The pizza crust is very tasty nice and Flaky and crispy. We also had a grilled chicken salad and that was very tasty as well. Very nice outdoor patio seating in the back with a nice park behind to enjoy.

Delicious Taco pizza. The crust is super thin and crispy. Also had garlic parmesan cheese curds. They were alright.Had the taco pizza a second time. Still amazing. Even took a picture this time

It's like they haven't changed the oil in two to three weeks they overcooked the fish in the french fries everything had a burnt taste to it because the oil was not clean we definitely will never order from Sammy's ever again

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE?!?! The food is half the size it used to be and the quality is awful now. I used to love this place but…. What on earth happened here??? You still get charged the same but only get half of what you pay for! Sandwiches have shrunk so drastically and apparently they don’t even know the difference between a brioche or keizer bun so why ask if I want a brioche and give me a keizer? The overcooked, super thin grilled chicken for my sandwich did not even fit the small keizer bun. Everything was cold as well for all three people…. What a shame! So disappointing

This was not the best 1st impression. I ordered a cheese burger no bun and fries. How hard could that be? The entire order was cold and my burger with bun had no cheese. Mistakes happen. Took my entire order back and explained the error. I got my new order fresh. Burger with no bun and all the cheese literally melted to the paper the burger was in. So in essence I got hot fires and my same hamburger. Smh. How hard was it to put the lettuce or tomato between the cheese and the wrapper. Please check your order before you leave. The pic I took is ridiculous

3 orders out of 3 were wrong at the pick up window this evening. The lady in front of me had one thing in her bag and they forgot her soup. Not a complicated order to mess up 50 percent of it. My order was fish and a burger. Before I left I opened the containers as the last time I was there they forgot the tater sauce. Sure enough, no tarter or cocktail sauce. I thought I was safe as the other container was a burger. Not the burger I ordered though. I ordered a Cowboy burger and crinkle fries and got a bacon cheeseburger and seasoned fries. That probably means that the only other person at that window probably got the Cowboy burger. This is every time I go in. Good food but It is definitely a mystery what you will go home with.

The only reason I am giving a 2 star and not a 1 star is because this sammy's USED to be very good. I just orded 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and a wrap and I ordered this online and I showed up to pick up the order at the earliest time they said it would be ready and it seemed like it had been done for a while and when I tried everything it was very disappointing because both pieces of chicken were half the size of what they used to be and overcooked and the wrap was also much smaller than what it used to be and everything was cold. Very disappointed... and hungry.

Fun local bar. Mandy, the local bartender makes you feel welcome We we’re watching the football picks and the large screen tvs made it easy to cheer on teams. Wonder if this is the local bar in town. Delightful.

Ordered a pizza tonight at 5:05 pm. They said it would be around 50 minutes. That's fine. Pizza came at 5:35pm. I was surprised it came early. I was more surprised when the box did not appear warm or hot. Opened the box to have the pizza and it wasn't hot at all crust dark brown. It was like it was previously made and had been sitting in the box. The temperature outside was only 65 degrees so it should not have cooled off that fast. I spoke with the manager who offered another pizza but I declined because I do not accept food again after making a complaint. You know what can happen. They said they were going to talk with the cook and the driver but no one called me back.

If I could give zero stars, I would! My husband and I had an awful experience back in September. The tables were being left dirty with food, etc. on them and flies were EVERYWHERE, swarming our table as well! The service was beyond awful, and the workers were yelling at each other. We talked to the manager, and of course, she did nothing. We decided to try going back there to dine in last night. I had a bad feeling, but really wanted to give it another try. It was a complete disaster. It took 10 minutes for the kid to clean the empty table for us when we arrived. Our waiter was awful! He brought someone else’s food to us, and had no recollection of what we had ordered. It took us one hour to get two salads. The table next to us ordered 3 pizzas AFTER us and got their food before us. When the salads came out, the chicken was so hard and rubbery, you couldn’t even cut it. So we ate our lettuce, chased the kid down, paid, and got out of there! I didn’t even bother talking to the manager because it was the same lady I spoke with in September. This had always been a fantastic restaurant, but it has completely gone down the drain in the past year. It is a prime location, as well. They REALLY need to get people in there to turn the place around because it’s beyond awful!

I ordered delivery! To start the delievery driver was outstanding! He repeatedly said he appreciated that we ordered from them and was so friendly! I ordered the Italian beef on garlic bread and also the ravioli with meatballs and it was absolutely PHENOMENAL!! Everything tasted just as good if not better than it looked 😍 differently ordering from there again!!

If I could give a zero, I would.Worst service ever! Service is slow to non-existent. Had to go to the bar for plates. Had to steal/ share condiments from other tables. Ordered something to go, took forever. Couldn't even get a refill.Called a young worker walking by, and the kid just kept on walking.And it was obvious our server was running around. Absolutely no help.Asked for a manager several times....never saw one.At register told the manager is at bar....and that's about it.How about acknowledging the customer when they get to the register.Here's a thought, when ya bus a table....take a tub, fill it, wipe the table and move to the next.We were 1 of 3 tables there tonight, who were disappointed and disgusted with the service.It's a cool restaurant, open atmosphere.But if you want to eat and or drink....Go elsewhere.

Apparently if you don’t know the bartender/staff you’re not important. Sitting at the bar and no service, Is completely unacceptable. Been there a few times and seemed like each time was worse and worse for the service. I completely understand if you are busy but 4 tables and 4 people at the bar does come off as being busy. Service is terrible

SLOW, and inaccurate. It’s hard watch a table seated ten minutes after you, get their food before you do. And then when your food does come it’s not exactly what you ordered. The food was good, but it still was not a positive experience.

Nice atmosphere. Food was good.I ordered The Tough Guy chicken sandwich. Can do without the crushed red pepper if you want to savor the natural flavor n taste.Asked for Lettuce, tomato and onion.Didnt receive it . Overall those are small things.They were busy due to The Fest. They have a nice menu. I will definitely be back to try more and enjoy their nice outdoor patio again. Definitely worth giving it a try guys.

Nice place, good thin pizza. Our waiter was a little rude, almost like we were bothering him by showing up while he had to work. But other than that. Drinks were good, pizza was good. Very thin thin thin crust. But decent place. The pretzel sticks were delicious

Take out pizza, usually very good, past two times, not so much. This time the crust was more like a noodle, and it was stuck to the box. Toppings did not attach to the crust, slid right off. Very disappointing.

Service is terrible, this is the third time here, only because my sister lives close.. We walked in at 845pm Friday night not busy at all. They totally ignored the 4 of us sitting at the table.. The waitresses where behind the bar that was very close to our table just talking, I had to go ask for menus. She said o where are you sitting, I said really we are right their..she gave me 4 menus. Then she tollally ignored us again and was sitting at with the lady Manger and I had to walk up to them and ask for service AGAIN. She said sorry , Really sorry , go get a office job.. Also it's cold in the restaurant..

It's mediocre pub food. The bbq chicken sandwich had bacon that was barely cooked. The fries tasted weird, some brand with a seasoned coating. Food not made to order, ordered online. The food gave me and my wife a headache. The outdoor dining area and menu looked nice but the takeout didn't.

Delivery order of pizza and salad today. Delivered quickly and hot but the pizza had a bad taste and was overdone. Called to tell the Manteno location about what happened but they were busy. Understood as it was 6 pm or so. The manager was supposed to call back. Nearly 3 hours later and no call. Not good.

Seems like a great place. Very welcoming to me and my service dog. The loud, if tasteful, music was a bit overwhelming with my PTSD, but not their fault. I'd definitely recommend it to those who would enjoy the lively, safe atmosphere.

Wife and I met my parents there... first time for me eating at this location... eaten many times at the one in Kankakee.The place is really nice on the inside... New, clean and done nice.We had the Buffalo wings for an appetizer and they were really good... we ordered a Pizza and a Grilled Chicken Sandwich.... all were really good also... service was excellent to... prices were very reasonable.... all in all was very good... will definitely return.

Great place with a good food and atmosphere. Definitely recommend it, although the service has gotten slower since Covid-19. The outside seating area is very nice and its been clean every time I've gone there (bathrooms, tables, seats).They even have a bar, video game area, and an ATM. I recommend this place for a nice meal or a fun Friday night.
