Roughly 9 hr drive there from Cassville MO 65625. Had a great time with my visit. Jay has a great character it's as if i've known him for years. Very friendly environment, I would recommend them to anyone near or far(when gas prices are back to normal). Jay is very knowledgeable and care for his customers. Looking forward to future projects with them. Trip well worth it!!!

Jay at Illinois Powersports is the definition of a professional. I have brought my bike and two of my quads to him. Every time he has always kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. He never tries to upsell you on anything and only recommends exactly what your machine needs. His knowledge on many different types of motors is excellent, and he has a lifetime customer. Jay has personally taken care of me since I was a young teenager. From my first YZ125 to my YZ250F, TE449, and now my WR450F. Jay does personalized service at an amazing value. He never upsells and always gives his honest recommendation. I’m sitting in the shop writing this review having just spent 40 minutes in the back asking annoying questions like where are air forks and such! No other shop would give you the kind of service and appreciation they do. When you’re on the trail, the last thing you want to think about is if your equipment is safe and reliable. Stumbled across Jay in a Harley forum of all places because I needed a dyno tuner for my 2000 Heritage Softail and other Harley guys raved about him! Reached out as a customer and left as a customer and friend months later! Jay helped me dump my current induction system and figured out why the bike was not running well and taught me along the way! We just finished everything including the tuning of the bike and it runs like its on fire and there are not many, if any guys left that even know how to tune a carbed bike much less work on one! Additionally, the bike is chromed out and a pain to work on and not one scuff, scrape or issue. Jay is first class and his knowledge is mind blowing watching him not only work on my bike but about three others down to the crank at the same time and that was just one day! When I need a motor and tune on my other bike, a 2014 HD Ultra Limited Jay will get the call! If you need someone that is honest, straight forward, brilliant and can fix anything then you have found your shop! To the Harley guys out there stop wasting your time and money else where and book your appointment!

Took my carbs off my vt750cd and brought them in and very impressed with their cleanup on them everything is clean and everything that could be replaced was when I put them back on all I had to do was turn the air mix screws maybe a half turn thats it awesome work awesome job

At the moment I trying to work things out on the up charger with getting financing. 2 2021 Polaris sportsman highlifter xp 1000 for me and wife 1 was $14,199 new and other was $13k used had 30 miles on it. My credit score 698 to 705 and I also put money down on each 4 wheeler but this guy's got me financing 17k and 16k, I knew guy was up to something sent papers with no numbers after the fact deal was done saying bank need this signed. I put 1k plus down on each bike, How is this possible. So now I'm waiting till Monday to call bank that financed me to payoff 4 wheeler if the payoff not below what what was advertised this is going to be fun. Still have screen shots and everything guys added like 5k to each 4 wheeler.
