I absolutely love this place! They have a lot of high quality products that you just can't find at other stores! Their natural dog treat selection is great. I go there to get the bully sticks, tripe sticks, and beef esophagus. If you haven't gotten these for your dog I highly recommend it!Update: I had bought the above products for my friends dogs but I am getting a puppy today. I stopped in to get recommendations for puppy food and treats. They woman working there was sooooo nice and super helpful. I will ALWAYS recommend that people go there for their pet needs :)

Good variety of specialty foods. If you need high protein or have a pet with food allergies, you have to check here. Great selection of toys and treats too. Dog friendly!!

Stopped in looking for cat UTI food. They only had an 11lb bag on the shelf. The employee said she had previously checked for the smaller bag in back and didn't see one. She offered to check again and returned without it, but had a plastic bag in hand with samples. I told her I'd try a sample and she instead offered me the entire bag which had at least 10 samples. UTI food was something unavailable from all the chain stores in town. The N&D brand they carry, although somewhat pricey, is a premium high quality feed. I appreciated the willingness to give me free product even though it looked as though they wouldn't get a purchase from me that day. I bought some wet food and plan to return. Skip the chain check them out

Staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. If you are not sure your animal will like a certain food, they sometimes have samples your critter can try before you buy.

My husband and I love Pet Supply Warehouse. The products are all high quality, natural and usually from local suppliers at good prices. They have the chew toys and treats in bins near the floor so my dog can browse and choose what he likes. It's definitely a warehouse, but with that means you're not paying extra for pretty displays.

Have been shopping with Pet Supply Warehouse in Loves Park, IL for over 2 years now & have never encountered the behavior my care giver experienced today! I will not be back & I will definitely pass the word around about how unprofessional PET SUPPLY WAREHOUSE gets about returns even if it’s due to the pet not being satisfied.

It's a cute little spot but the Warehouse in the name is a bit misleading. Has a very wide variety of chews and foods. They definitely have a specialty store price range without the variety you would expect.

I am always in and out for my cat's dry food. I have a discount card for 10% off. I am always sure to get the bag noted on a punch card because the 12 bag is free.
