I do like this store! It's on the pricey side for my budget but I do love the 40% off holiday item sales! The staff is super nice and ask if you need help finding anything. Staff is very prompt to greet you and make you feel welcome when you come in the door and they say goodbye when you go! I love boutique stores like this and want to shop local for everything. My only wish is that it was a bit more affordable to do so for me personally. STAFF DEFINITE A+ !!!!!!!!!

Nice store clothes lots of accessories gifts, baby clothes, lotions, bath stuff , Jewelry, purses,shoes, kitchen items, quite a lot to look at and they have sizes up to 3X which was a surprise. They had a lot on sale also. The girls were all nice and helpful. Going back I'm sure.

I am not the one to complain at all, but I have never seen such horrible customer service! Took an item back to return due to a hole along the ENTIRE seam and they wanted to act like we put it there. Instead of saying “oh I’m so sorry that happened” they say “Well we inspect all of our clothing before it gets put on the floor” look if you are going to be a manager of a business you need to learn better customer service skills. That’s not how you handle that situation!!! Not only that, but we went back into the store to get our original receipt and the manager and another employee were sitting there talking about what had just happened. The employee had to tell her that I was back so she would stop talking bad.Will not be shopping there again.Also you may want to read your other reviews. I would think the owner would try to improve this situation!!

Beautiful boutique selling all kind of items from Clothing to houseware... came a few minutes before opening and the owner was so kind to open up for us as we where traveling to South Florida and did not have much time to wait. Walk away with several items for my home and friends.... I am looking forward to get more items from their online store... highly recommended great customer service experience as well🤩

Earlier this week I saw an employee get yelled at from what seems to be her boss who I believe is named Teresa, if I overheard correctly. I believe she made her employee cry after the altercation over her not doing her job correctly and berated her style of clothing. Afterwards I felt as if I was being stalked by her employees and felt extremely uncomfortable. I believe the owner is showing a poor style if management and is disrespectful towards her employees and treats her customers as thievesIn response to what you said to me was wrong. There were people around you all over. Yes you spoke it quietly but I still overheard what you had said and I watched the young lady walk away with tears in her eyes after you berated her.
