The staff at Gentry Motors did an incredible job detailing my suburban! They worked with me to get my car in on my schedule and had it done it quick! My car looks better than it ever has! The rims are so good I couldn't believe they were mine! My car is 15 years old but Gentry Motors keeps her looking great! Their prices are very fair too! You won't be disappointed leaving your car to be detailed at Gentry Motors!

On Sunday, a steady yellow light came on indicating an "issue with the engine, service now" while we were out of state.Monday morning, I was able to contact Gentry Motor Company and bring our vehicle in so they could access the issue.They gave me a loaner vehicle while they had our vehicle. Within a few hours I was called and a repair was authorized.Our vehicle was ready by mid afternoon. Katie Musick and John Gentry provided great hometown customer service and a friendly smile.We always take our vehicle to Gentry Motor Company because they treat us right.

Just picked up a 2016 Focus ST and dealing with John was a great experience. Everything was handled prior so after driving 3 hours it only took about 10 min to be ready to leave with the car. John was straight forward with everything and updated me everytime something changed. I will definitely keep Gentry Motors in mind for my next buy.

I can’t say enough good things about this garage. My son, a student at WIU, had my car with him when it broke down. I’m almost 4 hours away, so I wasn’t able to be there to take care of things. John treated my son like family. I am so grateful that we took the car there; everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

After a couple of phone conversations, a little research on both ends, and swapping some pictures, we had a deal! 2 days later the truck was delivered to my driveway. Very nice, very helpful people! John and his team at Gentry are fantastic! I needed an alignment on my vehicle. I was able to get my vehicle in within a few days and John offered to pickup my vehicle while I was at work. On the morning of my appointment I had something come up where I would need my vehicle back sooner than anticipated. John and his team were able to pick up my car, get my alignment done and deliver my car back to my work so I could carry on my day as needed. I'm so grateful! John and Gentry Motor Company are true assets to Macomb. Not every company has an owner that actively engages with the customers of its business and makes themselves available outside of regular business hours.

We drove 2 hours to visit another dealership in Macomb, and had a bad experience. We decided to make the drive worth while and drove down the road to Gentry Motor Company. So glad we did! John was super down to earth, honest, and not your typical pushy salesman. Best car buying experience yet, will definitely be back! He actually even delivered the car to us to save us the 2 hour drive a second time. Awesome guy with a great family! All dealerships should take a clue from this place!

I had a great experience! I dropped my car off for a full detail they gave me a ride to work and dropped my car off to my workplace when it was done! My car looked and smelled amazing!! It hasn’t looked that good sense we bought it! The only problem I found was I paid for a 3-row detail and the 3rd row was missed but mind you my cars 3rd row is a fold-down seat and to be completely honest it looks a lot like a spare tire compartment. However, I messaged the owner (who made my appointment for me) and told him about it. I tell you what I have never felt more taken care of by a company he had his guys come and get my car the next day they cleaned the 3rd row and brought it back to me! I know I will definitely be back when my car gets dirty again!! Even with the mistake the way they handled it made me feel good! I usually feel bad when I say something but they went above and beyond to take care of me!

The customer service was outstanding. I had my vehicle detailed and it was done flawlessly. It's just as clean as when I bought it. They dropped me off at home and dropped my vehicle off with no extra charge. I trust Gentry motors and will be doing all my maintenance work there. I recently had my battery replaced at Gentrys. The service is outstanding. They picked up my vehicle and dropped it off no charge. I highly recommend Gentry Motors.

Gentry Motor Company has always been a fantastic place to do business with. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate and that is very much appreciated. What makes me take the time to write a review is I had an issue with my company truck and had a meeting I HAD to get to. I called Katie in service and was able to secure a rental vehicle over the phone & was on my way within 1/2 hour of my company truck breaking down. What makes this even more impressive is, they didn't have any rental vehicles left. Gentry Motor Co. put a vehicle that was for sale in service for me based off of my dire need get on the road for my meeting. I will do any and all business with Gentry Motor Co. in the future and urge anyone in Macomb to do the same. They do great work and really appreciate the business. Just walking into their store, you see the hundreds/thousands of pictures of customers buying vehicles; very cool atmosphere and even better culture to be around. Thanks Katie & John!!!

First class experience! John Gentry was so personable to talk with on the phone the first time I called on the ExpeditionMax. He didn’t have some big sales pitch, just genuinely took time to ask about my family/kids. He explained the price of the vehicle and how he arrived on the number and was fair in negotiations. I bought the vehicle unseen, never drove it and best part was, his son Ben & his mother-in-law delivered it to my front door nearly 3 hours away the next day! Now that’s service!! Our situation was somewhat different than other customers. We were interested in a vehicle that Gentry Motors had but knew, because we are located 7 hours from Macomb, that we may question our decision on the purchase because of this distance.  Ultimately we decided on a very similar vehicle closer to home, but of all of the conversations we had with other car dealerships during our search, our conversations with Rich were undoubtedly the most relaxed, caring and informative.  His interest in our car search was highly professional and showed confidence in representing the vehicle with low pressure tactics.
