Nate is absolutely the very best groomer Lola and Willie have ever had. Our golden retriever has been coming to pet envy since he was 9 weeks old now he’s 19 months old he loves Nate and we are so thankful our silky terrier Lola is 10 and before Nate it was hard getting her groomed without her being scared she is always happy and cared for by Nate his prices are very reasonable and he is always wonderful coming to our truck to help me get my babies in I can’t recommend enough pet envy spa and Nate he truly cares for all his furry customers as if they were his own he is the only person I trust with my precious babies

New customer new to the area. Definitely worth the 12$ for a nail trim. The gentleman did a great job trimming and grinding my dogs nails. She is not a fan but took right too him and he worked with her and did a great job. Definitely would recommend.

Took my 1 year old Jack Russell for her first haircut. Pet envy did an amazing job. She looks adorable! They were so patient with her. Highly recommended 👌

So. I'm not understanding the 2 bad reviews because this place has saved my dog from looking horrible! So, I hired a mobile groomer to groom my dog & she butchered her fur! It was completely uneven & looked horrible! Her groom was choppy & this other groomer even missed a chunk of paw fur. And I paid $100 for that groom!So, a friend recommended me to Pet Envy Spa! And I'm glad she did because they made my dog look somewhat normal again. And Nate even gave me recommendations on how to proceed for future appointments ton get my dog's fur look normal again!The staff was extremely professional & very knowledgeable! The price was definitely on point as well at $40. I would definitely recommend this place for grooming!

Took my Doodle to Nate and she looks absolutely amazing! The spa is about 35 minutes from me but it’s definitely worth the drive! You and your furry friend won’t regret visiting Nates shop! I can’t wait till our next visit!

🐕Thanks Nate for getting in our furbabys Charmander and Eevee for their nail trims on such a last min basis. He was quick and friendly with them. Even Eevee my pomchi, who can be quite the drama queen. Would highly recommend.🐾

Pet Envy is the only groomer that I trust to groom my dog. They are gentle, precise, and quick when providing service. My dog feels comfortable going in for a bath, nail clipping, and cut. When I pick him up, he is always cut perfect and smells great. They are quick to make appointments, reasonably priced, and are definitely animal lovers! I'll never go anywhere else and I highly recommend Pet Envy to anyone looking for grooming or doggy day care! 👍

Thought I would give the new owner some business and brought my Labradoodle yesterday. All I want to say is Nate did an excellent job! I brought a picture of how I wanted her cut and when I picked her up she looked just like it. Thanks Nate! Hope all in town give this new business owner a try. My Yorkie looked soooo beautiful after leaving here 🐶. Nate is so professional and super accommodating. He was courteous and did a FANTASTIC job on my FULL-of-energy (i.e. busy/bad) little puppy. Great value 🤑 And I love that when he calls to say that they are ready, I am not waiting any longer when I get there because they are 100% done. I do not agree with the bad reviews because if he could cut evenly and perfectly on my puppy who does not sit still, then he can manage anyone's dog.

I went here for years when I lived in Manhattan. They were always amazing. They have grown and its important to find a groomer who's style you like so you can build a relationship and they can get to know your dogs and how to best groom them. Grooming certainly isnt just a walk in the park.I chose to build a relationship with Ashley. She only works Mondays and Wednesdays from what I understand, but is absolutely amazing.After moving I tried a few groomers closer to my area and nobody even came close to Ashley. I have since returned to PetEnvy and am so pleased with how compassionate and caring they have been for my dogs throughout the years. I have worked in rescue and have had some questionable animals as well as my family pets not being a high enough priority to be groomed when they should have been. No matter what, PetEnvy took excellent care of them and Ashley is an absolutely amazing person and groomer.I also appreciate that they communicate with their customers when they have openings or if unfortunately a family emergency comes up and they need to close unexpectedly. They are great human beings and excellent business owners.

That place Is amazing. I took my standard Poodle there and Nate was very good with my dog and when I picked him up he was having fun with the staff. They didn't even put my dog in a cage and got me in last minute at a great price. My dog found his personal barber.

My doggies love coming to pet envy spa, they treat them with love and care. The staff is SUPER nice!!!! My doggies especially love getting their teeth brushed 😬. Been going there and will continue to go!!!! Kudos on a job well done always!!!!

This is the best groomer we have been to. I NEVER write google reviews, but Pet Envy Spa is worth it. They have friendly staff, great prices, and friendly staff. What more can you ask for ? They are 5 stars across the board, coming from myself and the others I have referred here !

Our little buddy's coat looks 1000x better after getting a bath and a furminating treatment (way better than what we tried it on our own and almost balded him from not knowing what we were doing!)- no more little mats and he's super soft! He was a little stressed when he came in, but seemed to feel right at home there and was fine when I picked him up. Marcy and Ashley are very personable and welcoming. It was incredibly convenient- and less stressful- to have the shop be a minute away from home. Prices were very reasonable, too. I really can't say enough good things about them!

We are SO lucky to have the best day care, boarding, and grooming right here in our little town. I just picked my dog up from day care and they gave him a bath, no extra charge, just because he was drooled on by another dog while playing. Pet Envy is awesome!!

I highly recommend having your Furbabies groomed here! I have been taking my yorkie (JJ) to Nate for a few years now. This was my first time coming to see Nate here at this location. Nate has always taken great care of JJ. I have had terrible experiences with other groomers especially big box pet retailers in the past. JJ would always be so scared and or hurt by them. Not with Nate though, JJ gets excited to see his buddy Nate. I live over an hour away now and have no problem takeing the trip to make sure JJ is happy and taken care of. I highly recommend Pet Envy! Thanks again Nate!

I don't know if I should start with how our puppy was treated badly, how we were treatly badly or that they couldn't shave our 10 lb teddy bear breed 1 year old puppy here and still tried to charge us full price! My puppy got half of the biggest hack job haircut. He had cuts on his body and his sensitive little boy area is so red and irritated that he can't walk right. Unfortunately, my puppy was not the only animal mistreated. On both occasions we witnessed dogs collared on tables left unattended....it is easy for a dog to slip off a table and hang themselves by the collar attached around their neck. These dogs should not have been left alone, but judging by Marcie's lack of knowledge in every other area, this doesn't surprise us as much as it should. 20 minutes after dropping him off, Marcie called and told us her and her staff were not able to complete his haircut because he was too scared and trying to bite. We were surprised because he is so small and being scared seems like par for the course for doggies getting haircuts, but we went and got him. That is when it went from bad to worse. Marcie told us not to bring him back until we get him xanax from the vet, which we don't believe in so we will go elsewhere. She then charged us full price for his half done haircut!!! After discussing with Marcie the fact that they only did half a job and having Marcie be very rude and come up with excuse after excuse....it wasn't a good day for her staff, he was scared, they were short handed, he needed xanax (which she later denied saying). Lies and attitude and a tramatized puppy and a full price bill...unreal. That was when we saw the hack job haircut and his wounds. Chucks of hair just hanging off him, cuts, inflammed skin, it could not have been worse. I asked her how they handle "real dogs".....still unclear on that anwer. We were refunded our cash in the form of a check but not without words from Marcie, and those words were not apologetic about the half done job or the wounds. Unprofessional and unskilled. I hope they get some better training before they really hurt someone's little furbaby!

I have boarded my dog her before with good results. However this time I was told with no notice that they wouldn't be able to board my dog after I called all week and left voicemails to confirm a long standing reservation. I understand things happen in people's lives but there is no excuse for a business to give no notice of a broken reservation and not answer voicemails for a week. I won't be returning my business.

My Bichon, Baxter loves Pet Envy and so do I. He's usually very timid but when he is there he relaxes. Nate is so great with him! Actually they all are. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
