My 1st and previous technician (Lance) that quit Orkin would wear shoe covers before entering my home. I really appreciated that. I've had 3 other technicians since Lance quit that does not wear covers over their shoes. This is very disrespectful!

I called Orkin to set up a visit because I had seen a couple of bugs. Then I called and canceled the appointment because I didn't feel I could afford it. I let the inspector come and inspect anyway since it was free. I'm glad I did because he was able to give us a professional home inspection and give us a cheaper rate plan that we could afford. The very next day the termite guy can and also the bug guy came and sprayed. Talk about quick service. I will recommend Orkin to everyone! Plus when you refer people you get paid and so does the other party. Let's make some money to get our services for free. Called them for bed bug service at the beginning of the year. We still have them. They come out and spend about 5 minutes at our house and then leave stating the job is finished. We have only had two guys that were polite. The rest are mean to us and have even suggested that we keep bringing them in from somewhere, which is impossible because my elderly mothers room is the worst and she never goes anywhere a majority of the time she likes to watch tv. Then a manager accused us over a week ago of lying about having them! Said he would come check last Friday the 14th….. he never bothered to come! I have family from out of state wanting to come for thanksgiving…. How am I supposed to have them in my home!? At this point we just want our money back so we can go back to terminex. $1,500 is a lot of money to pay to be treat this way and still have bugs. And now paying over $100 for bed bug protection service and they don’t even want to come out!? Most of the time don’t even return or calls…..Update:Contacted manager and he said he was going to come and inspect because his guys all said we didn’t have them anymore. He found that we still do. He treated. Guy came out for second treatment and said we didn’t have them anymore was going to do regular treatment. I had to text him back not to leave I would show him, then he found them and treated the walls. Called for another inspection trying to get rid of them yesterday and no call back. If they can’t stay on top of our issue we are never going to be rid of them. A customer should never have to go through this much trouble.Here we are over a year later still battling. Regional manager said the manager at this branch claims we don’t have them and we definitely do. We will pay for service to keep them from infesting my home. After that we are switching. I’m done with this company and do not recommend them for any service at all. Terminex my cost more but they get the job done. You definitely get what you pay for when it comes to pest control. I highly recommend that anyone reading this go to a different company.

New technician today. He did not know what type of service I was to receive. Why don’t you advise your techs what type of service they are to provide. The tech did not have the gray steel wool type of material that is used for my service when needed. Again if the tech knew what type of service they were to provide they could bring correct supplies. The tech did an acceptable job today, can’t blame him for not being told what type of service to provide. They were here on time, they were friendly they sprayed and baited the home I’m in but still have NOT seen one dead bug and they are still ALL over my kitchen😢 they went next door and used a MUCH stronger chemical and killed a ton. They need to use the STRONGER chemical everywhere on the 1st visit in my opinion. I just want them to use the STRONGEST spray available in my kitchen, dinning room and foir!

I want to say Belinda and Noah have been absolutely amazing and helpful. They have taken their time to figure out scheduling and fix errors that have been made by the primary call center. Since they have changed the way they operate, I have had nothing but trouble. I have been told that I have appointments scheduled – but they were never locked in. I have spoke with the branch manager, Chris and he was just as uninformed. He lacked basic customer service knowledge. I was shocked at how little he cared that all these issues are happening right under him.They put a “protective barrier” around the perimeter of the house to keep the bugs out. But they have found their way in since the surrounding neighbors have bombed their homes. I am frustrated and at a loss with this. I have never had a bug issues (except the occasional spider) until now and I have been utilizing Orkin services for years. I am extremely disappointed and will unfortunately stop using them after this quarter ends.

I was impressed by the quick professional response by Andrew to my initial call for an inspection. He explained what he found clearly and recommended options. Their workmen Shawn and Zack arrived 3 days later to do the extensive work under VERY hot (95 degree) conditions. They worked 1 and a half days while maintaining friendly and very professional attitudes. They explained everything as they went along and responded to all questions asked. When they finished they left the area cleaned up. Orkin should be very proud of these hard-working employees!

If I could sue to get my 400$ back after receiving 2$ mouse feeders (not traps), I would. They lie about showing up they lie about services. Only helpful comment was putting on a skirt flashing, which they offer for $4000; which is an outrageous price for a simple job that only took 300$ in material and 2 hrs of labor. You need to stop charging me for services not rendered. And I wouldn't have left a comment if you didn't avoid addressing the overpayments after cancelling service.

Some guy showed up at my house in an Orkin truck and said we had a termite appointment scheduled. We didn't. Told him he had the wrong address and he sat in his truck for an uncomfortable amount of time before he finally left.

We absolutely love this office. We live in the sticks in Golconda. We have the monthly service but any time we've had an issue outside those visits they have been quick to come out and tell us what's going on. We purchased a 200 year old house. They helped us get rid of all bugs. We appreciate our service techs professionalism. My guy Jared from Orkin was incredible went absolutely above and beyond for me and made sure everything was done exactly as it needed to one day the place was literally infested with spiders and crickets next day everything is shriveled and dead not one bug I could see alive thank you Orkin you guys are amazing.
