I have been buying supplies for over 40 years. Today I picked up a 1x12 oak to make a wood box for my great grand daughter's birthday. It was very nice and straight. There is always someone to help with whatever you are looking for. Very nice employees.

The girl at the front counter was getting things done. Multi tasking like a boss. Very nice, helpful, friendly and clearly enjoying her job.Business owners and CEOs need to acknowledge that employees like this are the reason you have customers.Give this girl a raise.

I don't remember the Hispanic lady that I always see her stalking the shelves she always smiles and wants to help you. And my favorite girl is the one at the corner I think her name is Jasmine she's amazing also

Pricey for sure but always has a good selection and 9 times out of 10 you'll be able to find that one part you need. I'm having a bathroom remodel done right now and their designers created the plan which is beautiful. The projected time frame for your remodel will probably never be correct but that's just home reno, not West Side.

These guys have customer service and good expertise of what you are looking for that is heads and shoulders above the big box hardware stores. A little more pricey than the big guys but they help you get in and out quick with what you need which typically saves me money. I've got 12 years experience as a contractor and I can't tell you how many times I've had to make return trips to other hardware stores because I forgot some specific screw or fitting. These guys help avoid that.

Ace is the place....but these guys make it an understatement.everyone I run into knows where it is and what it's for no matter what it is I'm looking for. You're hardware, lumber, water line, sewer line, or tool needs will be easily met at this location. I have no doubt you will be pleased with your experience and come back for more...
