my favorite DG! the shelves are always stocked and organized, which is unlike any DG i’ve been to. the store is clean and the workers are so nice and polite. they greet you with a smile every time

This location is cool, just better know thier times of operation cause they either close early or closed just because. But you can always find what you need. They are well stocked. Customer service is good sometimes.

We were having problems with not being about to ring up certain items. The one employee wasn't very sure with her actions. Other than that everything was fine.

Website says the store closes at 9pm. I came at 6:30pm and the doors were locked and the employee was just standing there.. Very weird.

It was okay they were out of a lot of things needed to restock the shelves, but someone was making an effort to do so. When stocked up it’s a great place to shop.

Not one my favorite places to stop especially after seeing a manager cussing some children ( teenagers) out before they came into the store saying things about them stealing out of the store. So when I said something about her behavior, the manager tells me that they look like they would steal .🤯

This store is never organized. Today there was a manager who was do rude, I don't think I will come back. The clerk was nice though, that's why I give it 2 stars.

Will never come here again. Had the police called on my boyfriend and son when they went in with our service dog.store management was shown the paperwork on the service dog and she still refused to allow them to shop even when the Madison police officer told her that she couldn’t make them leave.Will be filling a class action law suit for discrimination.

Every since Dollar General has tried to be a super dollar general store!!! If you are anything like me I look for sales and use coupons. I went to the OFallon IL. I had a coupon for every item in my basket, the supervisor was so rude and ignorant! The lines are always backed up and one slow cashier. I'm done with that store!!

I don't understand lately the Dollar Generals have been soooooo messy. I went to one in Granite City it was so junky i didn't stay. Usually Dollar General is very neat clean in Madison once of my favorite spots. But now???

Every time I go into that store employees are rude to me. no one has ever helped me when I couldn't find anything there excuse would be well if it's not back there we ain't got it. and that is exactly how they would say that to me.

This dollar generals manager , or assistant manager called the Madison , IL police department on myself , and service dog. I showed management my service dog credentials while waiting for police to arrive. Upon police arriving , i made contact with madison police officer , whom reviewed my dogs service ID. After reviewing ID officer told dollar general employee he could not make me leave. The management told the officer she was not selling me anything and i has to leave! I am filing a law suit for discrimination.

Love that they have free WiFi in this store now.Was shoppin n didn't have net on phone.Needed DG App 4 coupons,chkd 4 nearby open wifi...BAM...Dollar General Wifi!Who knew!!!

I was not very impressed I had to wait in line a little bit longer than I should I guess either because the lady was new and then I try to ask one of the employees wear shaving cream was and she either ignored me completely or just was completely deaf because I said it three times.Dollar general in my town and the family Dollar they put here they're both not the best place.

My glasses broke asked where the glasses kit was she just pointed and told me where it was. I had a hard time seeing where it was. She could have helped me cause I could hardly see where it was
