They treated my baby very well and played with him one-on-one and even sent me a video and he also got to take a fall themed picture! Not sure how they got him to look like he was smiling-I'm assuming treats were involved knowing him!

I have brought three different dogs to Bottrell Bed & Biscuit so far, and I have never been disappointed. I brought my parents' two small dogs, a shih tzu and a silky, for grooming, as well as my husky. I am not disappointed by the grooming.I have also brought Apollo, the husky, here for a long weekend stay. Bottrell was great with him. He was excited the next time we brought him back in, and I have no doubt they treat him well. When we couldn't get back to town in time, they worked with us to change the check-out date, no biggie. They also sent us photos of Apollo while we were gone (photos attached to this review) so we could see our baby boy.They are super kind. They treat all the animals well. They were fast to respond and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet!

Very happy with Bottrell Bed & Biscuit! They treat our dog well. The first time we took him, we were a little nervous. When we took him back 3 months later, he hopped right out of the truck & was happy to be there! The staff is amazing. Their grooming services are top notch & each time Zeppelin comes home, he’s well-behaved, slides right back into his routine. We don’t hesitate to recommend! Thank you for taking such good care of Zepp for us! 🐶

We are visiting from another state. Sudden death of a friend required us to board our dogs for 1 night so we could go to the funeral.I told them we would be back about 2 pm. No mention of extra charges. We got back about 2:15 after hitting bad weather and traffic. I called and let her know we would be after 1 and no mention of the extra charges. When I questioned it, the gal there smirked and said we had to pay an extra day because we were after 1 pm. She even overcharged us: $25+21 for both dogs for the first day and $25+$25 for both dogs for the second day. Both dogs (58 lbs and 85 lbs) were locked into one kennel for the day…I don’t think they ever got out.I suggest you look someplace else. These are not kind and agreeable people. Profit before customer service. You have to pay extra for your dog to get attention or time to run in the fenced area. Very disappointed and will never be back. I will call the vet that recommended them and tell them about our experience.

I called this morning to get my dog Zeus in for a nail trim. They were able to fit me in and they did a great job on Zeus's nails. Thank you all for being so kind with Zeus. I will be coming back again 😊
