They get your order wrong more often than not and then refuse to fix their mistakes. If you go through the drive thru good luck getting them to bring out your missing items. If you call them they argue, tell you to come in and get it yourself, and hang up on you. One employee threatened to hit my 15 year old son and more than half of them are on drugs..probably explains why they can't do their jobs properly. I have personally watched their manager "Rae" get so high on pills that she couldn't keep her eyes open. Their floors are disgusting and covered in trash and they have cockroaches running around the back. I know someone that worked there and managed to get a video of it, shared it to Facebook and they threatened to fire him if he didn't take it down. This place is complete trash.

Great employees. Great service. No complaints. Glad we have a McDonalds on the East side. Update. Tonight I saw two exceptionally compassionate and patient individuals tend to a group of 'special' guests with better service than you sometimes receive at much more elegant places. Doing their absolute best. I really hope that someday society will step up and allow people who work in fast food the respect and pay that they deserve. These people are out here trying. Working hard. Pay them more #mcdonalds.

My fries were way to salty. Inedible in fact, and my burger was the same, so much seasoning in it that it crunched a little and the flavor was horrible! would not suggest eating here and honestly I wouldn't work here either, they are in constant violation of employee rights and tend to pick favorites, and they have the worst hire fire rate in town which is due to poor management. Worst place in town.

I placed a mobile order at 11:42 and go to pick it up at 11:52 and no one would awnser the intercom or the windows so I knocked on the door and a younger guy walked out and told me they close at 12 as it was still 11:56 so I asked if I could get my money back or my food since it was $40 worth of food and he told me to get screwed so I asked for the manager which was a younger girl and he went and talked to her and came back out and told me that she wouldn’t come and talk to me then they shut the door in my face and laughed at me. Worst Employees I have ever experienced any where.

Totally messed up an easy order. Asked for unsweet tea and got sweet tea 2 times while waiting for them to get unsweet tea for the order. Food was cold and burgers were smashed flat!. Fries were cold and not very many fries in order.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Food is always on point, especially the fries and sweet tea. But management needs to hire more employees with people skills or teach their employees people skills. Some but not all of the employees here have a screw or two loose but have zero sense of humor and seem like they just hate life and their job. Don’t greet you or say thank you or you’re welcome or anything. Nothing better than an employee telling a customer to have a good day and thank you and to come back. But not here.

I ordered a mcchicken with cheese and pickles, fries and a frozen coke. First, they gave me my food and no frozen coke. Took orders at the register instead of acknowledging that I was still waiting for it. Sandwich was missing pickles that they now charge 5 cents for. They called back for a cup of them. My sandwich was cold by the time I got my pickles. I had to go up and ask about them... manager was not friendly either

Service is so slow in the drive in. There still are very few eat in customers so a person would expect it to be better. They seem very disorganized and food never seems to be ready and oftentimes when you do get it it is cold. I guess I don't understand why it is so difficult after several months of it being the same.

I understand teenagers need to gain experience and work etc etc however, managers, please educate the young. There's a time and place for fun and games, and it is not on the clock with a customer standing in front of you. They should also NOT be touching their face, hair, register, counters, clothes and then picking food off the line and eating it. Again, WHILE a customer is standing in front of them.

The manager was so rude for absolutely no reason. I asked for my burger plain and it had stuff all over it. After the fact that she set my food down aggressively and very rudely said “here’s your food. I’ll get your drinks in a minute”. I said okay and was fine with that. Then she sets my drinks down doesn’t say a word to me and walks off. I got none of the sauce I asked for so I waited for about 5 minutes until she came up again, and again, rudely said “do you still need something”. After this I got a bit of an attitude because I was quite annoyed at this point but I still just simply asked for barbecue and left. I will not be going back there.

They are insanely slow. I cringe whenever I go through their drive-thru. It's like everyday everyone is on their very first shift or just doesn't care. I sat in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes and no one took my order. I pull forward to the second second window place my order, which took another 2 minutes. They then had me park to wait for two basic sandwiches and forgot the McChicken anyways. This is seriously a joke.

I went inside on my break one night because the drive thru was packed. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and a L mocha frappe, from the inside kiosk. After placing my order it said to go to the front counter and I could pick up food there. So after 15 minutes and everyone hanging out giggling in the drive thru, I looked back there and I asked if anyone wanted to help the frontline people. She stated they were short staffed and too busy in drive thru. So I said that I wanted a refund, my break was about over and I felt that these younger kiddos just need more teaching of human kindness or something. People are people, I understand that you may be “Short Staffed” but the last person you should take it out on is your customers!!!!! You know, The ones that are paying your wages!

Almost always slammed with customers. The staff are friendly and do their best to provide excellent service. This restaurant is always really busy. It's amazing at how the staff can keep up. Please be patient if something is not to your standards. Let the staff know and they will take care of it.

Worst place in town. Cashiers are always in their phone they never get your order right. Just sat in an empty drive thru and never got waited on.Went back today, first time in a few months. The blond girl with shaved hair working the second window was not friendly. my order included 4 drinks, so I Politely asked for a drink carrier. She slammed the window shut. When she returned she handed me the drinks, I said thank you. then practically threw my bag at me then slammed the window shut again.I’m done giving my business to this location.

On my order was a quarter pounder, and 2 6 piece happy meal with fries and a Mc Flurry. The person taking our order said they didn’t have things even thought they did. Then another person took over and finished our order. We got our happy meals and pulled forward to wait. We waited for over 10 minutes for one quarter pounder.we got our food then drove home. The food was surprisingly warm and they got everything right. I then ate 2 of the chicken nuggets. On my 3rd nugget I took a bite and felt something hard. I thought it was just one piece so I kept chewing. It was still hard and I couldn’t bite it. I then spit it. I looked at it and it was a bone. There was a chicken bone in my nugget. It was over a 1inch long. It was a terrible experience and I will never go there again.

This location was supposed to be open till 1200 on the day I went. I entered the drive through at 11:30 there was a car in front of me that got served. No one answered when I got up the ordering screen, so I went inside. The manager confronted me acting funny. She said they had been closed for a while and didn't know how I got in the building. The car in front of me got served.
