The doctor is absolutely amazing has saved two of my daughters pets.The receptionist however needs to be fired. She is rude, hateful, yells at people on the phone, has 0 sympathy for pets and people. Even stayed that the doc will yell at the staff if they call her for an emergency.Like I said the vet is very kind, knowledgeable and she does excellent work. The front desk person I fear may be hindering her kindness. Twice now she has yelled at my wife and daughter. She is definitely in the wrong industry.

Worst place ever. She refused to handle pets. Even though there was a sign saying let us handle your pets while being examined. Won't Ever go back. They don't know how to handle big dogs. Didn't even weight my dogs right

this is the worst vet clinic in macomb il. I had a verbal agreement twice before bringing in a stray that was covered in wounds and oil from the city's street project. they told me I did not have to pay today. they locked me and my 2 year old in a room for 3 hours after the exam until they got $200 from me. I offered to leave the cat and pay the boarding fees when I was payed Friday and they refused because it wasn't vaccinated, I offered to pay for the vaccines and they said "we can't do that ontop of the antibiotics". I kept telling them that my 2 year old was hungry and crying and needed a diaper change. they threw a panflit at me for a payment plan that wouldn't be approved for 7 days and started screaming at me. then held us against our will. my mother had to call and put a card on file and they said "ok, we will let her go now" and finally unguarded the door n let us leave. a police report was made. these people are disgusting!

I am taking all three of my dog to this veterinarian for a long time to come. I especially had one dog that had heartworms apparently she must have had that when she was adopted, they were quite long and it was an extensive situation or she had to have two treatments. I am very happy with this vet service. These people took extremely good care of my pup and now today she's going to go in for teeth cleaning. I trust these people with my animal 100%. I have never had an issue with them under no circumstance, or for any reason. I give them five stars and recommend everyone bring their animals to this veterinarian. All Pets is the place to be.

The Vet is top notch and very helpful and great to work with ...she took care of my pup in a emergency.. when he was hit by a car ...... NOW THE OFFICE MANAGER IS A MONEY HUNGARY WOMAN. .. DOES NOT CARE OF THE TRAUMA OF HAVING A PUP / FAMILY MEMBER INJURED ... ALL SHE WANTS IS THAT CASH. .

These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS. Receptionist is incredibly rude. Took one of my dogs in for a check up and she ended up getting kennel cough from that office!!! AND they do not prioritize your animal, even if it's on its death bed. "Call back at exactly 8am tomorrow and we MAY be able to help your pet, assuming there are open slots left". DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE!!!!! I took mine in for help and not only did they make it worse, they refused to help or even acknowledge their own shortcomings. I will be looking anywhere else so my children can actually get decent care.

I love Dr. Blakeley, Dr. Ester, and the staff here! I have been taking my personal fur kids here for 12 years and our rescue's dogs here since Epitome started in 2011. I can always trust the knowledge, treatment options, and excellent care the dogs receive. I've never experienced a more loving staff at any other clinic to which I have taken dogs over the years. I always tell adopters their dogs will be in excellent and extremely capable hands at All Pets.

We have been going here for 20 years. Deb knows everyone by name, and everyone on staff is sensitive and loving. If I call for a question or refill , etc, they get right back to me. They are a very busy office and it doesn’t matter who is there, they make me and my pet #1.I’ve loved that they have known my pets and their different personalities, and even when my older dog displayed displeasure with bloodwork and other procedures, they empathized with him and me. We problem solved conditions together and because of this, my pets have been very healthy and thrived under their care.Pet care has expanded and changes rapidly, and I appreciate the way they patiently explain new procedures, medications, costs, etc. They help you make the decisions that are right for your pet while giving you informed expertise.I simply cannot say enough good things about my experiences.

We have gone to Dr. Blakeley for several years and have always had great care for our pets until recently. Our dog was very sick and had been to the vet a couple of time in the weeks prior. We called and tried to get her in yesterday and the receptionist was extremely rude! She kept talking over him and basically hung up on him! We switched vets and when we called back all she said was “ where do you want the records sent?” It is really sad that we had to leave such a great vet! Today are dog went to doggy heaven😥

I've been coming to get for several years for all of my pets until today. The staff is always super nice and treat my pets with kindness and respect. They used to be able to take in emergency pets but I guess not anymore...I had a scare that I was losing my cat because they were struggling to breathe with a very heavy coughing and they couldn't get in to see him, told me they only had 4 appointments a day that were first come first serve then basically said I'd never get an appointment because they fill up in 5 minutes...I took him to another vet and they were able to see him 10 minutes after my call.

I do animal rescue work and had a bit of an emergency last week with a kitten I had found on the side of the road and needed to find an emergency vet ASAP. Luckily, they took me in on short notice and did an amazing job getting the kitten fluids, medication and food all at a very reasonable price. The vet staff was kind and understanding and I’m so grateful for that because it was such an emotional situation for me. This is a good vet office and if I’m ever in a similar situation while doing animal rescue work downstate I will absolutely be contacting All Pets because I had such a positive experience.

All Pets has been great to us. Dr. Karen really knows what she is doing. The veterinary staff there check for issues and keep up with shots that our previous vet did not keep up with or tell us we needed, like the Leukemia annual shot for our cats. They go above and beyond to make sure our cats are healthy and have been friendly and polite every time we visit thus far. We love All Pets!

Best vet clinic around! Dr. Blakeley and her staff are the most caring and professional vet staff in the area. The groomer Jane is the "dog whisperer" and can tame even the grouchiest of pups fur! You won't find any other very staff that genuinely loves your pets as much as the staff at APVC.

Every one there the staff and the dr we’re just fantastic my dog was sick and I didn’t know what to do they got me in very quickly on Saturday afternoon the staff was extremely helpful to get me in and was great with cochino the dr diagnosing and got him fixed up, right now he’s feeling much better thank you everyone at all pets veterinary clinic

If I could rate somewhere as “0” stars, I would this place. They are only out for your money. To the point that if you can’t afford something because they add on way too many things that your cat doesn’t need they will actually just hang up on you (the audacity!). I would like to add that the ONLY reason I went here was to get my shelter cat fixed. The Macomb Animal Shelter works with them. From my three visits there, I only met two people that could be considered nice. The staff is extremely rude and they rush through everything. I would 100% recommend the Animal Medical Center in Macomb. They are ALWAYS cool, calm, and collected. Also they don’t charge you for things you don’t need!

Should give 0 stars. They were extremely rude, overcharged me for things that should be included. I took my dog in for a spay, they didn't give me discharge instructions when I picked her up. Her incision sight was dirty! Looked like they cut her up and never cleaned it! It didn't look like she was taken care of at all!! Never take any animal here, they're out for money only.

I have been going to Allpets for nearly twenty years, and I do very much like the Vets and most of the staff, but the business side has turned me off.My rescue dog needed some expensive dental work, and with the Vet being unsure exactly what it would run until she was under anesthetic I did have some concern about the cost. I work in education and I make, like so many people, live closer to the bone then I would like. But I would never let my dog suffer so I merely inquired about payments, or splitting the bill."yeah, we have some financing options"No problem, I went in and set up an appointment. Talk to the girl at the desk-"Hey, I wanted to check, is it okay if I pay half the bill when I pick her up, and the other half two weeks later on my second monthly check.""yeah, that is no problem."Mind you, there is a big red sign next to the register that says "All payments are to be made at time services are rendered unless prior arrangements are made."So I make my appointment. I take my dog in, all goes well, I go to pick her up.300$Cool. I got 200+ dollars in cash in my hand. I tell the woman at the desk I had arranged to split the bill, but I'll pay 200 now and the other 100 on the 15th."oh, I can't do that, did they have you sign something?""No, but I can do that." I prepare to wait for paperwork.I have to call my boss, only she can do that.Sigh. Cool, I'll wait.And then I talk to the woman who has seen me come into this place for twenty years. And she tells me they don't do that anymore, and that she wants the name of who approved that."Well, whoever made the appointment. Why do you have a sign up then?""what sign?"I read the sign verbatim to her, staring at it.And she repeats "well we really don't do that anymore. I'm sorry."And then It is suggested that maybe I pay something else later, or pay out of savings, or post-date a check...I can't remember the last time I used a physical check.So, I have them run my debit and take the 100$ and I explain to the lady at the register that I will be contacting to get my dog's records because I will not be returning after being so utterly insulted.I get you have to run a business, but in a small town, you had better be good to the people who patron your business.

The women who answered the phone was extremely unpleasant and rude. Was very rushy in the call and wouldn’t even give me chances to ask questions and actually hung up on me. Extremely displeased with her attitude towards me as I am a new customer and has a dog for the first time and I want to ask a lot of questions just to be cautious.
