Took our Rott in to get his nails done. McKenzie was awesome! Next time we may just do an entire spa day. Thanks!Took our rott back for a groom with a blow out. It was amazing! He looks thinner and is soft as a rabbit. It is unbelievable how much less hair we have floating around our house. I also loved that McKenzie told me his legs were a bit damp because he didn't like the driers on them. Love that she cared about our dog's comfort and stress level. We are going to have to try your boarding facility.

I am continually impressed by the services provided at Ruff Dayz! My dog has been attending daycare for over 3 years, has been boarded several times, and gets groomed at this facility. All of our experiences have been top-notch. The amount of care they show my dog is unmatched. Megan is a great leader and her staff are excellent!

The staff that helped me over the phone was extremely pleasant and friendly!I asked for my yorkie’s hair to be buzzed off because he was looking like a mop after this stay at home order. They got my little dog looking great and I’m very happy!I also got my lab mix a bath and nail service and she looks and smells wonderful.This was my first experience with Ruff Dayz and it won’t be my last.

Friendly and kind staff. We go here for grooming and our pups love their groomer Mackinzi, she is great with them. We haven't boarded out dogs there yet but their social media always show pups who are boarded having a great time.

Cleanest and most professional facility in the area. After seeing behind the scenes of three other boarding and daycare facilities in the area, this is the only one I would trust with my dogs. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and treat your dogs as their own.

We really enjoy Ruff Dayz for our dog! I feel like he is safe there, and he always comes home tired. The staff are professional and communicative. It's nice that full service grooming is also available. One of my favorite things is that the pups can play both outside and inside, and I feel like that is difficult to find in the area. I highly recommend :D

Our experience was good.. until it wasn’t. The person grooming our puppy was very kind and communicative the first two visits. On our third visit, she informed us that our 6 month old puppy was so difficult to groom that we had to put him on Trazadone (sedative) if we wanted to continue groomings. Unreal that a company that claims to love dogs would suggest that a 6 month old PUPPY go on meds. Our puppy acted very strangely after the grooming so I don’t know what they did to him, but we are not going back.

Kristen does such a fantastic job of taking care of my girls! They love her and get excited when they see her. They come home exhausted and looking their best with the bows Kristen makes a d puts in their hair!

I decided to look into bringing my puppy to a doggy daycare to help get him socialized with other dogs. I contacted Ruff Dayz and we set up a day to do a temperament evaluation. Ever since then he’s been going weekly to play with his fur friends. He loves it, I love it. The staff are amazing as well.

Cheyenne is a shy labrador, but the interaction and socialization at Ruff Dayz has helped a lot. She loves going for doggy daycare and has a great time playing with her friends. We have also taken her for boarding. She gets to spend time with the care givers after daycare because they are staffed from 6pm to 7:30am for the dogs who are boarded. We do not worry about her and she seems to feel comfortable and secure. The staff is great!

We love Ruff Dayz! It’s hard to find a clean and safe doggy daycare these days but Ruff Dayz is that and so much more. We always feel very comfortable leaving our dog overnight when we go out of town and LOVE that they don’t kennel! Our dog loves it there and she always gets excited when we mention taking her. They even made our dog a get well soon card when she got fixed! Truly the best daycare out there!

I followed my groomer from PetSmart Grooming to Ruff Dayz. Best decision I made. It is only an extra 7 min drive for a $30 difference less in pay and my poodle gets to keep a groomer she is very attached to.

I took my dog to Ruff Dayz for daycare. He is just over a year of age and grew up with little interaction with other dogs during the pandemic.I was concerned with how he would handle contact with other dogs and the degree of stress and fear he may experience. My fears were instantly allayed. Not only did he seem to want to go in and play, I received a personalized report and direct feedback on his visit. My dog was given plenty of time to acclimate to the group and facility; importantly, this was communicated to me in detail and I wasn’t left wondering if temperament testing was really done. My dog loves coming to Ruff Dayz and we love seeing his excitement and progress as well as pics and videos! Thank you for caring not just for the doggies but also for their parents. Definitely recommend!!

Our two dogs, Kemper & Teegan started going to Ruff Dayz for daycare 1-2 times a week about three weeks ago. Each time I drop them off they are more and more excited to get out of my car & greet the employees, so I know they love it. You can tell their facility is clean because they both are not dirty when they come home. We are so happy to find a reliable doggy daycare!

We boarded 3 dogs with 2 together and one next the them. 2of the dogs were on meds. This facility was wonderful. They confirmed the medication regiment. They sent pics and videos for our kids to check on the dogs too. The facility was nice and clean. I would recommend this place easily. I will board here again. Excellent staff!

We've taken our pup here almost since they opened, and they are absolutely wonderful. Organized, clean, and safety conscious. Best of all, the owners and "Play Pals" love the dogs they supervise and it shows. I can't recommend Ruff Dayz enough, they're fantastic!

We found out about Ruff Dayz from our vet who are needing to downsize their boarding. Our dog had a great stay while on vacation and for also short weekend visits. Staff is friendly, and really gets to know the dogs. I like that you can drop off and pick up 5 days a week too. We are glad that our dog isn't in a crate all the time and gets to hang with buddies. He comes home tired for sure!

I was pleased with Lyria's grooming appearance and the staff, although disappointed that she didn't smell good...like salon shampoo or cologne or whatever other places do to make the pup smell nice! She smelled like dog kennel ☹️That's one of my favorite things is when she comes home from grooming smelling nice!But I especially appreciated that staff retrieved her from and returned her to my car because I am disabled and can't walk without a walker or use of a wheelchair.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would!! After Irene Ferree ruined my dogs haircut and cut her foot, Ruff Dayz quickly got my baby in to fix her up and was very loving and affectionate towards my dog because she was obviously scared to go back to a groomer after the previous groomer. I am so thankful for Aliana (sorry if I misspelled) for helping us out after what we went through. I will definetly be returning! If anyone needs their dogs groomed this is for sure the place to go!! ♡♡♡quick edit: my dogs have also been for day care and they both love it! Ruff Dayz is a one stop shop for all your needs and will take care of your animals like their own! It's very hard to find that, they're wonderful!!

The groomers, Alaina and Kristen are amazing with animals and I am incredibly sad to see Alaina leaving. She did such a good job with my dog, who is always a nervous wreck at grooming salons. Lacy and Tim (the owners) are completely ignorant on how to run a business and keep their employees happy and healthy. I know for a fact their business is struggling and their response is to take their frustrations out on the employees and out right blame their own incompetence on them as well. They are completely unprofessional about handling any situation with their employees. I do not recommend giving them your business.Update: They have now threatened me with an attorney for “slander and defamation” except for that to work, what I say has to be false. Which it’s not. I also posted a review to their Facebook page which got deleted, along with all the other people who posted bad reviews, leaving with them a 5/5 on Facebook. Imagine threatening to sue all the people who leave a bad review? And then deleting the review so that people can’t make informed decisions on where to take their clients? Their business model is a joke.
