using an excuse to be lazy and keep sitting.
