I took my one year old here for the first time today. Caitlin did amazing with him. She was so patient. He had a bad experience at his last groom at a different place and she was so patient with him. The shop was super cute and the customer service was exemplary. Thanks, Caitlin for doing such an awesome job with our Brewer. You are our new favorite groomer.❤️

I was advised of their plans to open new a new grooming facility close to my home. My husband took my girls there for me last week as I was ill. I am sorry because there was confusion between him and I and I didn’t understand and I apologize to Caitlin publicly. Caitlin did a wonderful on the grooming with both of them. They are absolutely amazing beautiful and so very soft. I am so very happy that they have their new style for the summer. Caitlin I can’t thank you enough. I am trying to get a picture, so we will see 💕

You just can't ask for a better place for your fur babies! All of the girls are just so nice & caring. Chris, the owner lets them run around up front with them but only if they have been neutered/spaded! I always just want to open the swing door & play with all of the doggies!10 Stars, if I could

The owner and staff are kind and friendly. They are flexible, accommodating and supportive every time I take my Havanese to them. I found them by a serendipitous accident.9-13-23 Update: after over a yr now I still enjoy taking my dog here! Cheylynn is a young up and coming groomer. She has been my main groomer for the past year. However, there have been times when other staff have stepped up to groom my dogs in times of need or emergency. Do not hesitate to go check them out. Just because I gave them 5 stars, does not mean you should skip my review, google my name, I don’t work for them. Maybe I shouldn’t leave a review, or they will get too busy and… Nope, don’t take your dog here, they are too good for any other dog, I will keep this gem of groomers to myself. Just keep scrolling… you skip the 5 star stuff any way!

We've followed Christine from every place she's groomed at until she got her own shop. Christine and her staff do great work and the prices are very reasonable. Today was a bath, brush and nail trim.

Their services is very friendly. They do a good job on grooming the dogs but the part I like the most is they let the dogs run around instead of keeping them in cages

This place is fantastic. My only complaint is that the building is nondescript and in, basically, a field of matching buildings. On the upside, you just gotta listen for the barking, or look for a dog in the window.Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They're a bit cheaper than most of the bigger chain groomers, while being less of a headache at the same time. I can't recommend them enough.They also have the dogs waiting to be picked up or groomed hanging out together so the pooch got a puppy playdate while they waited.

Shalene did a wonderful job grooming my cavalier, Madison. Probably the best haircut she’s ever had but what pleased me the most was that Maddie was so relaxed when I picked her up. You can always tell when your baby has been treated well. I will be a customer forever!🐾

I went in for a face trim and nail cut. They kept saying how busy they were and didn’t have time for me. But I made an appointment. They spent a total of three minutes with her, no bath, cut her nails and around her eyes and handed her back to me. Her face was still a mess and I asked if they could cut the hair hanging over her eyes. She said she didn’t have time for a full trim. But I would think that would be part of a face trim. They didn’t trim anything around her jowls, this is all part of her face. I don’t know why I even made and appt and waited until one o’clock for them to just spend 3 minutes with her. The trim they finally did to the hair over her eyes and the top of her head was uneven, like a 5 year old cut it. If this is how they treat a new client, the. I will go elsewhere. Didn’t even say nice things about my pup. Commenting about a new client is helpful also. If they are too busy then I will help them have more time for the other dogs. Very unhappy.

It was my first time going. I moved from CT to IL in July 2020 and needed someone to cut my dogs nails. One is a grumpy old man and the other is completely blind. The woman was so kind with both. She let me hold them while she cut their nails. These dogs are like my kids and I've had the same groomer for 12 years so I was nervous about finding a new one that was gentle and understanding about their issues. I found a great place and will be back!

Our Addie has been going to Chris for several years. She comes out looking great. Something that I have noticed is that the pups are allowed to socialize. They look so comfortable and happy in this environment.I believe it speaks volumes of the quality of how they are treated and the care that is given to them. I highly recommend Doggie Stylz!

The people here are so great. I recently adopted a dog who I already know is not great with strangers poking and prodding. There was no problem for these wonderful people. They were kind and courteous and they tried really hard to gain my dog's trust before beginning even though my dog was less than cooperative. I would recommend them to anyone in the area

Chris the owner has been our whole family's groomer for many years, and we have all followed her from other locations to where she is now. She truly knows and loves each of our pets. Friendly, knowledgeable, skilled professional describe her. When my daughter's dog Rita passed before her scheduled grooming, Chris told me she'd kept Rita's time slot open that day which she does out of respect for the dogs she grooms. Great person and doggie stylist♡

Misclassifies employees as contractors. Charges rent, regulates prices for groomers, and charges an outrageous fee per animal despite 1099 contractors already paying rent. Steals client information from former contractors as if they are company property. As a former customer I cannot patronize this unethical behavior.

Genuinely Kind & affectionate to my dog. My first visit I was asked all about my dog, my preferences and given suggestions for my dog's dry skin. After grooming my dog was beautiful, great cut, hair so soft, and undercoat brushed out. High recommend them!!!

My mom was babysitting my dog while my house had new siding put on (the noise and pounding was disturbing to him). I asked if she would mind looking for a groomer in the area while she had him. Well, I am so glad I did because Peep, my dog, looks the best he's ever looked. He's a Cairn Terrier and they should actually not be cut instead they should be stripped. I didn't know that when I first got him as a wee little baby so, for his first grooming, 10+ years ago, I had him cut. Sadly for him there really hasn't been a groomer in his whole life that could give him a respectable cut - until now. I AM THRILLED WITH THE CUT!! I'll be sure to bring him back in a few months and ever time he needs grooming. I live in Janesville but it's worth the drive, most definitely. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My dog hates having his nails done. Other groimers had to muzzle him. These ladies keep his attention off the trimming and no muzzle.
