This place is a fantastic place to let your creativity go wild! They usually get your painted statue back to you in a week or two, which is nice if you're making them as a gift. Pricing is fair. I had a great time and the owner is very friendly. I can't wait to come back!

The Craft Coop is a wonderful business for the Macomb community. They offer a wide variety of pottery pieces as well as an abundance of colors of glaze to paint your piece. This has been a business that my husband and I frequent often for date nights as well as a place to create wonderful and thoughtful handmade gifts for any special occasion (especially for Christmas gifts). You have the option to paint in their cozy studio or take home your piece. My husband and I love to take our pieces home and do a "date night in" so we can paint and watch a movie together. You will not go wrong with any of your choices at this wonderful business!

We hosted a six year old birthday party at the Crafty Coop and the girls absolutely loved it. We are looking forward to going back. Lots of fun pieces to pick from with a reasonable price tag. The owner was extremely helpful in helping the girls pick their colors and showing them what to do. Highly recommend stopping in. Great addition to Macomb.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are tons of pottery pieces to choose from in all sizes and prices, so there is something for everyone. You can paint there or take your pottery home with paint, then bring it back when you're done (this is quite useful when you have kids that don't want to paint the entire thing at once).

The Crafty Coop provides a wonderful outlet of creativity in the community. I love that multiple means of crafting that are brought to the shop. The owner is fantastic, provides superb customer service, and partners with many individuals and other businesses in the community. My son’s favorite thing is the baby chicks that come to live in windows in the spring. He asks every time we drive by when they are going to return.

This is a fantastic studio that is perfect for an afternoon out with friends and families. When we come back to visit I am always looking for something to help keep my kids and this is perfect! The owner is helpful and there are tons of pieces to paint. The mood is casual and conversational, kind of like being at a friend's house. Please support 5his great local business!

Every time I visit the Crafty Coop, I am met by gracious staff and unique projects. Laci goes above and beyond to assist her customers. She also coordinates fun events like paint parties and string art workshops by bringing in outside artists. I am never disappointed with my projects or the customer service!

Lacy the business owner goes above and beyond expectations. By making sure you not only find what you need or think you want to do. But that you can make each and every peice your very own with the upmost satisfaction. If your not happy she will do what she can to make you happy. If your not sure what you want to paint she asks for your interests then directs you to what she has that can echo what you love. She is a kind and considerate person that runs an above board establishment that is located at the heart of macomb across from chandler park. Easy to get to with lots of options and opertunities. The crafty coop has won a few city awards of best for birthday parties and events. Perfect for all ages from little kids 2+, to the place to be for college students, to adults that just want something to do. Lacy's Crafty Coop is the go to place in macomb. And encourage all in the area and those willing to take the time to travel to macomb to go visit the Crafty Coop!Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!

When I was attending school at Western Illinois University I stopped by here everyday they were open. Laci tried her best to make sure whoever walks in her shop is welcomed with a smile and open arms. She will sit with you to help you through the whole process and picking your pottery and paint. If you recommend a certain sculpture, she will start looking for it and try her best to stock that for your next visit. Laci and her family took my sister and I in as family. If I didnt live 4 hours away, I would still be coming there everyday. I recommend anyone in, visiting or around Macomb to check out The Crafty Coop, you wont be disappointed!!!!

Friendly vibe this place gives. Handful of pottery to pick from + a studio fee. Everything is returned by the next Friday or Saturday. My friend even arranged a event through them during hours they aren't usually open.
