We bought two toy poodle puppies from Frank. They are brothers from the same litter. When we informed Frank we wanted two male puppies and especially wanted one that would like to cuddle with us, he recommended two brothers that would get along well and that one definitely would have the cuddly personality we wanted and the other would have an adventurous fun personality. He told us that they would have fun playing together and would still want to be with us. Frank also informed us that he, his children and grandchildren all work together to socialize their puppies, holding them and handling them from a very young age. Frank also said he studies the puppies to learn each puppy’s personality.Frank definitely knows his puppies well because our puppies have done everything Frank said they would do! Our puppies are very healthy and enjoying each other so much and they always want to be with us too! And actually they both love to cuddle with my husband and myself! Our little adventurous puppy is so very fun too! We are enjoying them so much! They are so very sweet natured! They have filled a deep ache in our hearts after we lost our first toy poodle.They love playing with our grandchildren and have enjoyed meeting and playing with our large family and neighbors. They also do very well with our two German Shepherds. We would definitely recommend Frank’s puppies to anyone who is looking for a poodle!

Breeder with integrity!! We got our Ruby from Frank. Shes a small red miniature. She came to us basically housebroken and great with kids, other dogs, and has a great personality. Frank was extremely professional and made the process very easy. Frank stayed in constant communication; giving us updates on our puppy’s progress. We felt extremely comfortable that our puppy was receiving the best care.Picking up our dog was also extremely easy. I searched for her reputable miniature poodle breeder for a long time and found Frank Reliford of Poodlepups with Principal. I have to say, he is the most caring breeder that I know and he kept me in the loop from day 1 when I saw the litter I was choosing from. Frank is always very transparent, he is very good about keeping communication open between breeder and buyer and he does the necessary health testing of the breeding parents that should be done to create healthy bloodlines.On top of all of that, he is a kind and generous person who also has a purpose behind how he runs his small program by having his children help in raising the pups.I could not have chosen a better group of people to work with to find my sweet little pup, Kubble. Buying a good breed is an expensive investment that had me anxious about making a mistake choosing breeders. It was recommended that my daughter have a pet for emotional reasons, so I was on the search. Someone from town recommended Frank, saying if I was serious about wanting a great breed, this was who to contact.I spoke to Frank on the phone and he kindly explained the differences in the types of poodles he breeds, talked me through the health testing he has completed on the pups, and invited us to come and meet the babies.Of course we fell in love as soon as we met the pooch but in spite of the cuteness overload, I loved that their home was clean, puppies were well cared for, and they were very family oriented people.We named our little one Winston. He’s wonderful. A little toy poodle who literally gives hugs. We love him so much!

We adopted a toy poodle from Frank and his family last year (2022) and I can’t say enough about how awesome his puppies are. Our puppy (Muggins) is so social and has been since the day we got him. Highly recommend without a doubt! Extremely reasonable prices but most importantly pups come with an amazing health guarantee as Frank genetically tests all the parents. At about 5mo my puppy was acting off one late evening (11pm) and Frank called me right away and walked me through what to do since my puppy became hypoglemic from overexertion at a dog park. I was completely clueless as a new dog owner and Frank helped me every step of the way! My puppy is now 1 year old and only gets raving reviews about how well behaved he is at every vet, bath, and grooming visit!Look at how cute floofy and short he is!

We have had excellent success with adopting all of our pups from PoodlePupsWithPrinciple! Our family welcomed our first Cavapoo born in October of 2017. He was diagnosed at 9 months with an undiscoverable (until 6-9 months) genetic hip defect. Our rockstar Vet performed a salvage FHO surgery to remove his hip. Frank and his family supported us the whole way. His guarantees on pups are accurate and he stands by his word. Our little guy has made a better than expected recovery and the average person can not tell he is operating with one hip! We adored pup number 1 so much, that we got him a baby sister (from the same place, of course)! We welcomed Cavapoo pup number 2 born in February of 2019! She is perfect, docile and really a beaut! Then we got the call in January of 2022 that a sweet mini pure bread poodle was diagnosed with congenital alopecia and needed a good home. The call came in on Wednesday and our sweet babe was with us by Friday! #3 is a crazy, hyper ball of delight! We are extra cautious with his skin and fur, and his siblings are very accepting of the extra “treats” (vitamins) they all receive for supporting hair growth! Our whole pup crew is from the one and only PoodlePupsWithPrinciple, and we would never take our business anywhere else. We are always active on his Facebook group page and welcome any questions potential buyers may have. Our pups are loving, follow directions, and of course beautiful- we wholeheartedly believe this is a testament of the way Frank and his family raise their liters.

I have read some of the other reviews out there. They mention asking a female questions about the dogs. Clearly that is NOT the same breeder. Frank is the owner / breeder. He is an amazing guy to work with and has very high quality dogs. We absolutely LOVE the 2 Toy Poodles we got from him!

I had the pleasure of getting a mini red poodle from Frank in 2012. The experience was seamless and very transparent. Frank is very knowledgeable regarding this breed and to this day is helpful in any questions I might have. I would not get a poodle from anyone else.
