Everyone here is so sincere, knowledgeable & amiable. Love the fact that not only are they working there, but have a true love for animals. Great staff- so grateful you have a location in Marion. We let our German Shepherd & Mastiff know it's their Spa Day when going to the bathing station.

I picked up the newest member of our family on Friday last week. "Ruby" is a 10-week-old Schnoodle weighing in at only 3 lbs, she was the runt of her litter. Ruby was very timid and would not eat or drink anything. Due to her size, I feared that she would become dehydrated; it had been 32-hours. After reaching out to her breeder for advice and getting none, we turned to Pure Pet. The owners and staff of Pure Pet are amazing! They gave us several recommendations and after a quick trip to their Marion store, we had the resources we needed to make sure Ruby would get better. We were already customers of Pure Pet and our German Shepard and Golden Doodle only eat Pure Pet dogfood and treats. I can say that without Pure Pet's assistance Ruby's outcome could have turned out much differently. I am so thankful to have this business in our community!

The variety of choices at the store is unbelievable! You can tell the owners really focus on products that are best for your pets. Not only the owners but the employees are very knowledgeable as well if you have any questions. Highly recommend going to pure pet for all your pet needs!

I used the dog wash station. I have a large dog that is difficult to bathe at home. I also have a small dog that came along too. This was perfect! They had everything I needed from start to finish. The ramp into the raised tub made getting my big dog into the tub very easy! No back strain through the entire process! The staff was great also. They knew I had my hands full offered assistance if I needed it. If I could give 100 stars, I certainly would.

The employees & Amber (owner) were very kind and personable. The store was well organized, very clean & easy to navigate. We will be returning for Einstein 's (our Labradoodle) needs. It was disappointing we could not purchase Quennie's (our bearded dragon) uv bulbs. However, Amber was Very open to expanding to accommodate Beardie Families! They plan to have food avaliable soon and hopefully other things as well! For now Queenie is getting a new makeover in her aquarium! The fist thing she needed was a new bed! This one is made with quality and tolerate her need to scratch. It was originally designed for a crate. But she seems to be taken to it Just Fine! Thanks guys!!! Now! If she'd scoot up a little and tuck her tail in!

What great store!! Wow! Things in all price ranges. Food of every kind. Snacks, ranging from dried apples to pnut crunchies. Chews including every conceivable freeze dried "thing" you can think of, and the adorable "bakery counter" with decorated cookies and cakes for your pet. Plus they are so helpful. Great store!

Edited to reflect recent visit on 3/11/2023. Store was clean, and employees were friendly and helpful. The staff on hand was different than the staff at my prior visit.Original review: Came in to wash my dog. It was my first time using their dog washing stations. Employees were less than helpful. It's a good thing the stations are intuitive and user-friendly, but I was really disappointed in the level of customer service. Definitely hesitant to return.

We came here to get medicine for my cat, and all of the workers seem to know what helps with what since they had the same recommendations as our Family Vet did. The workers are also super kind and layed back. The store itself has a good variety of stuff for your pets; and even had a lot of treats that other places don't seem to sell as much.

Our first time visiting and we were not disappointed. Employees were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Great products with good prices. We picked up several items for our cats and can't wait to return for more. They loved everything.

My big girl Sophie was so afraid to get wet. She hadn't been bathed in 3 yearsPurePet has the best little wash rooms, providing EVERYTHING you could ever need. Even a ramp up to the tub, blow dryer & choice of shampoos. Affordable too!Any other pet supply you could ask for can be purchased here. 5 stars!

We love shopping here for our pets! They are so friendly and helpful, especially since we have a dog who is allergic to everything.The bath facilities are also amazing! They walked us through how to use everything, provided everything we needed, and cleaned up afterwards. Love bathing my pup here rather than at home!

We recently visited Marion's location during 5th Saturday Tote Day. It's been awhile since we've been to this location. Maui loved browsing and making new friends. Some staples included beef bladder, duck necks, duck hearts, lamb lung, beef jerky, shankzilla bones, alligator skin, braided gullet, pig ears, chicken feet and duck feet, slow feeder, Fluff and Tuff toy, and other odds and ends. So if you're looking to treat your special furbaby, stop by Pure Pet and let one of the ladies help you pick out something special as I'm sure your furbaby will thank you ❤️
