They’ve got a variety of items for varied needs.If you’re a new international student at Western, Dollar Tree would probably be a good budget-friendly place to start with shopping for minor household items.Even beyond the novelty of being a new international student, you can always rely on their prices.

I love the deals I can get at Dollar Tree. This is not a review against the employees, who treated me with courtesy and professionalism. This is a complaint about the company's policy, which apparently comes from higher up.I'm upset at their refund policy. I purchased several items, and then made another trip to a different store. I realized that I didn't have enough to buy all the items at the 2nd store, so I returned to Dollar Tree to refund some items I had purchased as stock up items. This all happened within an hour's time, and I had my receipt.Apparently, they do not issue cash refunds. They only exchange items. I thought this might be an illegal practice, but at least in Illinois it is not. However, it is a bad customer service practice, and it could cost them customers.I can return to the other store when my bank opens, but it is it is a little irksome and inconvenient, because I was hoping to get some grocery items for myself and a friend. Disappointed.

Of course the clerks there are always so helpful. I really appreciate the variety of items that the Dollar Tree has... Today is Saturday April 22nd. And like I said they're everyone is understands. And but when I am two feet away from you and I said good morning and you decide you're too good to reply. It really bothers me. There was a young guy that worked in the back of the store. And he didn't even speak to me or look to me as he was stalking the cleaning supplies. When I spoke to him. Also, There was a young man standing in the doorway of the stockroom. By the cleaning supplies when suddenly a rack of wall decals fell on the floor just as I was walking past. He didn't even bother turning around or helping me pick them up I didn't even touch them they just fell right in front of me so I picked them up because it's the right thing to do. Maybe he felt like he was too important to do that. Or maybe he felt like he didn't have to help me. Even though I didn't knock them down clearly one of your staff over-stuffed the shelf... Either way. Very lackluster on the male employees parts today

I don’t typically write reviews like this, but as a teacher, I was in dire need of composition notebooks for my students *fast* (and I mean A LOT) and stopped by Dollar Tree in hopes of finding the remaining 40 I needed… and I was floored by how many I laid my eyes on when I got to the school supply isle!! 😍If I would have stopped here first, I’m sure I could’ve gotten all 73 composition notebooks I needed without stopping multiple places. Plus, they had them in the original black & white and fun designs if that something that interests you. Thank you so much, Dollar Tree! ❤️P.S. I kept a dinosaur and star one for myself. 🦖

I shop here all the time for affordable organizers, gift wrap/boxes, cheap candy, 2 for $1 cards (which are just as nice as any $6 Hallmark card!), And most importantly, holiday/HALLOWEEN Decor!A piece of advice for any potential/repeat customer: As an employee explained to me once "IF YOU SEE SOMETHING YOU WANT, GET IT WHEN YOU SEE IT!!" because the store can't control their stock, and don't have any generics/guaranteed brands.*Sometimes you can buy an item by-the-case on their website and get it shipped to the store. I did this for business packaging, as well as my wedding in the past.My review of this exact location:Extremely clean (especially compared to other locations!), Very friendly and helpful employees, some AMAZING STEALS/SALES, good hours, and the only suggestion would be to open more registers if scheduling allows it [mainly for customers like me who will check out with a full cart, and can easily have totals over $100 sometimes..*And remember, "Your politeness to a person almost always inspires politeness in return!!"

I love Dollar Tree!!! I can decorate for holidays & special occasions & not worry about the expense. I get birthday cards & other cards there. I get my cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, make up,socks disposable reunion food pans,bowls,table utensils even food there. Can't imagine not having Dollar Tree around!!!!

Terrible customer service! Rude employees and I was charged for 2 extra items that I did not buy. Still have not heard back from management and they owe me $2.50 + tax.
