Do Not Support This Business!! The owner is racist and rude. I am a traveling nurse i make well over $30 an hour, but on my way to my client today i stopped in to get me a cup of ice and a snack. I had on my scarf over my head and my wind breaker. I looked around the shelves and saw an apple i may want but didn’t decide to buy it and only wanted to purchase the ice. When i got to the register i was accused by the owner of stealing the apple that i had put back and i have never been so offended before in my life! I asked for manager details to pursue a report but was then notified by that same employee that he in fact owned this location and if i had a problem i could take it up with him. I was afraid to cause any further confrontation since i was alone in the store by myself, so i left but i just want my black people to be aware of your surroundings and always watch yourself in these types of stores owned by these types of people.! I hope this was helpful for someone

Very nice,clean store. All my encounters coming in there ,the employees always said hello. Jeff was a gem ringing me up at the register. I complimented the hot food tray and was astonished to see taquitos,hot dogs ,etc and plenty of them! If this is a Franchise store,kudos!

Every time I go in there I’m always greeted and all the staff are always so nice! Shoutout to all your employees at this location! And always very helpful. I usually go in by myself or with my 3 kids. The kids even say how nice your employees are! Thank you for you service. I know how hard customers can get.

Older lady smiles and talks to white customers but I notice when I go in she refuses to say hi back and rolls her eyes when I’m paying. But not to the people in front of me today and the people there yesterday and the other day. Just me and another non white lady.

If I could give this store a negative rating, it would be negative thousand.Each time I go to this 7-11, not only are the employees rude but on the door, it clearly states you need a mask. However I have seen countless customers go in and out of the store without a mask and the employees do NOTHING. I am no longer shopping at this establishment and this 7-11 should be shut down for not enforcing the mask policy.They are absolutely awful at enforcing rules. I contacted corporate and their employees attitudes about me complaining was god awful.

Jeff is rude and clearly unfit to do his job. I went in with my little brother so he could use a gift card he had gotten for his birthday in order to buy a PlayStation card. He was rude and started to shout profanities at brother who is a minor just because he was clueless on how to properly run the transaction. Honestly have never met a worker who is more incompetent or rude. Definitely do not recommend going to this 7-11. Take the extra 5 minutes and drive to the one in La Grange if you don't want to get yelled at and kicked out of the store for no reason.

I put in an application a few days ago. Called and asked to speak to a manager. He asked for my name and why I'm calling. I asked what was the status of my application. He said "we are currently interviewing a few people, ok, bye bye" and hung up..A. I never got a call from them like they promised.B. The guy that answered the phone was very VERY rude..The female manager Danielle I think her name is was very nice but the guy is just such a jerk..Looks like I'm gonna apply elsewhere. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!! There's another 7Eleven on Ogden that's not too far from here. They are nicer up there.

Here now. Lady running around the store without a mask. Casher had no problem ringing her up but then again his mask is not even covering his nose.... very disappointing considering the sign says all customers must wear a mask...

This 7-11 does not offer free Slushies on July 11th (7/11)!!!!! Let that sink in, while all other 7-11's across the country are honoring the discount, this owner is too cheap to allow for 1 day of a national promotion. My kids were very disappointed and the owner couldn't care less. Please go out of your way to avoid this 7-11 if at all possible. Write a review about them so he'll learn that this is unamerican!

The employer was extremely rude curse my friend out and kick us out of the store, because we miss understand the out of service that was only on the ice machine my friend try to explain to him and he politely said sorry and the employer started cursing at him I know how is customers and the services put I wouldn’t curse at a customer for small mistake

I stopped by around midnight, the attendant, a white guy ask me why I was there and asked me in a very rude way to leave. Very disrespectful old white guy... didn't know 7-Eleven is now for only white people.

Went in here recently and the place is really clean now! Not only that, but the employees were a huge improvement. A new owner took over 2 months ago and it is clearly a big difference
