This is a beautiful setting and we really enjoyed feeding the Alpacas. They are still still working on the landscaping. But we had a great time!!

Great tour, call for an appointment. Very informative and interesting. If you ever wanted a face to face experience with an Alpaca, this is it. Wonderful, gentle animals that you will mingle with and get a chance to feed. Each Alpaca is known by name, you can tell a lot of care and effort goes into the animals and the ranch. There are many Alpaca fleece products for sale, yarn, gloves, socks, hats, scarfs, etc. Some of the products are made on site from their own wool. Very worthy visit!

Absolutely wonderful place!! The family is incredible and ever so nice! The alpacas are adorable and SO fluffy! The kiddos had a BLAST feeding and petting them (so did my husband and I). There is a gift shop, they had a photo op for Christmas whilst we were there. Everyone was SO nice! Seriously recommend checking it out.

We love Rolling Oak Alpaca Ranch! The alpacas are wonderful (and the people are, too)! They have many items in their store, all made from alpaca wool (felted soaps, hats, scarves, gloves, and socks) as well as alpaca fibers to purchase (everything from roving to worsted weight to sock weight), and much more! Such a special place in Southern Illinois.

Went along to chaperone a school field trip (around 90 1st graders) and everyone had a fantastic time. The owners and operators were accomodating, friendly, and incredibly patient. There are plenty of opportunities for hands-on with the animals and plenty of learning opportunities as well. Definitely recommend.

Very neat place. The rolling hills where the alpacas run is beautiful. A bit expensive in comparison to other alpaca farms I have been to though. I paid $45 for one hat. I probably won't do that again.
