Great experience! Friendly and helpful people! The store has practically everything. Stopped in when we passed through town. Found more than we needed or expected - including the kindest cashier, and a bag "boy" who took our groceries out to the car. These stores are so vital and convenient for the rural area. I will be driving to Mackinaw when I went friendly, no hassle grocery shopping in a cozy village setting. Please give your business to them too, so the store stays profitable and open.

Fresh local produce. Meat is butchered on site so you know it's fresh. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are a little higher than the big box store but it is usually worth the convenience of the hometown location and carry out groceries. They also run decent sales every week.

Best small town IGA around! Staff is always friendly which makes it an inviting environment. Very organized and clean. There is also an awesome deli that has a large variety of food to choose from. My family and I will continue to shop here as often as we can.

Definitely a true "hometown" grocery store that goes back to the traditional values of small town grocers with many of the advantages of a big box store. This store earned our loyalty through this pandemic and seeing their dedication in going above and beyond for our community.

I always am greeted by pleasant people to help you find what you need. The hometown owners take a personal interest in the community and the grocery store is a big part of the Mackinaw community. Every Saturday they grill outside and offer lunch.

In this strange time, I have been trying to avoid mass retailers and support local businesses. I went to the Mackinaw IGA website to see if they are open, and upon visiting the site, learned they offer grocery pickup. Not only that, but the pickup time was only an hour away! Most large stores have a several day wait time. I ended up placing an order late Friday for Saturday afternoon. The order was ready early, I got a text and email with the receipt. I pulled up to the designated pickup spot and within minutes a friendly employee brought our my groceries. I am ecstatic that this is an option an look forward to utilizing pickup...and then doing everyday shopping in store once the stay at home order is lifted. Props, IGA!

Just seems over prices on alot of things. I got into Walmart and spend 100 and have several bags. I go into IGA and spend 100 and only have 2-3 bags. Their meat is amazing though and worth the money. However buying sides and produce I prefer to get it else where.

Its the only grocery store in town. It is too small to have a great selection. But the staff are always friendly, and if you have to get something last minute its the place to go. Expect to over pay for everything.

Nice I dont have to travel all the way to Bloomington to pick up a few things here and there. Since the iga in minier closed I frequent here! The employees are always nice and helpful! Also one time I dropped my driver's license and didnt realize and one employee actually looked me up on facebook and messaged me letting me know she had found it very thankful for the kindness!

OF is a very clean nice store 90%of the employees r very nice and plesant so I give it thumbs UP, the meat department is unbeatable fantastic cuts of meat , prices could b cheaper but that's a small town business......
