Good luck getting through to anyone here. Been trying to refill a prescrition for 3 days. Phone is either busy or you are on hold for 10+ minutes and then it hangs up on you. Their automated refill service doesn't seem to be working either. Just be aware their pharmacy takes up oodles of unnecessary time. I've never had anyone be unfriendly, but I am going to switch my presciptions to CVS because I don't have so much time to waste.

We have been loyal customers at this location for over a decade, and this place has gone so far downhill that we're moving our business to CVS. The staff both in the pharmacy and on the floor aren't very friendly or helpful anymore. They don't abide by company policy; my wife's filled prescriptions were returned before the return date. Now, as I write this review, she's having difficulty breathing and needs the medication they sold to someone else. The hours for the pharmacy are not customer friendly either; they're only open from 8am to 6pm. I was also told by a customer service representative that a district manager would be contacting me about my concerns. This has yet to happen. While on the phone with customer service expressing my concerns, the representative was so shocked and disappointed that she was speechless. My wife can't breathe, and this his how we're treated by a company that says they care about their people. It just shows that customers are not important at this location.Edit: My wife and I ended up going to the emergency room for a breathing treatment and to have another prescription put in. Now, because of this, we have to pay the bill at the emergency room. Thanks Walgreens. This all would have been prevented if the pharmacy would have adhered to their policy.

This review is about the pharmacy, as I've only had experience with that part of the store. They are incredibly overworked and understaffed, and it absolutely shows. Each time I've been there, no matter what time of day it is, there's always long lines in the drive thru and inside the store. I don't know who is calling the shots as far as staffing goes, but it would be nice if someone could maybe start addressing this chronic problem.That being said, despite the frustrating wait, each visit has always been a good experience with both the pharmacists and pharmacy techs, who are clearly doing their best in a high-stress environment. There's a tone in their voice that seems to expect an attack and a note of relief when they realize you're going to be patient and pleasant instead of going off on them. One pharmacist was extremely helpful in recommending that I get on their prescription savings club card for a script that wasn't covered by insurance; it will be saving me quite a bit of money each refill, so I'm pretty grateful for that.Just wish they'd add an extra drive-thru lane so they could get that moving faster! Someone needs to give these folks a break.

Been a loyal customer for years but their pharmacy is a joke. Somehow the medication my kid needs is always on backorder. For 6 weeks they've had it on backorder?! How is that even possible?!!! Somehow every single other pharmacy around has it in stock except this location. I used to give them the benefit of the doubt because it is always so busy there but not any more. They aren't even hiring, there are usual 5 or more people working in the pharmacy when I stop in there yet somehow they are unable to help with anything. Time to switch pharmacies because this one is absolute garbage!

We have had nothing but issues with the pharmacy at this location. Time and time again, this will be the last time we use this location. Had a prescription sent over for our infant daughter, went to pick up and were told it would be a bit longer to go to the end of the drive up line and should be ready by the time we get back up. Ok, 40 minutes later we are through the line to find out they don’t have the medication in stock at all. Now we have to sent to the next closest location which is 30 miles away. I arrive there to pick up the script and they can’t bill it through my insurance because this Walgreens already ran it through my insurance today. Now I’ve been here for 30+ minutes waiting for them to cancel it so I can finally get my child the medication she needs. This place is a joke and could obviously care less.

They cancelled our vaccine shot because the pharmacist had an emergency but when we went for the rescheduled appointment they said they had canceled them and not notified us. Always a waste of time. Went to cvs and got the shots we wanted immediately. Poor customer service is Walgreens problem.

This pharmacy has given us nothing but trouble! Staff are rude! Every time I have called to fill a prescription they say it will be about 20 minutes after about 30 I drive the vet and try to pick it up and when I show up they say that they still have yet to fill it and it will be another 20-30 minutes before it would be ready! The first time I didn’t think it was a big deal but it has been every time since then and it’s been very aggravating when I have to put my 9 month old in the car twice and sit on hold for 10+ minutes to be told my prescription is ready and then show up and it hasn’t even been filled yet.

Need to make the pharmacy drive thru way more efficient. Many times I have had to leave the line because I was 3-5 cars back and waiting for far too long. I've never had a problem with the staff, just time consuming for a drive thru.2022 Update: Now the pharmacy isn't even open on Saturday or Sunday and doesn't open until 10am?! Moving scripts elsewhere.

The pharmacy is overworked and incredibly inefficient. Not only that but their software system doesn't automatically fill prescription renewals that the Dr. calls in after the current one expires. "You have to go online or call in to get the new prescription filled." CVS software automatically adds the refill to be filled when the current one expires. Avoid this place if you can. They are always behind. Even if they promise a prescription to be filled by a certain time you should automatically add 8 hours to that time. It MIGHT be ready by then.

Waited in the drive thru pharmacy line for 30 minutes. Once I got to the front, they said they were closed. I have yet to meet anyone that’s had a positive experience with their pharmacy.

Inside regular store staff is great, and a big help. Unfortunately, I do most of my Walgreens business with the pharmacy, and that end is terrible. There can be 5-6 people behind the pharmacy counter and no one is waiting on customers. What gives? My insurance forced me to Walgreens from CVS and its like daylight and dark between those two. Three to four employees at CVS and you are out of there in a few minutes. Walgreens?? You better have 15-30 minutes to kill if you go in there for medicine.

I just sat online for 35 minutes with Walgreens pharmacy. It must be horrible working conditions there right now bulk the girl who answered, didn’t make any pretext of being friendly. My entire phone call took less than 35 seconds! :(

Pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. I have been without my Medicine for 3 days because of the horrible hours they keep. My medicine cant be transfered because its controlled so now I have to take a day off work just to pick my medication up.

Worst Walgreens ever. I scheduled a rapid test online today and it turns out the pharmacy has been closed all day. Worst customer service. They basically said oh well we can’t help you tough luck. Now I can’t make an appointment anywhere else for today.

I don't know if it is new pharmacy staff but they don't come off very friendly or helpful on the phone at all. I was trying to check on multiple prescriptions my son has to see if any are coming due & he told me he couldn't tell. Really? Wth? Then I had to have them confirm a prescription with his doctor & they acted like it was such an inconvenience. I checked with his doctor, verified his appt & notified their prescription office that a fax from Walgreens would be coming in. I am doing my part and hadn't complained yet but I'm getting there. Hopefully 3rd time is a charm but if I have to call another unhelpful pharmacy rep. I'm going to lose it. I work in customer service and my old Walgreens always went out of their way to help and never came off as unwilling to assist. This is my first time taking the time to post a complaint online so that says alot.

Frequent mix-ups and dispensing errors. Be sure to look at your prescriptions or ask what they are dispensing at the time of pick up.Don''t forget they close for lunch and NO prescriptions can be picked up during their break. Staff can be cold and bossy

I like the store just fine but for some strange reason about half the time the checkout clerks have some comment on the items your buying. Maybe it's just boredom but it's really none of their business.
