The staff, in the past few months, has become extremely rude. I've shopped here since they opened in our smaller college town and enjoyed the bargains. I went in the other day and the prices had been raised, which is odd since they get all of their items for FREE! At a recent excursion, the staff were all gathered around the "expensive" jewelry case. I was waiting to check out and was completely ignored. I waited several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I don't have to shop here. I'm a professional and make good money. I don't think I'll be back.

Same as other recent reviews. I don't care to read the link that's being attached to reviews. I will adjust my review if the ridiculous pricing changes. Most Entertainment items are just at or below online prices. The staff seems stressed but works hard to keep the store up.I've been to many Goodwill stores and this is at the top of the list for awful pricing. But if they actually get people to pay it then good for them. Galesburg Goodwill pricing blows this store out of the water!

This is a great Goodwill! The store was clean, well organized, and the employees were by far some of the best I've ever encountered! You can tell they are proud of their store and want to help their customers. On top of that the pricing was extremely reasonable. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Clean store great people working. Probably under paid for the job they do. Never can find boys clothes and if I wanted to buy cheaply made knickknacks that are not actual donated items like signs for full price then I’d go to a store that sells better made ones locally sourced. The lighting was ultra bright as well. Did spend 100 bucks and got quite a few things. So not all bad I just would rather this be a small business and not a corporation “nonprofit” (forprofit)

Kinda strange when people complain that the prices are higher than Walmart when it is very difficult to get clothes 4.99 or less at Walmart.Yes jackets and hoodies are a little bit more than 4.99 but it still cheaper than what others are charging. More than once I have been in the store where I have seen people clean the bathroom and make sure they are clean and the store manager as well the supervisors make sure that things are reasonably priced yes items might be a little bit more than what your hoping for but this is still a business that needs to pay lights rent for the building water and others so why not take that into consideration

I have made several trips to Good Will this week as I have been clearing out my mom's house. Compliments to Will at the drop off doors. He is ALWAYS polite, kind and cheerful! He even helped me retrieve a family item which I accidently donated it. Thank you Will!!

This is by far the greatest Goodwill within several hours drive around the area. They are the only ones that know how to size and merchandise clothing well. Every other Goodwill store I've been in, it seems arranged like a yard sale. Hard to shop and browse. Macomb Goodwill has them in size run order, and within the sizes, they are colored. And it is fantastic to shop. Keep up the good work!

Without a doubt, this is the best Goodwill in central Illinois. It is well organized and clean. The staff are helpful, efficient, and kind. They regularly have brands like Ann Taylor, Calvin Klein and similar quality business wear and cocktail gowns. Less furniture than a lot of Goodwill stores but tons of linens and housewares.

I have been in a lot of Goodwills over the country. This is the best kept of all. Very nice!! Many of the negative reviews are simply not true. It's the cleanest best kept goodwill store in the Midwest. For those who say they are over priced really should visit other stores and you will find poorer quality for more money. Everyone should try the rewards program. I get $10 off every month or less.

Nice store, very organized. My only complaint is the prices are a little high on some things. Don't get me wrong they have good deals that go on but their everyday prices are a little high. That is just my opinion.

Very friendly cashier!! She let me know bout 15%off of my purchase,and also point system your earning for every time you spend 1.00 and she also let me know bout the last Tuesday of the month clothing is on sale for 2.00!!!👍👍

Clerk wouldn't let me pay for a sled I wanted to purchase and return to pick up. It wouldn't fit in the car we were driving. Drove home 17 miles to get our larger vehicle and returned to Goodwill. Took us less than an hour to make the trip. The clerk said someone had bought the sled. I often spend several hundred dollars a month at Goodwill but am very irritated that the clerk refused to let me pay for the sled and come back to get it. I have been a very regular customer at Goodwill for many years - I am now a very irritated and dissatisfied and most likely former Goodwill customer.

Their prices were higher on somethings. Did get a good deal on a fireplace heater. Very neat, clean, and organized. Employees were on top of things and very attentive.

The workers are always fun and friendly and the store is so clean. Love it because the restrooms are open again!! That is a major plus after all of the restrooms at most stores were closed last year

The pricing here is ridiculously high. Selling dirty/damaged pioneer woman bakewsre for $20. The same set that walmart sells new for $20! Not ok Goodwill!!!!

Their prices on their donated goods just keep going up. What use to be a cheap place to shop for lower income people is no longer very affordable. They get the stuff donated free one would think they could be more reasonable on their prices.

This store in Macomb use to have 3 aisles of really cool different things. ....... I always bought 2 or 3 items every visit. I am talking about great home decor items. Now they have shelves on opposite walls with a bunch of what I would call undesirable junk. Maybe the better things went to the stores in richer areas. Also they had a one week 25 percent discount for veterans but I only saw one small sign on the end of a rack about it. Guess GOODWILL OWNER doesn't appreciate his / her freedom. Left the store disappointed and empty handed.

Used to b a nice place to shop at everything looked nice , clean and was in certain spots now I walk in and walk out with nothing . The employees dont greet u the stuff looks like I could go to a yardsale and buy and it looks dingy. 4 years ago I could walk in their and b greeting by their former manager with a smile on her face and always had such nice displays and would interact with customers now not at all. We went june 16 th and my sis was gonna buy stuff and left the store because she said the staff were just talking and not paying attention to their customers glad I go to just look but dont ever buy anything .

I visited another goodwill an hour from Macomb, which wasn't as organized and clean. I must say that the goodwill located in Macomb is very organized and receives 5 stars! I love this store and plan to visit again!

Not a bad store at all, but I suggest editing the part that says Goodwill is “non profit.” Its a business, and its well known that the creator of Goodwill used tactics, such as the name Goodwill, to fool people into thinking it was some sort of charity.

Traveling from Salem Indiana to visit my sister in Macomb and I must say this a great Goodwill. Very tidy and organized for shopping. Great job Goodwill!!
