This was my first treatment. Not sure. Process was not as expected. They were to do a heat treatment but never did it due to my floors but never told me AFTER the fact which upset me. The Service Tech was fantastic. They sprayed and never informed us when to come back home when they say they would call. They emailed me. So many things went wrong. Now they are trying to clear it up. Maybe I'll write another review updateing this review.**UPDATE**It's been 2 months so far so good!! We have a fantastic technician by the name of Marcus. It's been great all around. No more live bugs since Marcus has been on the job!! Thank you Marcus!!!

We have had Orkin out several times over the past few months and most experiences have been positive. However, We had them out recently to inspect for bedbugs at our home after my wife’s work had an outbreak. When the guy came out, He told my wife that we have bedbugs and need to treat it immediately and they were going to charge us $1300 for The service. Obviously, we wanted a second opinion first and I think on it because It’s a lot of money. Next thing I know they were at our door on Saturday morning Ready to do the service when I had never even approved the job or talked to anybody about scheduling it. When I turned the guy away He was extremely pushy and kept trying to get me to do the service. I decided to have a different pest control company come out and give us a second opinion, And after doing a very thorough inspection, they told us that they could not find a single bedbug. I’m glad we got a second opinion, Because had we not we would have been out $1300 For nothing

I was seeing mice all the time catching them on the sticky traps and right after Orkin started coming. I’ll probably probably saw one more on a sticky trap now I haven’t seen seen anymore. Thanks to Orkin. I feel more comfortable now.

I'm writing this shortly after the initial visit. From the appointment scheduling to receipt of the service agreement, the service was great. Jordan was very professional when he came to the house, and educated me on how the ants were being attracted inside. He also revealed a few things in our home we weren't aware of, and now we can take the steps to handle them as soon as possible. Very happy with the service, and I've no doubt we'll be in an ant free home very soon!Service: Ant extermination

Great initial inspection! We called for ants and spoke with a wonderful customer service woman who set everything up for next day. Karl Y. Then arrived within time window, preformed a very thorough inspection (attic to crawl), then explained our plan for getting rid of the ants and keeping them and other pests out. He then professionally and promptly got to work completing the processes as explained before and answering all questions we had along with increasing our knowledge with his own. He was great with our pets as well and made us feel comfortable about the product safety for them. Overall absolutely great service from both call center and technician. Exceeded my expectations!***Update: Had some spider issues in my crawl space and the gentleman that came out today was my hero! We still are having a significant issue with mice in the house. We had the barrier put in back in June.....and the mice are still making their way in!!Hopefully with in the next month it will stop!!So the thecniction is comin once a month for now!

I changed my review because the first time they came out they were very thorough, but since then I have had wasps and bees nests all over my property and I have contacted them to come back and they have came number plus times and I still have the wasps and bees. It’s been well over a month and I’m still fighting them outside. I’m so upset that I’m actually thinking about canceling my account with them and it’s only been 3 months. I’m not paying the amount of money that I am to them, for the bugs to still bothering me. Had an appointment for 2-4 pm and the worker shows up at 2pm. We talk for 30 minutes and i sign the contract and show him around the house. I make it perfectly clear to treat the entire home and the perimeter of the house outside. The worker said they would. I leave the house at 2:30 pm and i get a notification on our doorbell camera that he left at 2:50 pm. Then i got a text message saying please rate us on our service. We have cameras all inside our home and he did not do a thorough job. Only sprayed in one room and did not do the upstairs bedrooms, the basement, laundry room and did not use all the chemicals he reportedly charged us in his report. The perimeter was not sprayed at all because we have a brick in front of our gate and it was not moved at all. None of the furniture was sprayed in which the worker reportedly said they did. For a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home it does not take 20 min to do a thorough job and adequately treat the home. We even pulled up to the house at 3pm and the home did not smell like anything. This place tells you to leave the home for 5 hours before returning and the fact that we showed up 10 minutes after the worker left and cannot smell any chemicals shows that they did not treat the home and spot sprayed a couple of areas. We did not pay for the worker to “THINK” of where to spray. We paid them to treat the entire home. After reaching out to 5 different employees and multiple supervisors. Customer service is so terrible they always keep saying someone will call me back but they never have and I’m not sure if they ever will. Anyone that uses this place you are better off wearing a mask and watching them because you think their employees take care of your home like their own but they dont. For all we know we are out of the house not knowing what they do but little do they know people have cameras in their homes and can see exactly what they are doing. Please be careful when requesting a service from this place because their employees are untrustworthy and customer service only cares about immediately scheduling new customers for service and not current customers that request a re treatment. This was for a flea infestation as well. I’ve had it with this place.Service: Flea & mite extermination

Today I feel like the technician went above and beyond expectations to address the issue in its entirety. Thanks Eddie 😊. I hate that he is a substitute from Crystal Lake! Great Job!
