Went to Big Express Lube yesterday Saturday they screwed up had oil leaking didn't even rotate my tires nor bothered top.off my fluids... hats off to Conner for your help todsy... They were very friendly and fair. Even with an irate customer that had come in to complain about something that clearly was not their fault, they kept a level head and were professional. They also took a look at my car for a noise it's been making to see if they could either tell me what was wrong with it and fix it or not, and they heard the noise it was making, took a look at what they thought it might be, but didn't see anything wrong there. They didn't charge me for it nor did they try to do unnecessary work. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Called about having headlight bulbs switch out to LED on a RAM 1500. Spoke to Conner set a time to bring it in at 1PM with the understanding it should take around an hour. Upon arriving the gentleman at the service counter said he didn’t believe they were going to be able to do them and the labor rate was $140 per hour. He said they would look at it but it most likely would take 3-4 hours at $140 per hour, within 10 minutes he confirmed they couldn’t change the bulbs unless we paid the hourly rate of $140 for 3-4 hours coming out to $420-$560 roughly. Farther more when I said let me show me the spot under the hood he replied “I do not go outside in the rain” I was able to take the truck to Walmart in Bourbonnais and within 40 minutes they switch all bulbs to LED for $40. Given how condescending the gentleman was that spoke to me, I speculate it’s the owner that will reply in the same tones shortly like he has to all other guest that have left a 1 star review.

They changed my oil with the wrong oil. I even stated to them that a lot of places do not have the oil in stock. They assured me they did on the phone as well as in person. I noticed the vehicle temp not the ussual and looked at the receipt to see the incorrect oil was used. They deined that the oil was incorrect despite a google search show dexos 1 is not to be used in diesel engines. They stated they would put the correct oil in but would be an additional $100 on top of $120 already paid. So in all $220 gone.Deining the fact that the oil first used is wrong you would not had to cover anything extra. I asked several times if you had the correct oil and you lied stop trying the cover up the fact that you were wrong in the first place. Look it up dexos 1 is not to be used on diesel engines. It even has the correct oil on the cap. I asked for the correct oil the first time I had no problems paying for itYour oil vendor is wrong and that's not my fault a quick Google search would have told you otherwise. Luckily I noticed myself engine running higher Temps before this error went unnoticed your still deining the fact that the wrong oil was used look it up for yourself. I mentioned in person and on the phone what my vehicle wa. Fyi 7qts of acdelco is $80 might want to use them in the future. I had no problem with paying 120 everyone has to make some money I get it but your mistake cost me an extra 100 not my fault

The alternator went out on my dad's 1999 Silverado and these guy's not only replaced it in a timely manner, they went above and beyond. They checked and filled fluids in it,checked the tires and put air in them and cleaned the battery terminals......all at no charge! Thank you,you guy's are all awesome!!!!

Excellent experience! I used to go to Tire Tracks for general vehicle maintenance. Since they changed owners, their level of service has been sub par and difficult to coordinate with my schedule. I decided to give Manteno Quick Lube a shot and was in/out within 10 minutes!! Their name holds true to their quick service!

Just came back to get brakes done today!Same as last time! Top notch service with great pricing. They even had a vehicle I could use until my brakes were done.This was the best and most honest experience I have ever had when it comes to fixing my car. They didn't tell me what I needed to do, they gave me multiple options and honest recommendations with easy to understand issues as they took photos and sent them to me during the process. Talked to a guy over the phone ,told him I needed a recharge of my ac ,he told me it will cost $259.00 and the first pound of Freon would be free .Drove to Manteno pulled in and some guy walked up to my vehicle without knowing what My truck already concluded this would be a $400.00 fix.I told him what I was told over the phone no less than thirty minutes prior.He wanted to know who told me this even though the sign outside says $259.00.Long story short,I paid $420.00 for two pounds of Freon,guess what? It still running hot air and now they want $120-240 to run a diagnostic and another $1000.00 to fix plus pay for more Freon.Service: Air conditioning

Really pleased- I’ve been there for an oil change (they had the filter I needed, most places usually don’t) and now a repair for an issue I was having. Both times they got me in right away (it seems no one can do that anymore), got the part needed quickly, they were professional and fairly priced. Stopped by for an oil change. Got out of my vehicle and a gentleman helped the customer in front of me. Completely ignored me. I went into the lobby and the tech got off the phone and walked into the shop without even acknowledging me again. I waited a few more minutes and he came back in, made a phone call and then walked back out. Three opportunities to greet me. Didn’t even ask me to wait as I understand sometimes you are busy. I slowly walked out to my car past the front doors and no one asked if they could help me. I left and did my business in Bradley. Sometimes a simple, “hello, we will be with you in a moment” is a good idea in customer service.

Went to Manteno Quick Lube looking to get my tires balanced on a truck I had purchased recently. Having worked here prior I knew they can get things in and out fairly quickly. Ended up being too busy which is understandable, but instead of just saying that I was told to go to Bradley store because they were “dead” and was told they had just spoken to owner to confirm that. 20 minutes later I get to All automotive of Bradley to find out they are swamped and have heard nothing about having work sent down to them. Not AAoBs fault but communication is key for a well working business, and it is clearly lacking here. Wasted my time and fuel running around to end up still needing my tires balanced elsewhere.

As in any business relationship, it is only over time a consumer can know the true nature of any given vender. In the case of Manteno Quick Lube, they are both honest & reliable, traits which are critical these days with auto repair. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I often do.

My buddy went in for alignment and tires. Steering wheel was straight when it arrived, but when it left it was slightly to the left. He called back, they rescheduled to check it out. Vehicle went into the shop and they state “nothing is wrong”. Brought vehicle to another shop, and alignment is completely off.Also, lugs were on WAY to tight. Ended up having to replace one, due to the lack of a torque wrench this place didn’t seem to use! Definitely not a place I would recommend if you want your vehicle fixed accurately or correctly. Try and support a family business, but unfortunately they ruined this customer relationship…Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Have gone to this place plenty of times with no complaints even though there were plenty out there. Last oil change noticed a decent leak from truck and oil drip off of the filter so took it back. Main shop guy seemed annoyed as soon as I explained I was there. Asked the lower guy to check for a problem..after about 3 seconds the guy responds no issue here. They topped me off and said come back if issue persisted. It did. I was able to come back in a few weeks later and explained issue again. Filter was “broke.” Owner never cared that his employees were disrespectful or incompetent..actually tried to get me to get my oil changed again because I was close to another one! HA! Just wasn’t concerned about customer service just wanted another buck. Lost a customer for sure
