An upcharge for a small soda with a value meal? I was hoping to get a steak egg and cheese bagel meal. Nope. Unlike most McDonald's they don't carry it. So in the drive-through I ordered a breakfast burrito meal. After paying more than $8 I noticed a .40 upcharge for a small drink. I asked the man in the window and his response was I don't know. I'm just a crew member. Ok. So not wanting to delay the long line I just left. It wasn't his fault. Well. I have often enjoyed the breakfast burritos in the past. Not this time. Dry, chewy, and with little filling. Overall disgusting. While the staff was nice the upcharge on a soft drink with a meal is NOT okay. The owner of this McDonald's seems to care only about $.

I used to order fish fillets, cheese burger, egg sandwiches and fries. One request, you should not mix these foods with ham or any other meat. Vegans and halal seeking people wants to eat. But they don’t know the inside procedures.McDonald can increase their business by addressing niche customers. I have a bad experience once but felt that their poor management. Their employees seems like unhappy. They need some HR motivational training. Love to see their smiley face which matters most for service industry.

Asked to pull around in drive waited a total of a hour and 10 minutes before I finally left without my sandwich or my money. Gave me a sandwich with no meat at all. Requested my money and sandwich corrected after the 40 min wait for it in the first place. Manager said you can't have both. I told her I needed the sandwich but didn't want to wait another 40 minutes for a sandwich. She snaps at me and says I will just give you a refund. Then walks away. 10 minutes later comes back and tells me I can't have both again. I need to order the sandwich then. Never will return to this location also will get my money back from corporate.

Priced are significantly higher than our local McDonald's. 2 employees were decorating the restaurant, which looked very nice, but no one helped us at the counter. We did a mobile order, but wanted the new sauce that wasn't on the app. Again, we couldn't get it because no one offered service. Extra pickles was 5 cents (we always order extra pickles, but have never seen a charge for it at other locations). We most definitely did not receive extra pickles. There were only 2. Frustrating experience.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s. Since the remodel, now there is a wall to block off the employees so good luck getting anyone to acknowledge you if you go into order. Generally rude workers, everyone seems like they have an attitude. Food is often wrong and if there is an issue with a mobile order at drive through, they just tell you too bad and ignore you instead of trying to solve the issue. East side is better in every area

Has messed up my order several times. Very disappointed seems like nobody knows how to cook a burger fully mine was raw spots.or read a order ticket. Charged for 3 double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. No bacon on any of the. Ridiculous.

I'm honestly disappointed in this place. Normally it's phenomenal, but my last visit here, my quarter pounder was half raw. I just got over a serious illness so now I have to worry about this. Thanks.UPDATE 12/6/22: We opted to go back today, and it was loads better this time around. Bumped up to four stars. Still needs a little work but the drive thru workers were super nice.

Went inside to order. A disgruntled customer was unhappy because the drive thru gave their order to someone else . I ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese. No one else was there. After waiting ten minutes a lady came out and said we are cooking your burger now. After another 5 minutes , I asked the manager lady what was going on and she was very unprofessional acting like it’s my fault ? So I told them to give me a refund and I have starved before. I’ve traveled thru Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Iowa, and Minnesota and this was the only bad store . And they were bad sorry to say. I took a video but am not posting it here.

Got a doordash order didn't receive half my order, our sandwiches were replaced with burnt chicken sandwiches instead of quarter pounders, missing one of our large shakes and the milk and extra fry from the kids meal. I called and the manager was rude, told me that I was basically out of luck even though I'm missing part of my order so I guess they can just steal from you now and not even give you all your food. HORRIBLE

Absolutely HORRIFIC place! I wish I could give negative stars. They can't manage to get your order correct, apparently. First they forgot the fries, so we went back and got them. Next they forgot the dipping sauce we requested and we noticed that they gave us the wrong size of fries, after giving our receipt to verify our order with them. We shouldn't need to go back TWICE to fix the order THEY REPEATEDLY MESSED UP!!!! AND IT STILL WASN'T RIGHT!!!! We paid for a meal we did not get and after going through all of the hassle in attempting to correct our order, our food was cold by the time we arrived home. These people should NOT be employed and this restaurant should be shut down. Such a waste of time and money!!!

Nothing good to say here. Terrible service and long waits guaranteed, CHECK YOUR BAG before going anywhere! Last time I was here I had to come back 2x to try and get what I originally ordered, then the manager refused to make all my food. Said he knew he already made it so I walked out with half of what I paid for. The one across town usually has a long line, but they get your food correct and to you 10x quicker than this location.

Slow service this morning. Ordered online, checked in onsite, and waited 20 minutes for them to come out, but never did. I went in, and there was a lot of folk waiting for food. After talking to the frazzled register girl, I waited another 20 minutes. Frazzled girl finally wrote down on a bag what I ordered and handed it to the line folk. When I got it, it was missing my OJ. I didn't notice it until I got back in the car, but did not want to go back in. While waiting, I saw two folk get their money and left. Help issues I imagine.

I mean at this point you'd be better off ordering a McDouble because essentially that's what you're getting. A cheeseburger patty on extra bread.
